Politics › Re: Are SS And SE More Corrupt Regions In Nigeria? by DMerciful(m): 7:58am On Oct 10, 2015 |
You are talking of public tap water as a yardstick to development! Water supply as a problem was long solved in SS and SE and it has been remove from government priorities....The greatest development is human capital that's why the SS and SE is leading other regions on the millennium development goals. We want GEJ cos he was doing sustainable reforms and development. He was building institutions and for your info free and fare elections left with GEJ thomasthomas: Well sorry to disappoint you, I have travelled the whole of Nigeria, its just few states that I have not visited so I know what I'm saying. You said you are in Aba and serve in Akwa Ibom meaning you haven't travelled yourself. For your information, I didn't school and serve in Akwa Ibom and moreover work takes me all over Nigeria so I have a broad knowledge of what I'm talking about.
If I wanted to be more detailed your likes will say the article is too long? Yes, I gave my own conclusion based on what I've seen, its a discussion, you might agree or might not agree. Saying that my drawing my own conclusion is wrong because I can't ask a question I don't have an answer myself!
Now which SS and SE state has public water supply? Can you compare hospitals in Aba or Umuahia with a hospoital in Kaduna? Seee North is developing at a rapid speed and SE and SS think they are still years ahead. We have government taps running in the North at least in some of the states. Which town in the SE and SS do we have that? Please I will like to know. You are saying Akwa Ibom ayaya based on what you saw. Where in Akwa Ibom did you serve.
I won't blame you, someone coming from Aba will call Uyo a heaven. |

Why is everything about oil? Why is the Niger Delta feeding the whole nation? The beef from the north is it freely given to Nigerians like ND oil?The staple foods from the North is it freely given to Nigerians like the ND oil? The cocoa from the SW is it freely given to Nigerians? Why is ND oil the basis for our pretentious unity? Leave Niger Delta oil alone! If a child steals his mothers food, how is that the neighbors business? The oil belongs to ND so you guys should back off ! No wonder you're running a Dependent System of Government which is neither federal or presidential but you keep deceiving yourself that it is modelled after US system. There must be resource control else this zoo must fall. I hate parasites, they have the xtics of killing their host if not eradicated. Yeye dey smell obailala: Crooks from all works of life, from all tribes, from all political affiliations and from all religions are plundering the nation, but some imbeciles keep saying 'leave them alone' because their tiny brains always believes that arresting these crooks means indirectly attacking their region. |

I use first bank for treasury bills and i opened account with first bank because of this. They have a form you fill and you indicate the tenure but the bid rate is usually the bank's bid rate so you have to go with them however they are usually honest! 91days tenure is usually btw 9.5% while 180 and 365 days are higher keyman0007: Can you please educate me on treasury bill, or can we talk outside dis forum like chat or call.
I am getting alot of distorted information. First of all i go to my bank ecobank and ask dem to help me with treasury bills 5m for 91days and d guy begins to say the best he can do his 9percent,he isnt sure dey hv 91days. Am like wth! but i hv a fixed deposit running at 8.5percent. I suspect he must be trading in d secondary market.
What do i need to do to directly trade with cbn ?
I understand cbn only trades twice is a month and d next one is 20th of this month.
Can you guide me on hw tou went abt tour bidding?
What rate did you use?
Was yours primary or secondary market?
Cos many of this bank are thieves and all dey want is to milk one dry.
Who is d best person to speak to cos d marketer i spoke to did nt seem educated enough on the subject. |

They have been contributing in terrorism, abysmal leadership, religious intolerance, mediocrity and nepotism.....we are backward largely due to their overweight. TonyeBarcanista: The provision of staple food is one. It is however more than that. With exception of the greed of the elite and their brainwash, I think they have been contributing. |

I bidded through first bank and it was successful. from my calculation 360 days was at 12.15%. I knew it will be around this range cos the rate was low when it was announced on tele. clino: I bidded thru FBN too for the last T-Bill and my money was re-funded I guess the bid was not successful. Anyone who used FBN and his/her was successful ? |

Throwing something into the generating plant can only affect one plant......you have several plants in that location. If you have been to a power station before you'll know this is pure lie! Where will you throw something to? Obiagelli: Below is the reason for the recent drop in power supply in some areas.
This fellow should be severely dealt with, who knows what level damage this guy (former employee o)has cost us and how long it will take to recover 1100mw.

So what should we call him? President of Nigeria and petroleum MINISTER? Or President of Nigeria and petroleum! TonyeBarcanista: The President is the Chief Executive. He was elected by the public! The provision for ministers is to AssiST the President. If the president decide to take charge of a sector, it is his prerogative. Like I said, the Senators are FOOLISH becacuse the President is NOT a minister. Ministers are his appointees. |
Politics › Re: Buhari Must Be Screened If He'll Be The Petroleum Minister - Senators by DMerciful(m): 11:33pm On Oct 05, 2015 |
His mandate is to be president not petroleum minister! He is already doing a poor job at being president why add more? TonyeBarcanista: The 8th Senate is the most dumbest and useless Senate EVER! How can you even think of screening a President that has popular mandate? I think these Senators don't have any idea on their duties as parliamentarians. Lemme be very clear, they CANNOT screen a President.
As for 'Take-a-bow' Senators, I don't see anything different. |

Oga...so you think several people will get disconnected the same time and it will not reflect in PHCN metering devices? There is decrease in power supply and you do not need a soothsayer for this. DaBullIT: Nigerians with i-deserve it mentality
The reason why you probably don't have power is because non of you bothered to inform PHCN , Mr A expects Mr B to go and complain at NEPA's office and PHCN staffs are not psychics, if you don't go to them, there's no way they'll know there's a problem on your phase / transformer |
