You mention "Trading reserves" but the government builds markets and rent out the stalls/shops to traders dont they? Think of a grazing reserve as a market with lock up shops and the herdsmen will pay rent to the government for the use of the space in the same way traders pay for shops in markets built by the government.

Similarly, a graduate with a 2:2 from Cambridge, Oxford, harvard, Mit is not comparable to a first class graduate from mid tier unis.

Even a high first class student from red brick uni do appreciates Oxbridge grades are more challenging. Similar standards holds true for University-Polytechnic.

I grow up to meet Buhari's popularity while he was a military head of states. He was earning much praises then although with some faults as a human being. I am very happy Abia state governor came out to set the record straight. The DSS should be sued and cautioned for potential incitement. However, I hate how the governors do nothing but appeal sheepishly to the federal government for help. No states in USA will take this sh!t .
