Barrywilly:Thanks for this insight. I found the whole picture odd, so your comment kind of make sense. |
So why join them in issuing a statement to condemn southerners. The sooner the middlebelt start aligning with the southerners the better it will be for them. |
982ABU:Judging by your incoherent reply I am going to let this go. Go back in your enclave with your fellow cows and stop quoting real humans. |
mandax:Indeed. The prices are artificial and was priced in anticipation Abuja would magically transform into a Mega-bubbling city. |
jonathanOz:Meaning the reason people flock to Lagos instead of Abuja. The comment I often hear from those who have been there, is that it has no soul. I guess there is nothing much to do. |
Naturally, most people tends to go to an economically viable Cities. Abuja is an administrative state albeit on a smaller scale. There is a reason people still flock to Lagos despite all the money being pumped into FCT. The housing boom in Abuja is probably at its peak and will soon start tailing off due to lack of economic activities. |
DMerciful:Yeah I am indeed. Dad Yoruba-Mum Igbo. |
Missy89:This acknowledgement has been going on for a while. The SAS selection course has a 90% dropout rate compared with a 75% dropout rate for the SEAL course, if that means anything. The SAS is widely regarded as the premier special forces unit in the world. Delta force is based on SAS isn't it? My big cousin (former marine) served in Afghan in 2013. Anyways, SEALs, SAS, Spetznaz, Special Forces, Delta or any others around the world are extremely professional organizations. |
GuyfawkesAB:SAS is definitely the most respected among those lots, according to some of my friends I must add. |
Fulaboy:Sorry man, I can only imagine your pain of being a Fulani. This would always be my perspective any time I am having a bad day-Being called a Fulani . |
CrazyScientist:It isn't nice to be tribalistic but what can you do with these people who have refused to change. |
CrazyScientist:Do you show love to people who don't value human lives? How many Fulani have you met that isn't sympathetic to fulani Herdsmen? The moment I learnt Kaduna gets more funds than OYO was the day I lost my sh!!ts. All they do is lie about every goddamn thing (i.e Kano more populated than Lagos) in order to get more funds to the detriment of others. Is that fair? |
omobaekiti:Tolerance shouldn't breed stvpidity. I have no tolerance for people who doesn't value human lives, absorb blames of their terrorists tribesmen and also believes they are born to rule. A lot of Yorubas abroad can see past their charade and are increasingly getting tired of their b.s. I have never met any fair and balanced fulani who isn't sympathetic to Fulani Herdsmen. Says a lot tbh. I don't shake people with knife on their hands. |
BeardedMeat:Yuck, what a tribe.... Anyways, I am out. |
You guys and cow seems to have so much in common. There is nothing to be proud of as a Fulani as you lots have no history. With that said, it's a privilege to be a Yoruba. |
mark3009:Which countries do you think built those technologies in China? All it takes is for the western and Japanese companies to move their Tech to Africa. It would be much cheaper logistically (Closer proximity to North America and Europe), in manufacturing and labour cost. Anyways, there are many articles on this market shift happening in the near future. |
The minimum wage in Nigeria is very low. Nigeria can literally steal production market from both China and India if we could solve the electricity problem. |
ExInferis:You can't defeat a Yoruba let alone a united south. All the strategic benefits are in the south. Once Yoruba turn their backs on you its game over. Anyways, can't deal with you lots this morning |
He is on a roll innit? |
I laugh at those who thinks every Nigerian in Uk and us does blue collar jobs, in an attempt to feel smug or justify their failure in securing a Visa. Anyways, the average Nigerian in usa and UK is still many times richer than those in Nigeria. That's even ignoring the quality of life and security.. |
This proposition just all but confirmed my suspicion that Fashola is really clueless and out of his depth. How are you going to fund 17million houses. Come on guys, do the maths. $100 Billion isn't even enough to a 17million tent and they are throwing useless figures about. |
KingEbukasBlog:The girls in those pictures are really pretty. I love the blend of their make ups. |
feldido:To be fair, Apc seems to be doing way more than PDP in growing the economy (Might be wrong). Some of these initiatives/intentions should be applauded. |
The ever disturbing physche of a primitive Nigerian man. Sleeping around with every men or women should be frowned upon, but to suggest this reduce the value of the woman is b.s..... quite frankly. Bleeding morality into neo-scientific fact doesn't work too well. There should be a distinction. I am outta here. |
The Northernern states are the only region not owing their workers. This shows the Northern states are getting wayy more funds than they need. They are surely not smarter or 'holier' than the southern governors. SW needs to demand for regionalism. It doesn't help SE and SW leaders are also corrupt. |
Mr Adeyeye was the only one that made sense. The country must be restrucutred by empowering the states. There is no reason why each states shouldn't have their own police. |
Dee60:This is a voice of reason. We must not generalise. |
LieDetector:This is the truth. Isn't it a disgrace no leader from SE has been able to call Buhari to order by at least sending a strong message? The people I have seen so far, rightly or wrongly, criticizing Buharis (Femi, Fayose, etc) are Yorubas. In the context of the coward jabs by the SE I find my comment appropriate. |
Cosbyrich:I have read many books on Yoruba and Oduduwa. I do agree with your comments. |
If there is one thing I have learnt from this unfortunate event is that Yorubas are the most influential and most fearless ethnic group in Nigeria. No Igbo leaders would dare say some of the criticism I have heard from some Yorubas. SE people needs to go and do some soul searching because they have been found out on a massive scale. The response from your Governors was a disgrace. |
I hope he knelt down lol. |
Let's be reasonable. Isn't it time for each state to be able to police their state? I mean, it's ridiculous how they have to get permission from the president before making any decision. This is too constricting, time wasting and inefficient |
