Blake755: Am interested Sorry for the late response. She said she was being given under a project handled by an NGO managed by a former Osun State First Lady, Mrs Oyinlola. She's not sure that it still exists. I learnt about a recent research by a British University on a plant known as Christmas Bush (alchornea cordifolia). It was reported in The Guardian. Please Google it and discuss other modern options with your doctor. I pray that you get to the stage of a crisis free life by God's grace. |

Learnt that some accounts in that category may have issues. Go to the bank. I believe they'll sort it out for you. |

etrange: I guess the preservation and the packaging are the missing elements. To market it in the South (and even export it outside the country), it has to be well preserved so that it will last long enough. And it has to be packaged and labeled well enough to appeal to skeptics. The ones produced in Lagos are available in some Supermarkets. Well packaged. Different flavors too. |

Kobojunkie: Is the milk widely available in the North?? It's easy to make. Wash and soak overnight. Blend with dates and coconuts (if you like the flavor). You can add cloves. Sieve out the milk. Yummy! Modified You need a powerful blender for this. |

Omoslim26: Last month ansarudeen defended some villagers from the gruesome bandits attack, they also preached to the Villagers to denounce the fg and join them in their fight for an Islamic state, such agendas that tinubu is fronting will give credence to the Ideologies the terrorist are preaching. We live in a Country with diversities,it's very important to ensure that equity, fairness and inclusiveness is attained so our diversities will unite Us instead of break Us. Muslim-Muslim ticket is not Just and Fair and it's good to see that even Muslim faithfuls are already preaching against it. Ansaru sect is different from Ansarudeen to the best of my knowledge. |

IboHausaYoruba: Obidient people, let's keep the good work going. Hausas have done it with no solution, Yorubas have done it with things getting worse. Their fear is if an Ibo man should rule, things will change for better and they don't want that. Obi isn't for East alone, he's the messiah Nigerians have been wanting for. Let's keep being Obidient and Yuseful, the mandate is ours. How much better is the East in the scale of things? Those supporting Obi outside the SE are not looking at his tribe or religion but his personality. Stop bringing in tribal sentiments that could derail a good cause. We still remember Akwuzu SARS, his beef with Anglicans, the money in the boot saga and the "deportations " due to tribalism and nepotism. Even Ebonyians and Imolites were not spared. Abi no be the same Obi or was it another governor? People are more interested in his prudence (which sime of his people don't appreciate) and the hope that he can still be amenable to change in the grey areas. Emphasis should be on what the nation stands to gain. What are his plans for us? How does he plan to accomplish same? That will draw more people into the fold instead of this "only an Igbo man can do it" attitude. The records of progress in the SE (like everywhere else) are there for all to see. Heartless leaders everywhere sadly. |

rockmite: These are northern Christians doing Muslim thing. I love them. In the north, nearly every widows has husband. It is an Islamic culture regardless the number of the children u have someone will marry you. They see it as act of worship and service to humanity. The best part of their culture I cherish so much.
In the south, once you divorce or lose your husband most men that come to you want to take advantage of your situation or your wealth. That is the reason single mothers are everywhere in the south, u hardly see such in the north. Not so true. They're a shade better than what obtains in the South but the high rate of divorce is one of the reasons behind the high number of homeless and kids who are poorly cared for. There are many divorced single women in the North. That's why one former governor started conducting mass weddings sponsored by the government. Another governor set up an agency to look after women who are single. Best wishes to the couple. |

Revert to Islam if you feel more comfortable serving God that way. Faith is premised on a deep inner feeling of the spiritual presence of God in you. It can't be rationalised or explained to anyone who has his own belief. You communicate with God based on your belief. You're old enough to decide on what is best for you. Your mum chose her path based on her own spiritual experience. |

Politics › Re: Osun State Lost The Best Governor In Nigeria by delpee(f): 12:22pm On Jul 19, 2022 |
If only States are allowed to control their resources, things might be different....
Sen. Adeleke should talk less and get people who are versatile on economic matters to study the current profile of the State and advise him on the way forward. All the talk about money being taken to Lagos holds no water. A study of the history of the State shows the growth of the debt burden and slower rate of growth of the IGR. |

1stGenAmerican: Her parents and aunt are aware that she is wandering so no hope of family intervention. This story won’t end well. I don’t believe the part about her trying to regain her kids. They are in Cali and she traveled to New York, a move that would make family court dates impossible. If she would’ve stayed in the shelter the police took her to, she would’ve been placed into subsidized transitional housing within a few months. Social services would also help her find permanent housing so that she can be reunited with her kids. At this point, she’s voluntarily homeless. Suppose she has mental issues. Is it possible to commit her to a rehabilitation centre without her initial consent since no family member is getting involved? Isn't there a way that the social welfare services can find her husband and children ? |

Hadone: Zamfara State Government MUST be fully aware of this. The suspension of the Emir was as a result of insults and challenges by Nigerians, therefore in order to deceive Nigerians into thinking that ZMSG was not aware about the sad event, the Emir was suspended. Unfortunately the criminal bandit Ado/Adamu Aleru was in Nigeria Police WANTED list being responsible for killing over 100 innocent villagers in Kadisau village of Faskari LGA in my home state Katsina. Thereby making hundreds of wives widows and thousands of children orphans. But sadly this guy is roaming FREELY in the neighbouring Zamfara State receiving traditional titles Wow! Very sad. |

Channah1: Pics 4.. After meat is done, added the grated okra and fresh pepper to it. Stired and let it boil for a few minutes.
Pics 5 Added leaves to the boiling soup and stired for viscosity.
Prepared Amala.
Dished Amala with the okra soup.
Ignore the rocky Amala look. Didn't use my igbako to scoop it. Besides it's been long I made Amala so the igbako is no where to be found .
lalasticlala you Sabi this kind food? Well done. A tasty meal indeed. A bit of iru, very little palm oil and smoked fish are usually included. You should sieve the flour for smoother amala. Small snails and orisirisi meat are added to the soup by those who can afford it. Seafood okro is another delicious soup from the riverine areas. |
