Lagos N168 billion,
Kano N140 billion.

I have discovered Nigerians would rather leave people to die by taking pictures, rather than calling the police or the ambulance. This guy's life might have been saved if proper actions were taken by getting him to the hospital on time.
Nigeria needs to do biometric population census on every citizens in Nigeria and then invest on forensic science to help with the investigation of some of these crimes.
Every car must be properly registered with the state government, with the details showing the owner of the vehicle as well as their address so that people can be better traced. I am sure there is a cctv in the area to capture the car's plate number

Firstly, I think this is almost certainly off MH370, because planes aren't easy to land without flaps, so the aviation world would know of one falling off some other 777 (you would imagine ). Secondly - and most importantly - that flap doesn't show any obvious impact damage or missile damage. Meaning, it was likely torn off during an attempted sea-landing (ditching) or shallow water/beach landing. I have been saying since Day 1, "no debris, no crash site", and have always believed the main search was being made in entirely the wrong place. Now "experts" are trying to fit the pieces (flap) to suit the original crash site theory using 'currents' to explain the movement of the debris. In fact the more likely crash site is MUCH further West than first thought, well into the Indian Ocean. The really worrying aspect of this, is that there might have been survivors of the initial landing wherever it was, but searching in the wrong place may mean survivors perished anyway.
