Christianity is more than a religion...it is the life of God in a man.

That being within was made by God and does not have life except that which comes from God.

I believe the Human spirit has some abilities, but there is a limit to which it can go. Those of us that have recieved supernatural ability from the creator by His spirit. have discovered a power that the human spirit by itself can never get.

There is a limit to the knowledge the human spirit can acquire without the inspiration of the Holy spirit.

It takes humility to submit to that higher power from the almighty God.

Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. "

...that being within can recieve supernatural ability! ....power...Dynamic ability to cause changes!

I tell you... i do not know who is responsible for the katrina, Rita, cicillia or Ekaete hurricain storms. Whether God or the devil.

All i know is that as children of God, we should ensure that we are vital in the kingdom...actively involved in Kingdom expansion. Because from time to time, the master of the vine comes to inspect ...and He expects to see fruits. You know what happens when there is a branch that refuses to bear fruit.

It is a stupid thing to question God on these issues...He is too big for that. He made us anyway.

Like Jesus, i only have this to say, "...repent or ye shall likewise perish..."

It is better for Jesus to come and scold me for following Him or His prophets and apostles too closely than for me to face the shame and punishment of despising His Word and denying His name.

2 Peter 1:19

"And we have the prophetic word made more sure. You will do well to pay attention to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. "

This is talking about the written Word of Prophecy. It is a more sure word.

Besides, if all we had was the letter of the written Word, we will be of all men most miserable. But there is a Spirit of the Word. This is what confirms the written Word in our hearts. This causes the Word to come alive in our hearts and in the hearts of our hearers.

We see signs and wonders wrought by God almighty as we proclaim the Words of that book by the power of the Spirit. This is actually what gives authensity to the words of that book... The miraculous.

1 Corinthians 2:4

" and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power"

1 Corinthians 4:20 -" For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power. "  

I remember the testimony of TL Osborne a great man of God. He said the first time himself and his wife went to India to preach, the Muslims brought their book, the Hindus also brought their book. And they asked him,"these three books are black, which one do we believe?"

They went back to America sad with little results. But He went into prayer and fasting for three days after witnessing live miracles wrought by a certain preacher, William Branham by name.

Then they went back to India and said,"the last time i came here, i could not prove my message..." then he asked that a blind peson and a deaf mute be brought forward. He pointed his finger at the deaf mute , commanding he deaf and dumb spirit to leave. Tears began to flow down the persons eyes as he discovered he could hear. He also ministered to the blind person who immidiately began to see.

Suddenly, a surging crown began to run towards him. Afraid that they were comming to take thier lives, and considering taking to his heels, he saw them fall on thier knees before Him, crying out for salvation with their hands lifted.

One miracle will settle the issue!

Its high time you settled down in one place for there is order in the house of God. You must belong to a church where you function under the authority of a pastor. Your pastor is placed there by God to bulild you up and prepare you for the Lord's comming.

The books that were left out were those that were seen to contain nothing of divine inspiration. These were books containing mere poetic writings and sometimes, contemporary wisdom. There were many books at that time, written by different poets of their time.

All of them could not be taken to be inspired or canonical. Those that had nothing to do with prophesies concerning the messiah, or God's plan of salvation for mankind, or those that never sited other inspired books or prophets of the bible, were left out.

And mind you, the 66 books of the bible were already chosen and accepted as canonical and authority long before the addition of the remaining books by the Roman catholics.

What King James did later on in history was a cleansing process, since there were so many books which had been added to what had already been accepted as authority.

This is what it means to live by it:

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."

Please do not join the camp of those who talk out of ignorance. Who told you that there have not been cases of confirmed Aids patients being heald. There have been several of such cases, too numerous to mention. With certificates confirming their situations before and after their healings.

To say you do not believe means you have sufficiently considered all available information. Just because you have not seen an angel apppear with wings dosnt mean there are no angels with wings. Angels could take different forms in order to carry out an assignment.
They could even appear with the exact semblance of real existing people.

Exodus 25:20
- "And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be."

Kings 6:27
-" And he set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house."   


Cerubims are a special kind of angels.

When i hear testimonies or prophesies, the only time i can confidently term them as untrue is when they contradict God's word. This one dosn't.

Hebrews:1:14

"Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to serve, for the sake of those who are to obtain salvation?"

How they look should not be an issues since they could take any form, they could look just like human beings(without wings) as shown us in several occasions in the old testament. The bible tells us that Jacob wresttled with a man.that was an angel.

Two angels and the Lord visited Abraham. They looked like normal men. They even ate with Him.

Hebrews 13:2 - Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.   

They are sent by God to minister for us. As christians we have angels that are assigned to us to help us accomplish the tasks given to us by God. We are to instruct them on what to do in our prayers, and not worship them. They are to serve us.

As christains, when we speak in other tongues, we speak the language of angels and they understand us because it is a language of the spirit. Men do not undrstand, God understands and angels understand. Demons, which are wicked angels that rebelled with satan and were cast out of heaven also undersatand.

1 Corinthians 13

" If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels..."

1cor 14:2

" For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit. "

This is  a spiritual prayer language. You can give angels instuctions in other tongues.you can also address demons and tell them where to go in other tongues...

You know, there is nothing new under the sun. I am often glad when i see people of God put God's work to test. It is very likely that the man of God had nothing to do with the extravagant celebration that was held on his behalf. But that is the kind of honour God gives to his prophets who have left all to follow him.

Whether people are happy about it or not is inconsequential. It is not their money that was used. Such people are coveteous. They may not say they are angry about it openly, they could even mention the poor to cover up, but their hearts are not right. And like Judas, who was a theif, they can even kill. He was so angry over the matter that he betrayed Jesus and sold him out.

The bible tells us that whosoever honours a prophet shall recieve the prophets reward. In my church we give to our pastor Big time! I do not know what we gave for his last birthday but i can remember in 2003, as a church we gave him  $1million as a birthday gift. If you are angry about that, go knock your head on the wall!

We know how to celebrate good gifts from God. We know the kind of man of God we have. We know that all that money will go back into the gospel but we do it all the same.

I remember several years ago, when we gave him a gift of N3mil, he used all of it to purchase cameras for our TV ministry.. Cars will mean nothing.he will give them all out.

You say church business? I pity you.

That is not true with those churches where the power of God is demonstrated freely.

Because, if you do not walk in righteousness, sickness, disease and infirmity will not obey you!

In fact it is our knowledge of righteousesness that makes demons flee.

Listen, it is one thing to talk about righteousness, it is another thing to live it. And you cannot live it and be strong by it until you understand the doctrine of righteousness.

Anybody can get up and preach the condemnation message even with out studying... It is the easiest thing to preach. But to teach God's people to live in righteousness; in dominion over sin, sickness, disease and infirmity is another thing entirely....You've got to study God's Word.

The tithe is not  yours, it belongs to God. So you don't give   your tihe, you pay your tithe.   Then you can give whatever freewill offering you intend to give.

The truth is, i am glad that many have  already caught this revelation and are prospering by it. The devourer cannot touch them or their families or anything connected to them.

And these folks usually are the biggest givers when it comes to charity or or giving towards the propagation of the gospel. Keep  up the good work brother... you cn never loose!

Morality is important for any society to function properly. Morality in itself is not good enough without a living relationship with the creator.

This relationship is what gives eternal life in this world and hereafer. Morality cannot give eternal life.

Comfort in life cannot be achieved without riches. The truth about life is that the poor are never happy bcause poverty spells lack...what you are incapable of doing...it spells a lack of influence or ability.

The big question is in the definition of poverty or riches. If this is answered, we will understand why many cannot be satisfied, fulfilled or comfortable in life even with all that they posses.

Riches i believe is a state of mind even as poverty is a state of mind. It now depends on what
you define riches to be. The one who defines riches in terms of the abundance of the things he posseses will never have the  satisfaction and comfort that should be enjoyed by the rich. This leaves him poor even with the much that he posseses. Because he is always aware of what he does not have and this pushes him on to look for more, thinking he will get atisfacion and comfort with more. He does not have peace. This is like a mirage.

Whereas the one who defines riches not as the abundance of things he posseses but as how much he has contributed to the society in which he finds himself..... how much he has influenced the world in which he lives for the better, will always find satisfaction and peace and comfort  even though he may seem to posses little.

And the truth is, because he lives his life investing in others, or investing in a course greater hmself, he does not know lack. He is not aware of what he does not have. He is satisfied and he is comfortable especially when he fulfills the good purpose or course for which he lived.

Riches make one glad and happy. Poverty is frustrating. You are either rich or poor.

True talk ...but no one is forcing anyone here. Afterall i do not think any of those opposing tithing in their opinions on this site worship in the same church as i do.

But i will always guard against anyone trying to insult the church or it's ministers and water down our faith in the name of theologising or intellectualism.

Please understand that i am not against any religion... neither am i against anyone. I really do not have the time for that. In fact i have personal friends who belong to other religions and we respect each others opinions.

My concern here is not about non-christains but about those who come under the guise of practicing believing christians only to speak carelessly and contradict God's word. If you are not a christian, simply say so. If you are a theologian, let us know because i know that there are many theologians who though they have been sudying the scriptures for years,  do not believe in Jesus.

And i, like Jesus, will not allow these truths which have been handed down through many generations to us, to be diluted and wattered down by anyone in the name of intellectualism.

Jude 1:3 - Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.   

Matthew 11:25 - At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 

Corinthians 1:20 - Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

I am simply making clear to you what we as practicing christians believe. Do not be mistaken, i sincerly love u guys. I am just defending my faith.

I guess you misunderstood Pastor Chris. God said, "i am God i kill and i make alive."

What Pastor Chris was trying to put across to us is that many times, it is the consequences of our actions that we suffer for and not that God kills. If i told you that if you stand in the middle of the express way, you will get knocked down by a vehicle, and you disobey and eventually got knocked down, i did not kill you, your disobedience did!

The fact is that the old testament prophets had a different refelation of God ... different from what we have today. And revelation is progressive. We have a higher revelation of God today in Jeus Christ who came to show us the love of the father. According to them, good and evil came from the Lord. Sickness and health came from the Lord. That is why Job will say, "the Lord has given and the Lord has taken".

But we have learnt from Jesus that sickness is from the devil and that He was manifesited to destry the works of the devil.

I know that brother...that is why rather than get angry with them, we warn them and pray for them that God will forgive them because they are ignorant of the consequences of their actions.

You see, Eli knew the consequences of his sons actions but he could not stop them...therefore, God killed them. Maybe if he had warned them a little harder of the consequences of thier actions, they would have been saved.

My love for those folks is the reason for the warning... We also pray genuinely for thier forgiveness and repentance.

We cannot but walk in love...it is our nature.

It is 10% of all your increase.... increase of any kind ...money or material. Most people prefer to give a tithe of the money value of the increase they have recieved of other kinds (apart from money) since money is the most liquid measure of wealth and value we have today.

In bible days, a man's wealth was measured, in terms of cattle , oxen, lands, houses etc. the kind of money we have today ( bank notes) were not in use then.

So u give 10% of watever increase you recieve, cash or kind.

When it comes to truth, there are no grey areas. Because truth is absolute.

How do you know Jesus was Born of a Virgin? Why don't you also try to reason that out? How do you know Jesus was raised from the dead bodily? Were you there?

...Anyway, you probably don't believe, because there is no way you could prove that anyway except by a humble acceptance of that message as truth. Only then can you experience the power of that truth.

There is nothing like relative truth...so don't try to bring disgrace by camoflagging as a christain only to speak against th foundamentals of our faith which we all have accepteed as truth.

I just told them the resuslt of thier actions ...i am not trying to place a curse...God has already placed a curse on all those who choose to use their mouths wrongly.

Look at this:

Isaiah 54:15 - Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.

and this:

Acts 13:6-11- " And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus: Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God. But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him. And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season."

So it is not about temperament , but about inspiration to speak God's Word with power.

By their fruits you sahll know them. I knew i wasnt talking to a christain allthe while. I knew it in my heart. i just wanted to give you time to expose yourself.

Any religion that includes Jesus as a prophet, magician, healer, good man, and not as The son of God with power is false.

the bible is not just a collection of letters, it is the inspired word of God my friend.

All the other books talked about Jesus ...only as a fraudulent way to give credence to thier lies.

So examine yourself!

We are still waiting for you to show us the true power of God. Let us see you heal the sick and cast out devils with a single word as Jesus did. Then we will believe you. Let us see you open blind eyes and unstop deaf ears in the name of Jesus....

Put on your light and the darkness will be dispelled. Until you are ready to show us the true signs and wonders like Jesus told us, keep your theology and criticism to yourself and let the kingdom move forward.

I have a question to ask...is there another Jesus by whom blind eyes are opened and by whom deaf ears are unstopped? Anyone who says there is is lying to you for there is no other Jesus by whom demons are cast out. Don't be decieved.


Those who lack power with God because of their refusal to walk in total obedience and submission are looking for an excuse for their powerlessness. Well they are on their own because some of us are already basking in the power and glory of God.

When you will not fast and pray, and walk in love, how do you expect to see miracles. Many go into ministry for personal aggrandisement, and so cannot follow Jesus with absolute trust and reckless abbandon... and we know them, because there is a limit to how far they will go.

Many still have envy in their hearts and so cannot know the power and presence of The Mighty Spirit Of God!

Talking about common sense, common sense should make you wonder what kind of false prophet will preach the message of Jesus with so much simplicity and power, demonstrate so much love and kindness, lead many into the kingdom of God and empower many around the world for grater evangelism. That should be a very fooolish false prophet. Spending his time and resources building God's kinmgdom.

Common sense should tell you, for how long many in the Christian body in Nigeria have been fighting this man of God. Many have been binding him in their daily prayers. Seminers and conventions have been organised against him and his ministry, yet, the more they oppose him, the greater and more annointed he becomes, and the broker and less annointed his detractors become. Does that not tell you that they just might not be fighting a man but God Himself? Many had prophesied his doom but time has prooved them liars.

We know who the false prophets are, those who will not wait to hear God speak before they speak. Those who walk and speak according to their senses and not according to God's word. As they speak, we know them. Those who use church money for themselves. Those who trust in their natural talents and abilities and not in the power of almighty God.  It dosnt matter how many come against the truth, truth will always prevail.

Jesus hath said, "... for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.  For he that is not against us is on our part."

So learn from the master.

Why this man of God afterall,  it is just bc of the outdtsanding mirscles he performs. Because i listen to Him and i get blessed each time i do so. I will rather listen to him than any preacher who is only displaying his natural ability in oratory or his gift of gab. With such teachings i am very careful, because they do not have that touch of the spirit in them...all they have to give is sense knowledge. This kind of preaching kills.

Afterall, even those who are accepted by the christian body in our country have only the testimony that they told us , "we are christtians " as the only proof. Nobody follows them home to confirm their claims or to see how they live.

It may supprise many of You...  but it is important that i say here that many of those great preachers you see with many miracles and wonders accompanying them do not emphasize on miracles.

They emphasize the living Christ and when they do so, the miracles necessarily have to follow. Just because  people are given the opporunity to testify of God's goodness in their lives, you should not mistake them as emphasizing miracles above salvation.

I belong to one of those ministries were the miraculous abounds so i can tell you. It is because of the message of Christ that miracles happen. God gives these miracles as a proof that He sent these men of God. They are like your credentials. If you  preach Christ and He s ent you, he w ill bak up your claims with miraculous signs. Now if he dosn't back up your claims, you should go find out whether or not you are called.

There are what we call the signs of an apostle (maning: sent one).   

2 Corinthians 12:12 - Truly the signs of an apostle( a sent one) were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.   

These are necessary credentials. Miracles pull  sinners  to our meetings just as in jesus'  days and then they hear the gospel of their salvation.

It could be possible for some who have not been trained in the school of the Holy Ghost to seize the opportunity and go into the so-called ministry of deliverancce where they begin to see visions of enemies chasing so and so...thereby putting their hearers in more bondage and submission to them rather than the authority God's word. I am aware that some even recieve money for these deliverance sessions...  whereas, all they have are louds shouts without any power or significant results.

Those who go to them   never seem to find an  end to the problem from which they seek deliverance. If they only knew  that   their deliverance has already been made available in God's Word. If only  they are  taught how to take advantage of their inheritance in Christ.

Such are not honest. But the truth is that they will not go far. They will not last . It will be obvious  to those who go to them that they are beng taken for granted. Truth will always prevail over falsehood as people grow in God's word.

There are  however certain ministries  like the one i belong in with specific calllings as to the healing ministry...and they go about this calling with undeniable proofs. 90 percent of those who attend  our healing school are from other churches. This is because our members are taught to use the Word for themselves.

Where i worship, you are made to see yourself in God's word, through the annointing of God's spirit. You are exposed daily to the teaching of God's word and there is much spiritual growth. So God can trust us with more and more greater miracles. We trust in God and His word.

Even those in our children's church know their rights in Christ and are already healing the sick and casting out devils.

This is what jesus came to do in the earth. Jesus did  not   preach  miracles, but two-thirds  of His ministry was spent healing the sick.

Jesus died for the whole world and not just for christians. That is why we are preaching everywhere that they may hear the message of their salvation.

This is irrespective of government policies of religious differences. Jesus is Lord and some day, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He is Lord. Muslims, jews, etheists, bushists...they will all bow and confess that jesus is Lord.

He will judge this world in righteousness...according to the Word of the prophets of the bible.

Jesus will rule this world when he comes (according to the scriptures.) The bible tells us that the government shall be upon His shoulders.
He wiil overthrow the kingdoms of men and establish his heavenly kingdom on the earth. And all thiose who did not accept him will suffer eternally. Does that mean anything to you?

Forget the laws and system that is operating now...they will be overthrown. The bible says Jesus will overthrow their kingdoms and rule this earth.

Preaach the gospel fearlessly, regardless...for those that are appointed to salvation will hear you and be saved.

You will never know the power of God and the miraculous until you are convinced that this gospel is God's only power to save anyone. That is one sure way of knowing thos who are full of God's Spirit...they are convinced about the gospel...enough to risk their lives for it.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel: it is the power of God for salvation to every one who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed through faith for faith; as it is written, "He who through faith is righteous shall live."

They call us fanatics but we are not moved ...because the apostles suffered the same...they were killed, stoned and imprisoned for what they believed...but they rejoiced in hope of a heavenly kingdom.

The rapture is not for those who are light-hearted and who compromise their faith to suit others.

Matthew 18:3 - "And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven."

...this is the only way to seeing God's glory in your life...believe like a child.
