Asthma if properly managed doesn't hinder you from carrying on your daily activities. If they purchase, will they inform you? A lot of big private hospitals like St. Nicholas, EKO hospitals and the likes are very well equipped and patients from other African countries are flown there for treatment. Nothing stops such hospitals from purchasing ventilators from him if they're cheaper and up to standard, even hospitals in neighbouring countries can purchase. Waiting on government partnership over something you want to sell and make money off is a waste of your time

You mean before a company commences production of medical equipment like stethoscopes, gurneys, ultrasound machines, defibrilators, life support machines etc, they must call on the government for partnership? They never ready.

Build your product, make sure it meets up with standard requirements (SON in this case), market your product and sell your market. Why should you be waiting for government approval if you have the funds and materials at your disposal? If you need government partnership, build a prototype first and present it for inspection. How about someone that had collapsed lungs in an accident, or someone whose lungs are filled with fluids and can't breathe on his own? Do such cases need to be taken to isolation centers? Ideally all standard hospitals should have at least one ventilator within their facility, this pandemic has served as a wake-up call to all hospitals to be better equipped. Offering is not compulsory in Islam though it recommend and you can pay any amount you can afford. Most people pay as little as N50 or even N20 for Jumat offering. On a good day, most mosques don't even generate up to 10k from Friday offerings. Multiply that by 4 and 12 and deduce if such amount can be used to purchase ambulance and supplies. What is almost equivalent to tithe is Zakat which is a tenth of one's yearly earnings. It's not compulsory you pay it a mosque, most Muslims that pay it use it to assist the less privileged as that's what the money is intended for.

The day imams start enforcing Muslims to pay tithe, offering, seed, fruit etc and they don't donate stuff like churches do, you can now start questioning them.

Mosques don't generate a tenth of the revenue churches generate so you can't expect them to donate extravagantly like this

If the entire house was disconnected, would it have made sense to switch the pumping machine wiring?
