amhurting: i have stopped begged. diva1, i really begged. heavy begging. even God in heaven cant be that cold to me I can honestly and truly relate to what you are saying because I've been there. It would seriously hurt, but you have to try and make up your mind to put it behind you and move on with your life. If he truly loves you, he would come back. I'm talking this way because I also experienced the same thing. He is back now trying so hard to patch things up. |

Rosabelle: lol. Theres a reason why youre men and we are women. So may the Lord forbid we ever shop like you, cos if we do, our children wont go to school. Se you want to buy the first yam you see for 350, when if you go inside inside, theres a woman selling sweeter one for 110. The pepper and tomato you buy at the door of the market is on the road .Dust would have settled on it. Inside the marktet, because the women are INSIDE, they sell cheaper. I could go onnnnn. If we behaved like you, we wont beable to give birth to children, feed them, cloth them (with or without your contribution), and send them to school, cos we'd be buying impatiently instead of making sure we're getting the best bargain Very well said! All about bargaining for the best price. |

iykedare: u dey vex?no one asked u to sell your virginity for meat pie and pure water or probably for 100 naira recharge card.who would prefer to buy tokunbo instead of buying something new.no one forced u so stop making silly comments.every man wants a woman who has got dignity and thats what a virgin stands for.
since u have related this to sex,is it better bleeping wide gutter of yours or bleeping a sweet tight and fresh cunt like that of virgins You are so Rude!!! This wasn't called for. It takes two to tango, the girl was once a virgin too, did she do it herself?? Wasn't it with a man like you?? Then you go screaming virgin this and that. What makes you think a non virgin's cunt is always wide?? It's always easy for most guys to say "we want virgins" but have forgotten they go around deflowering girls and dumping them. |

justwise: Absolutely! i'm suffering from it now, my ex was treated badly by her ex(as she claimed) when we met, she couldn't get over it, nothing makes her happy, always in a bad mood. Any mistake by me is reacted with massive anger, we ended it b4 somebody calls ambulance. It does happen, it's a natural phase, until she fully gets over the hurts or pains caused by her ex, she would be different. |

chikeorji123: Romantic ke?.how can we be romantic why our ladies are money concious charles316: yeah african men are so unromantic cos african ladies are so money conscious. C'mon guys money isn't everything and still not enough excuse. How much is a flower? or a sheet of paper to write her some sweet words, or just simply taking a walk together or spending time in a park, just relaxing or even surprising her with dinner even if it's just once. C'mon, no one needs money for these. |

Can't he live a good standard life through an honest means? Exactly what I thought. Honest living=Good standard of living. Might not necessarily lose respect for him if I find out, but advise him to stop being one. |

Onions?? I remember I had an experience like that, it does hurt, I just took pain medication and yes salt water some times and this stuff you rub on your tooth/gum that helps reduce pain, can't remember the name. Some would advise you to remove it but I didn't and the pain is all gone. Goodluck |
Christianity Etc › Re: I Slept With My Neighbour's Wife. Has God Forgiven Me? by Diva1(f): 8:15am On Sep 11, 2009 |
myluv4kids: I slept with my neighbour even when the husband was right in there bedroom while i did it in the sitting room, When I realized that I don't think it was ordinarily I cried the hell out of me asking God to forgive me. I want to know what u think about me and my God in this, She was too close to me I mean even the husband and I am the kind that never wanna do anything with a married women, Though the woman died last year but then I left the country but I felt it so much, She married to a man old enough to be her fr. I think that was one of thing things despit seen lot of girls coming in and going from my apartment she still did it to me, She gave birth later on but she didn't tell me if it's mine or not, though in one way or the other i will find out in future. Is it right to tell the husband about this? or should it go back on as it is because she later then realized her mistake but still love me. she told me that for long her husband never slept her I could remember,
Have God forgiven me?, nice sugestions please, people Still not enough reason or excuse to have slept with her. Sad she is gone, I would think you maybe tell the husband and ask for his forgiveness so your mind is free or I guess you let go. Talk to a christian counsellor. As for God forgiving you, no one is a saint. There's nothing else you can do but ask for forgiveness. He forgives. |

Have you watched this show "Dance your ass off", within few weeks people with over 300 pounds lost about 90 pounds or even more so nothing is impossible and besides as others said, you should also be concerned and do it for you. Start eating healthy, instead of junks. Take a walk if somewhere close by, you don't have to drive. Try to form that habit of working out. |
Romance › Re: How Old Should A Couple Court Before Getting Married by Diva1(f): 6:57pm On Sep 10, 2009 |
9 years is really a long time for a committed relationship. I don't believe in courting for too long. Ever heard the saying "Familiarity breeds contempt". No matter how long a relationship is, one would not be able to fully know a person a 100% and moreover, people change. 3-5 years at most is a good time to court and engage and get married in my opinion. |
Family › Re: What Should I Send To My Husband's Parents Back Home? by Diva1(f): 4:53pm On Sep 10, 2009 |
chaircover: Please be careful.
I would say nothing expensive but just a token gift. What you don’t want is them getting used to expensive gifts and they get offended if the next time you don’t send something of an equal or better value.
Wait until you get to know them better & then you can make an informed decision on their attitude towards expensive gifts. It will save a lot of bad feeling in the future.
[/quote
So true, when next you don't send anything or meet up, you become the talk (bad) in the family. |
Romance › Re: How Do You Get Over An Ex? by Diva1(f): 4:49pm On Sep 10, 2009 |
Yumi: I think if you really love someone you never really get over them. Thats why I usually give the relationship a six month period of time to fix back up if someone ends it and I really love the person. As that way you make sure you have no regrets, if you really love someone you are not in a hurry to move on anyway. I would normally give it a few months if it was someone I really cared for and wanted to be with. If you move onto someone else they will never measure up to that person you really loved so there is no point really cause your heart won't be in it.
Its good to have closure too make sure you both really want to break up. If you didn't speak for two years are there still loose ends. Do you still love each other? I wouldnt let the person use you though as if they didnt make an effort to stay in touch or fix things two years ago they may not really love you anyway. Some times you never get over someone and every time you see them or you see reminders it hurts and you feel pain. Its like the day it ended a small part of your heart died. Thats when you really fell in love and there is no cure to that but with time it gets a little bit less painful and a little bit easier, That's true! |
