its not hard to believe, these guys have to re-invest the money they loot into straight businesses, heard arik was floated by former politicians I'm very certain they get their hands in all the foreign partnership and privatisation exercise going on in the country |
How can the South have more senators than the North in a country where no of seats are determined by population and where the Northerners have falsified census results since 1952, claiming a mojority of 54%.i asked a question! northerners have falsified census results since 1954, what have the south done about it? apart from moan online why arent the southern senators or reps challenging this in the house or do they need permission from their northerner masters? Ibime:the last census was conducted under a southerner president wasnt it? why do the northerner politician find it easy to convince southern senators anyway funny thing is majority of these people belong to the same party what do they do there(in abuja) promise them some yarinya and couple of ghana must goes? when will southern senators actually score one over the northerners? yea i cant wait for these militanst to find their way across the river! they can do all of us a favor |
are the northern senators more than the southern senators one thing im sure of is that the southern senators have never won any 'tussle' so many 'strategic meetings' to protect the interest of the south east, south south etc etc nothing is achieved at the end of it-they are useless!! |
mahal, i think its just a show off really, chances are it was design by a foreigner very little considerations to the functionality though it would be interesting to get the views of people that actually use the building-workers and visitors another thing i notice, most govt building are not being used to capacity, they are not rented out to make money and they(MDAs) all want to own a building of their own ![]() |
dominique:they've been promoted |
Bialegend Biafra as a country can not sit down and fold it's hands while any other country in this world messes up with her citizen's bussinesses. Such doesn't happen when it involves countries that have the interest of their citizens at heart. Try that fucck with USA, UK, Japan, Germany, South Korea and other well meaning countries, (yes, those are countries i can compare Biafra to) and see if you are not going to be the loser at the end.why arent the current igbo/biafran lawmakers doing anything about these problem in ghana at the moment, each region in nigeria is equally represented in the house and if one particular group feel they are deliberated being ignored, their lawmakers should stand up to do something shouldnt they? what is uzawurike* going to do about this? he is apparently trying to meet Obama in the same country |
moneygurl:Naa, with all the juju flying about he'll probably be in a cold country where juju looses potency |
Bialegend:are the views of igbo on this forum the same as those on the street of lagos abuja and kano? btw have you applied for a biafran passport, what colour is it? |
What use is it producing a President when every move he makes in the interest of the country will be viewed from tribal lense.Nothing new in that, just a taste of their own medicine, they should get use to it! isn't that what some accuse yaradua/OBJ of doing? whenever someone is appointed, its seen as a northerner reh reh reh |
mikeansy:true but its like an unwritten law, in the 1999 elections the frontrunners were from the southwest, im sure it was the same in the 2003 elections. in 2007 the frontrunners were from the north, even the AC/AD presented a northerner time and time again 'we've proved otherwise the PDP is not ceding presidency they are just rotating, all the south-Eastern will fall over themselves to be the pdp candidate |
nuzo:that's what it will come down to at the end, the cry all along has been 'why cant they allow us have a taste of it' so it will be a case of , look we are giving you a chance, you are not the one taking it we handle it to you ![]() |
no21:where's your part of nigeria? The commissioner explained that the camp which is a farm belonging to one Sarki Kasuwa, over time has been in use as a place where teenage girls between the ages of 10 and 12 are sexually trafficked.when did 10-12yo become teenagers? some nigeria journalist sha they never mentioned or interviewed this imaginary sarki? how are we sure tehy are not cooking up this story how come the guy has not been arrested? |
funny country funny people how did this turn into a religious issue? when girls are turned to baby producing machines in south east theres absolutely no link to religion when girls in a lagos now its Niger state, automatically indicating its north and muslim huh? ![]() |
BUMP!!! ![]() |
are there typical nigerian/African houses anymore? most (not all) house I see have this 'foreign' influence in a hot country like nigeria you'd think the weather will be taking into consideration but no some houses are straight from Washington D.C so many money miss roads and lack of creativity in the system! |
Check the names I have mention above in HOME OFFICE staff in Cardiff, Mr Philip AlanQuatermine and Philip Lawson and others and in London Croyden, Home Office, Mr. Nick Church. THEY ARE HIGHLY RACIST,They hated BLACKS with a passion.check the name to see they work there or check the name to see if its a racist name? ![]() finding it difficult to believe you, anyone complain and the authorities refuse to investigate? perhaps someone you know lost a baby whilst in detention? there was a report some few months back criticising the home office for not fast tracking women with babies at their detention centres |
pictures? everyday pictures ?? |
Where are the women? |
Investigation showed that many banks in Nigeria lent short-term to the 36 state governments ahead of elections in 2007, in some cases saddling themselves with debts which were not repaid.these banks are not helping matters Hopefully this is a strategy to increase loan to the private sector, banks should be more innovative than relying on govt money, hopefully they can invest in real estate and manufacturing sector etc etc Some state governments are already heading to the bond market for long term financing through public offer.all those states with no account will have no choice but to get their books in order to approach the nse |
yipeeeeeeeeeeee |
Na wa o was the amnesty extended to Asari Dokubo too? Thought the guy has been living in Abuja for about three years now Is Dokubo still living in the Niger Delta? perhaps he is just negotiating for better pay |

PS, im not saying she can defer the visa, just saying, if it's still valid and she has written agreement with the school to resume in january for example then yes she can travel at a later date as long as its within explainanble time period |
^^^ suspicion in the banking sector? whats happening in the banks is known to everyone already, acknowledging mistakes and taking action is what we need |
not just for banks but for all public companies so we improve information and transparency.good good |
redsun:actually they do! just the population masking it plus apathy after saying RIP we move on! no wonder those guys are sitting outside on the bench, even their office is a death trap look at all the wires roaming about!! I don't understand why some are protesting about ceding the service to the state govt though, are they in anyway impling only yoruba people/Lagos state indigines would be employed? Surely lagos state has access to more resources to make it function like a proper fire service better numeration, better management better training and equipment- [sub]that's if governor doesn't privatise them and move spread them into lekki, ajah, ikeja only. |
