The commissioners has still not complained about Chime's absence or their inability to perform their functions owing to one dysfunctional situation arising from the governors absence. Almost everything Chime is supposed to do is being done, and we the citizen cannot even complain of a pot hole in Enugu, or even a traffic jam!
