point of correction... Volvo trucks are owned by Volvo group...not by Chinese geely motors..

let me explain the difference geely motors acquired from fords motors the Volvo car corporations.. Volvo car corp makes just private/personal cars not trucks... this two different companies...the volvo logos are about 89% similar and both companies share responsibility in maintaining the Volvo museum.

Volvo group is 100% Swedish and they own Volvo construction equipment,Renault truck and Mack trucks.. ..in that case Volvo is the biggest truck company not Mack..

well this is really not new....dynamic steering always being on the asphalt spreader models since 2009...even scania R600 newer fh600 models ..mostly its now available for truck and tipper models now ...even the coming volvo h1 and h3 2020 models ..

That is the case where I live..they charge the companies not the staffs..because they provide services to the companies ..it is ridiculous Nigerians copy systems from abroad and implement the opposite at home..

Your points are valid, i would like to add the third pattern of hr outsourcing where the service provider don't have to deduct the salary of their staff working for their client. Here, the outsourcing firm charge management fee per staff they provide for their client. With this, they don't have to deduct any dime from the staff salary.

Secondly, there exist a possible chance of staffing some of the outsourced staff that have prove diligent knowledgeable of the job.

Thirdly, outsource role give opportunity to less experience individuals to garner experience which can land them a better offer tomorrow.

it totally depends on what the agreement say..here in sweden they are so many companies like that he specializes in hiring out staffs to companies either for short or long terms..even at volvo where i work we have so many loans staffs like that..here is the twist the government or the unions requires these outsourcing companies to employ the staffs they loan out full time at maximum of six months; meaning after six month at outsourcing company ,you are guaranteed a full time salary and benefits .loan staffs that work in my department gets paid almost same salary as me .every now and then those loans staffs get to move over and work directly for the company they are sent.
this is where the labour union comes in ,but as you can guess they are busy doing nothing and people are been used and paid peanuts..

sometimes i wonder who advises companies on investment...they are now going to spend billions on an infrastructure that is readily available..main one already has this..companies can share net with main one and cut cost... in Sweden we have top 4 biggest networks(telia,telenor,tele2,comviq all use same net...companies go joint junction in stuffs like this..but no in Nigeria everyone should open the road and install fiber optics one after another...the same for electricity ..same grid and channel but different provider....our country stuck 40 years behind

Volvo products are notorious for transmission and electrical problems. If the OP hasn't paid for this S40, I will advise that he stay away from it.

as long as you do not have any well known scientific and industry backed records ...this is as vague and porous as it gets..any car irrespective of brand can develop faults even brand new cars.either malfunction or mechanical issues..Volvo is a good product ,well maintained would last and sustained as long as one wants ..for 6 years was a line operator/tech at torslanda building the v40s,v60s,v40 cross country even the newer xc90 before i moved to volvo ce..i am not sure of any underlying problems with a particular model or Volvo in total.. please be calm when making such statement

I work at volvo trucks..mostly we do are assembly with our oem products..over 100,000 suppliers of different products..we don't produce every bits..our engine parts are manufactured by other divisions in volvo companies and suppliers..companies dont normally make everything..there are many companies involved..

It missed avoid using full beam when approaching oncoming vehicles..Nigerians almost use full beam not minding cars in opposite direction

so if there is 14 interested companies..that means there is goldmine there..why not take on one of them as joint ventures just like they do with oil wells? must it be sold before it is operated..or are there vested interest that makes it concession only or not..there is something missing ..
