StarchAndBanga:I remind him of the youthfulness that's now as distant as the stars for him. He admitted it himself months ago that he's an old fat man. ![]() Even if he edits the comment on that threat, the next comment there is of a guy quoting it. GloriousGbola: |
GloriousGbola:Here's Mr. Gallon d'Or going about Nairaland asking men to indulge him in deviant cravings. Today he specifically tells the reason he's on Tinder. Now you get why he's obsessed with men's looks. GloriousGbola:Again, Gloriousgbola attacking people and defending gáys - his kind. Bear in mind that these people just complain Hollywood is pushing a queer agenda and didn't ask for them to be harmed. But Jerrycan boy goes about Nairaland defending his Pride. GloriousGbola:It is also common knowledge that Gloriousgbola's favourite movies must have gáy themes .A quick search reveals he's known to criticise anyone who complains about gáy scenes as he enjoys them. Be rest assured that I saved the posts to taunt you on and on. |
. |
GloriousGbola:Now I understand why you are on Tinder. You are the only person on this board who has been obsessed with my looks even though my pictures and what I look like have never been hidden here - many know what I look like. How can you want to binge-watch a man's pictures? Your main concern should be the one you are tied to. If you are this obsessed with a man's looks, imagine the number of messages she's sent me. Check her archived messages. I'm not responsible for what you will see. Kept the matchete away from her when you check her phone. |
GloriousGbola:Aha! Here's a breakdown of your strategy so far: 1. Claimed you have inside knowlege of the oil industry because you know people who work in the industry. It failed. 2. Call me an LP social media lackey to get others in other political camps to support you? It failed. 3. Call me a community liaison because I detailed steps of how I helped save my community from slipping into the proverbial Niger-Delta community and networking to train indigenes. That didn't sail through for you as mine shone through. It failed. 4. Next, you questioned why I should be better-looking than you for being well-groomed. It failed. 5. Next you tell us you are on Tinder because that's where you find people of your queer sexuality? The endpoint for you is to get the crowd behind you to support you as you can't fight your battles. Everything you posit is geared towards pushing the viewing public on this thread to stand behind you. But this crowd are very individualistic. It's just you and your jerry cans standing beneath the spotlight taking every punishment I mete to you for being this thread's clown. |
GloriousGbola:See, people? He even knows which dating apps to find his kind. |
The foolish Jerrycan boy asides who has been going on and on about my looks (which is queer because only women should get giddy about a man's good-looks), the issue is illegal refiners have gotten better at their trade, and government is in on it. Even years ago, they upped from using drums to steel drums about the sizes of standard overheard tanks. These are controlled by rival militant groups. The Rivers State government is aware. Cross Rivers no longer produces oil but fuel stations buy fuel from other states in LGAs like Ikom and Obubra. If I know this, you think the government doesn't know? Somehow it never makes it to the media because investigative journalism is deåd and politicians own stakes in them. The comatose refineries Atiku privatised are an incentive. I have seen these things firsthand at some point but some Jerrycan boy high on the fumes of petrol refined in places he doesn't know thinks he knows better than a person whose LGA rivers and seaside were almost turned to a haven for illegal refineries until everyone had to put a stop. But that's just one LGA and state. What about others? There are even illegal refineries in Ondo State. |
GloriousGbola:Don't worry about Tinder. I don't use dating apps. I already have too many women (and some even shamelessly so because they are married) bugging me on Facebook to bother about dating apps. ![]() Good-looks work though. It can get you certain audiences you wouldn't otherwise get in a professional setting because one is very easy on the eye. Next is for one to hone good communication skills and being well-grounded in the pitched area of expertise to turn some of those audiences to paying customers patronising one's services - tech services in my case. ![]() |
GloriousGbola:Aha! Your beef with me - that I'm better-looking than you? I get this from intimdated men on social media. Blame your genes, not Disströy. I didn't create you. And you have your tongue out so yuck! Here's another picture of mine. Since I know my looks hurt you I'd press on the pain point. Yes, I'm well-groomed. Thanks for the compliment. ![]() |
GloriousGbola:LOL. Community liaison? I run my own tech and brand identity firm. I don't even live in LGA and haven't even visited for more than a year. My portfolio link which contain recent digital projects and my skillsets are on all my social media profiles, Facebook and Twitter especially. Don't worry about me. I'm young, skilled, upwardly-mobile and have made a place for myself sociopolitically. These are things you'd see easily. My Telegram username has been public for more than a year now on this forum @disstroyy . |
GloriousGbola:Yeah, I see this. Hoping I'd go on the defensive? I've done more for my LGA and state that you'd ever know. Than you'd ever be recognised for. Dîsstroy never goes on the defensive. In fact, I was part of the team which interviewed the Deputy Governor as a teenager for a magazine that same December 2011. A Chelsea faithful here and I had a spat in June 2021 in the Foreign Affairs Section, and one of the things which was revealed then was that I banded with other professionals from across my state to organise free skill acquisition programmes for indigenes to get employed in the construction and oil companies in my LGA and region since we had an agreement with them to employ these people. That's one of the ways we have been able to find feasible solutions to the problem of bunkering and militancy in my part of the Niger-Delta. All you have to do is local-search "pipe-fitting" in the Foreign Affairs Section to get the whole story. That's just a part of what I do for my LGA to keep tensions downand prevent some returning to oil bunkery and illegal refining. You, on the other hand, have just kept reiterating you know people alleged to work in the oil industry while posting fuel kegs at intervals. Why you were allowed to breed is still a mystery. But Portable bred too so that's that. |
GloriousGbola:If you had anything going for you other than your phantom 'glorious gbola', you'd realise I am exposing the illegal refineries. In December 2011, we got the then-Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State who became NDDC Chairman (2016 to 2018) and APC Governorship Candidate for Akwa Ibom State in the 2019 elections to stop all bunkering activities beginning from my LGA. We brought the Navy Base. Next bunkering activities were reduced across all LGAs to the barest minimum , except in Mbo LGA which borders Cameroon and Cross River. That's why you'd never hear of militancy in Akwa Ibom. I'm exposing these people because I know the environmental damage which follows such activities. But other states tolerate them and fueling station owners buy from them. Most. Mbo LGA in Akwa Ibom, Azumini in Abia State, Omoku, Rumuokurishi, Rumuodara LGAs in Rivers State. These places have illegal private refineries and fueling stations buy from them from all over the country. The authorities are in bed with these people so underreport the extent of the issue. How does the construction industry relate to illegal refineries? You definitely have Tinubu's current mental capacity so I see the connection. May the only thing glorious about your life always be your phantom gbola. |
GloriousGbola:Yeah, jerry can boy strikes again. How much you buy petrol isn't my business. My business is to expose the erroneous assumption that illegal bunkerers aren't getting better at their refining craft. I even exposed that they supply cheaper. You think your aspirations to be the social media noisemaker for LP make you anything other than an empty headed joker who keeps hinting at insider knowledge? No, you're a coward. This discussion is about the underhanded dealings of illegal refineries but you quickly mentioned Peter Obi to split to make it polarized and politicking debate, and to get subtle support from those in other camps. I haven't even mentioned Peter Obi all through my comments today. Accûrséd offspring of a newt. I uploaded my pictures. I can still do so now. I'm too intelligent and skilled to settle for being a social nuisance. If I'm politicking, I'm only communicating with the principal directly if it's at the governorship level or slightly lower, or the direct team if it's with the presidency. Nothing else. You are nothing but a happy-go-lucky low-self-esteemed man-child who measures his worth to strangers on the internet with the kegs of fuel he has. |
GloriousGbola:So you think posting gallons of fuel makes you a petroleum expert? Jerrycan boy! |
GloriousGbola:You folks are really ignorant of the operations of these guys that's why government hasn't been able to tackle it or why bunkering would never end, partly because the sophistication of the refining process is downplayed. I am from an oil-producing LGA. We got the activities stopped in my LGA about a decade ago in collaboration with the government because it's too close to essential companies and it's a tourism designated LGA as waters were being ruined. Other oil-bearing LGAs across the Niger-Delta still have these bunkerers. These guys produce petrol and diesel perfectly. PERFECTLY. The only problem they have is kerosene which has quantities of petrol in it so very combustible. And that diesel has a low gravity/density which damages generator lift pumps over time. It will do same to heavy duty vehicles.Again, you are ignorant. The bunkered diesel is deep purple. Magenta even. No major marketer is going to expose themselves to the fall out from dodgy fuel.Actually, marketers prefer bunkered diesel because it is 'heavier' so they can adulterate it. Heck! A large section of diesel gotten in Nigeria are refined by these private refineries. These guys have gotten better at their refining process. Don't argue what you know nothing about. There's a lot you won't even see in the media. Politicians even own these refineries and the network of fueling stations they supply to. NNPC depots get from these private refineries. |
As at today, the only people supplying fuel (petrol and diesel) cheaper are oil bunkerers with (illegal) private refineries in the creeks of Rivers, Abia, Delta, and Bayelsa. Fueling Station owners know this. Even major suppliers get from these people. I'd rather not reveal more. |
Theflint1:Ignore that propagandist and his baseless obfuscation of the observed reality. Pick up your phone to call the Chairperson of IPMAN (Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria). Introduce yourself and tell him/her you want petrol supplied to you. If he's comfortable with you during the conversation, ask him to tell you the landing cost and barge cost. He'd tell you it's more than #180 per litre on the average. Call another one and you'd get the same price. If you want, I'd do a conference call with the Chairmen of IPMAN for two states to confirm yourself. These ignorânt fôöls think they can lie to everyone without check. |
hopefulLandlord:Just because Rihanna is a billionaire through her make-up and fashion business and makes more money from it doesn't change the fact that she's a declining artiste. |
Let it also be on record that Tinubu tried to encourage voter apathy, lying that PVCs from former registrations in previous years had expired. INEC Chairman had to publicly call Tinubu a "fake news" carrier. Also, Tinubu had to shamefully apologise for lying and deliberately misleading Nigerians. https://gazettengr.com/inec-asks-nigerians-to-disregard-tinubus-fake-news-on-pvcs/ |
On the contrary, we care about Spy360's PVC (and every other legitimately registered persons' PVCs). We care about each and every PVC that's why those of us rooting for Obi have been expending time and resources fishing out fake voters on the INEC register, and have fished out ~3 million so far in Kano State alone. We care about his PVC because we know no other way and believe our power is at the ballot. You don't care about PVC because Tinubu has bullion vans of questionable money and fake voters in his supposed strongholds to scuttle the election process. That you don't care about his PVC means you know a way of cheating the system outside legitimate votes. Thanks for letting us know. ![]() |
Slip? That's just his first since becoming VP to Obi. Tinubu has had a gazillion slips daily, so much every time he's in front of a camera, there's a trending gaffe. Ironically, if this election were to be decided by the utterings and actions of VP candidates, Ewa man wouldn't even be on the ballot. You literally are rooting for a Boko Haram henchman to be VP. If that doesn't tell about you, nothing else does. |
StarchAndBanga:He's still our multiple-time Gallon d'Or winner. Noone else comes close. Do you want the award? Post your gallons let's compare. Fuel for fuel, jerry can for jerry can. I know my G.O.A.T. Fuel world best! I |
roselynbas:HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Then he learns React and Next.is and SQL. That's Fullstack. Even mobile dev too. |
I agree with her. A lot of people are entitled pests, regardless of where you reside. They always feel some sort of need to partake of your largesse, real or assumed. If you have contacts staying abroad or are highly connected, offer value. For example as a web and brand developer, you can ask to leverage on your friends' and family's diverse contact reach to grow your business through referrals. That's what I do. I don't ask for money. I just ask for referrals by leveraging on contacts. As long as you have good interpersonal skills and you are very skilled in your chosen area, over time you'd make something of it. I can't even meet the President today and ask for a kobo. I'd offer valuable tech services to him which would be highly beneficial for all involved. In fact, I have tech pitches ready in my Google Drive just for such opportunities. He'd never hesistate when he sees my calls 'cause I'm not calling to leech. That's how it should be. |
Hopefully, one day Udom would answer for spending #2.1 billion on the International Worship Center perimeter fence as at March, 2021. And Akpabio would one day answer for spending #100 billion as at 2014 on the Ibom Tropicana project which he didn't complete. Hopefully, Gov. Udom would be made to pay for spending #17.9 billion on the 21-Storey Dakkada Towers with no economic recompense to the state. He'd answer for all of these someday. Someday. |
The funniest footnote from last month on this thread was someone bragging with gallons of fuel on a football thread. Nothing would beat that. And the Gallon d'Or goes to... |
DissTroy:Random fact: This thread was created on June 20. Today is December 1 which makes it exactly 164 days since its creation. In 164 days, this thread has garnered 196,359 views. That's an average of 1,197 views per day. This also makes it the most viewed thread on the average in the Sport Section. -- These stats have also contributed to making the Eurosoccer subsection currently the highest revenue-generating subsection on Nairaland according to the current Nairaland advert rates. https://www.nairaland.com/adrates ---- |
sageb:Interestingly, immediately I saw the news item of Senator OBA being jailed, I remembered this question you asked me in July: sageb:My response was deleted by the moderators even though it broke no rule, and I suspect Oba's supporters were behind it. ---- Senator Bassey Albert is the current Chairman of the Senate Oil and Gas Committee. He and Akpabio who was then Minister of Niger-Delta Affairs pushed for the hasty passing of the Petroleum Information Bill which cheated oil-bearing and producing communities of Nigeria. Senator OBA is also infamous for being a gang magnet. Anyone familiar with the sociopolitical terrain of Akwa Ibom since 2007 is conversant with this term 'Oba anie boys akan" ("Oba controls the most boys (thugs) ). That is enough reason for him not to be Governor or me being in any pro-OBA group. |
twosquare:Hasn't this always been the case over the years? In Lagos and Ogun States, Yoruba has always been taught in schools, and parents or guardians responsible for teaching wards their languages at home. The FGN is just stating the obvious to score a cheap point as a ministerial achievement. |
The question is, which of the mother tongues? Ikom LGA in Cross River, for example, has 13 languages and tribes so which of the languages should be taught? Is a Fulani boy schooling in Ikot Ekpene expected to learn Annang instead of Fulfilde? Are there Fulfilde teachers in Ikot Ekpene to teach him in school? |
Naijapromoter:Oro people self-destruct because the most vocal and visible of them sell the people out. In 2020, when Udom fraudulently removed Oro communities as oil-bearing areas, there was a little protest but after he made a few appointments and gave some monies, it all died down. Meanwhile my own LGA and fellow Ibibio LGAs which bear oil get the full compensations. Are Oro people still talking about it? No. When Uyo-Oron road was so bad in 2018, didn't the Governor pay some people and made empty promises to fix the road for reelection? Didn't Oro people sabotage it? You want me to mention names? My LGA made a very good bargain to get his support? The current Senator of the Senatorial District is a woman and underperforming. Did Oro people berate her? Isn't she running on the PDP ticket as Deputy Governor which we know won't bring anything tangible to Oro people? The seafood business in Oro area, who controls it? Who benefits? The taxes are not reflected in the state financial report. The sea vessels are controlled by non-Oro people. I've given up on speaking up for the Oro people. You can't help people who are bent on self-destructing. I have nothing to lose. My LGA is oil-bearing, gets projects and investments (foreign, state and federal), we don't suffer the hazard of oil-drilling as most of our oil isn't in residential areas and we still get juicy positions in government (federal or state). I can mention names of Oro people sabotaging Oro Nation but you people won't help yourselves. You love peanuts and being pushed around. |
