It does show something interesting

The SW and NC has the highest percentage of undecided and refused voters (58%). And that puts these 2 zones as the strongest swing zones come next year.

It is worrisome for the APC that a zone (SW) that should be a stronghold for them is showing signs of being a swing zone, hence the need to lament over the plenty biases of the study as to destroy it's credibility.

Anyway I have always known that whoever wins the NC is most likely going to be the next president.

BVAs will manage the accreditation of voters and ensure that only registered voters in that unit can be accredited.

But unfortunately there is no way to avoid the fraud of ballot stuffing that could lead to over voting.

Except the ballots will have authentication from the BVAs accreditation and before a ballot is counted it is first examined to confirm that the ballot was first accredited to vote.

The only way the BVAS system can be hacked is if INEC leaks the BVAS machine.

While BVAS might seem to be the game changer, sadly every human system is subject to human corruption.

And INEC officials are so corrupt and has been the loophole for all the rigging that has happened over the years.

So I don't believe that BVAS is going to significantly change the game, if anything it may sadly give us the illusion of a free and fair election.

You are saying that all the voter needs is their Voters Identification Number on their card or their surname to retrieve their details before the BVAS verification. And he is saying the card is necessary.

You don't know how the system works. I have used it as an election official in one of the elections that held this year.

You cannot be accredited by the system if it cannot recognize your fingerprint or face. That is called authentication.

However, before you get to the authentication part, the APO must be able to find your record in the BVAS. How will he find it? By entering your surname or voter ID code or scanning the barcode at the back of your voter's card.

The surname is enough. Once that record is found, BVAS will ask you to use either fingerprint or face to authenticate. Once that is successful, the system will automatically accredit that person and increase the number of accredited voters by 1.

Did you see anywhere that PVC is required there? NOPE! It's an option.

If Atiku had won the PDP ticket for the 2007 election against Obasanjo's wish he would have also pulled a 'Buhari" in that election.

Buhari had a preferred candidate but the Governors couped his choice and ensured that Tinubu got the ticket and now he is teaching them a lesson with his indifference.

If not that Yaradua couldn't finish his tenure, we would have been thanking Obasanjo for choosing Yaradua and ensuring that he rigged him in.

Yaradua remains the best president Nigeria ever had till date.

I think it will be very foolish to dismiss Atiku Abubakar just like that. What if the election goes to run off and it's head to head between him and Asiwaju? Obi would have been out of the race, Igbo and South South will vote for Hausa as they have been doing since 1959, Atiku will easily win. My payer is that, the election should be decided at the first ballot, and if there will be a run off, it should be Asiwaju vs Obi, the match will be like Eyimba vs Realmadrid.

Obi surely has 11 states in the bag with respect to 15% votes. He needs to at least win but enough votes in the NC and SW and he would have met the 15% of votes cast in 21 states requirement.

Tinubu sure has 6 states in the SW. I doubt if he will get 15% in any state in the SE/SW. So he needs to win the NE and NC and some NW states to make the 21 states.

Atiku would definitely get enough votes from the NE, NW, and NC to make 19 states and maybe 2 states in the SS with at least 15% votes.

It is very unlikely that the election will need a rerun. Whoever wins the majority votes would have most likely got 15% votes in 21 states.

As it stands Atiku is the most likely person to meet that target followed by Obi.

My projection is Atiku, Obi, Tinubu, Kwankwaso.

But a lot of things can happen between now and then.

This would be the toughest election to predict in a long while.
