I and my husband live in a mini flat (a room and parlor self contain) and since the very day we got the place early last year, his younger brother has been living with us because he fought with their father and my husband told him to come over to his place (we weren't married then but live together) so he continued living with us till he went to school last year November, and we were both happy that we can finally have our own privacy.

Meanwhile my husband has a very nosy family, different family member keep coming to visit Everytime and spending up to 2 weeks until I change attitude to them and make them leave.

Fast forward to December, a month after his brother left, the parents called to let his sister move with us, hubby declined but his family won't budge so he accepted.

Now hubby has travelled abroad and the sister wouldn't leave, I don't know what to do, she doesn't do anything here and she's rude. I want her to leave, I've tried stopping all the comfort she enjoys when her brother was around.

Please help

Move to another apartment if you can afford it and it's convenient. The family feels entitled. Your husband can assist his sister with basic needs e.g. bed and a small gas cooker. She'll have time to review her situation before the rent is due. That way, she'll determine if she can sustain the lifestyle on her own or go back home.

Those who know Chinenye should tell her to come out and reconfirm this 2016 story with evidence if true.

Consider taking the Ikeja option since it's closer to your residence. However,please note as follows:

1. As a family man, you need HMO. Register your family with Ilera Eko, the Lagos State HMO. You can access treatment at much lower cost in public hospitals and some private hospitals. Their office is by Alausa in Ikeja. That can be done from the savings you'll make from lower transportation cost.

2. Start a voluntary pension contribution scheme for yourself with a reputable company e.g. Stanbic IBTC.

You can get a higher paying job after gaining some experience to enhance your CV.

By the way, according to the law, every company that has up to 5 employees must have a pension scheme.

Sadly, the lack of forests will have a negative impact on our environment in future. Nature is intertwined in every way.

This broke my heart! As a mother, I can imagine what she feels. Listening to Pastors who were not there when she gave her all to fend her children and acting on their "message" or "prophecy" based on the general village people mentality is a criminal act in my opinion. Women who are always hoping to do away with their mothers inlaw and mothers will suffer the same way.

The Bible doesn't give us any right over our parents. The law to honour them is the only one that comes with a promise. All their misdemeanours will be judged by God and they'll reap as they sow. We don't have to deal with them in a bad way. Care for them as they cared for you when helpless. God will surely reward you. Even if you don't believe in God, know that karma is real.

May God bless those trying to rehabilitate her. Not all Pastors are bad by the way. I saw a video of an old woman who was abandoned by her children and living alone in a dilapidated house in Ibadan. Thankfully, a Pastor has succeeded in moving her to an old people's home in Ibadan after seeking the consent of one of the children who refused to show up! Very sad.

I pray that mama lives the rest of her life in peace.

They don't even know when they nipped in what made the Yørúbas opt for another candidate other than Yemi Osibanjo, because a VP who has done 2 terms can now only do a one term as president.

This was where Ebele Goodluck Jonathan was seeking for clarification, to know if he is still eligible because, he has done VP that jumped into two terms and a one term President.

PDP has not told their supporters that by the new electoral laws, Atiku Abubakar can only do a one term, haven done 2 terms as VP.

The new law does not permit anyone who has contested for primaries in one party to skip to another for any position in the same election year. So the Mr.Peter Obi coming to PDP or NNPP Kwankwasiya teaming with Peter Obi is gone.

The law does not even permit that any of those that has contested for any position to take up any other in the same year.. so the story of Nyesom Wike or Yahaya Bello, being a VP is off for 2023 cos they can't aspire for president and VP in the same electoral year.

Senate President Ahmed Lawan, Akpabio, Bagudu etc who have variously contested can not vie for senatorial position or Vice Presidency respectively..

In fact, the scenerio that made Atiku a VP can't happen again, where he won as governor and was later picked by Olusegun Obasanjo.

Seems the VP contesting after 2 terms refers to a situation like what happened in the GEJ/Yaradua era.

This is heartbreaking. Young ladies who should be focused on working towards a great future now being turned into hopeless slaves. The men involved and their female accomplices should be dealt with.
