Godswill Akpabio isn't the best Governor Akwa Ibom has had. Arc. Victor Attah (1999 - 2007) is the best Akwa Ibom has had and the father of the modern Akwa Ibom.
He's the one who drafted the 30-year Akwa Ibom development blueprint which successive governors must follow. That's why regardless of who is governor, development must follow a particular plan. And spread in a particular direction to all LGAs.

Akpabio only seems like the best because he had access to humogous amounts. Akwa Ibom was earning $1.7 billion from the FAAC yearly under him.
He also enjoyed monies Attah didn't have access to after the 13% derivative formula and collecting all 76 oil wells from Cross River State in 2009.

2 weeks ago when Atiku flagged off his campaign in Akwa Ibom International Stadium, I posted a link to YouTube video of Atiku being booed and Obi's name was being screamed from loudspeakers.

The people who did that are PDP faithfuls, some Akwa Ibom State Government officials. These people aren't hiding. I even offered to post links to Facebook profiles of Akwa Ibom State Government officials and prominent PDP faithfuls openly campaigning for Peter Obi on social media (with a caveat).

Udom is focusing on finishing projects. Even his anointed candidate he wants to succeed him has kept Atiku out of his campaign.

He felt the heat when he used our resources to contest in the primaries. He hasn't recovered from the backlash yet.

For the umpteen time I'd reiterate the agreement: PDP state and lower levels, Peter Obi presidency.
