Do you even understand the concept of "swing votes"? If you did, you wouldn't call the SW a swing region. If SW is truly a swing region after you have looked up what "swing votes" mean, then Tinubu might as well drop out of the race now, cos he has lost.

A cashless economy will save the CBN money used in printing new cash notes.

A cashless economy is the way to go, but there are limitations to it, and top on that list is literacy.

The purpose of both state and national assembly is to echo the voices of the people and represent them.

I know the Constitution well enough to know there are a lot of loopholes in the supposed process to hold elected officials accountable coupled with our increasing differences and tendencies to put ourselves over the collective.

For instance when the Supreme Court supposedly imposed Hope Uzodimma on Imo state, before you know it the APC that was a minority in the House suddenly became majority by sheer cross-carpeting and their constituents where non the less wiser about recalling them. An opposing House would have probably found impeachable offence to remove him and his deputy from office, if only they dug deep enough.

So you see Nigeria runs on "my stomach politics" and until that changes, you can never successfully hold anyone accountable.

I also didn't understand Atiku joining the APC in 2015. Did he think he was going to win Buhari in the primaries?

Atiku has made some desperate and seemingly foolish moves in the bid to be president but he might actually get it this time around. (He is favorite to win)

Jonathan doesn't seem to me as someone that holds unto bitterness in his heart. And that's good for him.

If only there was a way for us to hold the president accountable for all the campaign promises made before the elections.

Uzodimma is investing into Tinubu election heavily because he knows it is the only pathway to him being reappointed by Supreme Court again.

I think the big politicians are behind all this underaged voters registration..Don't let us put the blame on these inec staffs because I know they are usually intimidated and threatened by all these big politicians to do their biddings without adequate protection from the govt.

One way INEC can solve this problem is that during the registration, they can create a system where the officer doing the registration can secretly flag any registration that they did under duress.

Such triggering an investigation beyond the point of registration. That way, whoever coerced them will think all is well but the registration will never stick.

But why can't INEC acquire better photo capturing devices like the immigration people use for the passport, ever notice how your passport photo is always finer than you in real life?

So that they can use the cash they have stashed for elections vote buying.

Tinubu for a moment forgot his train of thoughts and wandered off, it felt he was trying very hard to recall what he wanted to say hence he kept repeating "God bless Nigeria", then he remembered the name of a party and for a brief moment he forgot it was not his party but luckily he was able to remember that he was not a member of PDP but a member of APC.

This is clear case of memory deficits. Usually short term memory is more easily affected than long term memory. It is normal with aging, and some might be more severely affected than others.

But yeah, let's twist it into something else, he was praying for PD-APC governors.

Actually Tinubu's government might favour him because he or his family has a direct connection to Tinubu, you never can tell.

Even the worst president would favour some people. For instance, though Nigerians are wailing over the hardship inspired by this administration but there are a lot of people who their lives has been changed for the best during this regime because of their connection to the present government.

That's why when I see people vigorously campaigning for a candidate on a faceless forum, I never rule out the fact that they are campaigning for their personal pockets.

The essence of of a biometric capture is to ensure that multiple registrations are invalidated. Unfortunately INEC is very compromised. And until we can have a truly unbiased and uncompromising INEC say goodbye to free and fair elections.

As of the issue of underage voters, it is only in the South that voters who are few days to becoming 18 years are denied from registering because they are not yet 18 but in the North 12 years old children will be registered without so much as a request for their birth certificates.

It's a CBN monetary policy aimed at stabilizing the Naira.

The CBN will always suggests ways in stabilizing the currency and sends to the president for approval. It's not him doing it after all,you all said he doesn't have a certificate . So,how come he knows the pros and cons of printing rebranding the naira.

They ,the CBN want to flush out 'blackmoney' and this is election period where those politicians have taken all the currency to a save haven to spend next year.

They will not be happy with this news because,all what they would have saved will be valueless come next year .

There is always a long window for currency to be exchanged. And if it too short people will clamor for more time and it will be extended.

Now what stops the corrupt politicians from using proxy to launder the monies they have stashed away. After all laundering is very easy in Nigeria.

All they need to do is establish cash based businesses and use it to launder the cash and since we don't have functional money laundering monitoring systems, they will never be caught.
