Did he intend to kill her or was it an accident? Was he wrong in trying to escape her aggression? Should he have avoided to free himself from her stranglehold?

PoliticsRe: Niger-Delta Avengers: FG Deploys Team To Uncover Those Behind Pipeline Bombings by donodion(m): 11:34am On May 09, 2016
ORACLE1975:
The Federal Government has set machinery in motion to uncover those behind the recent bombings of oil installations in the Niger Delta apart from the express directive to the military to halt the return of militancy in the region.

As part of the efforts in security and government circles to identify the masterminds of the attacks on the oil facilities, the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta, Brig.-Gen. Paul Boroh (retd.), has dispatched a team of investigators to the Niger Delta.

A new militant group in the oil-rich region, the Niger Delta Avengers, has claimed responsibility for the recent attacks on the SPDC platform at Forcados, the Chevron Okan platform at Abiteye in Escravos, and the pipelines transporting crude oil to the Warri and the Kaduna refineries.

The Chief Security Officer to the Amnesty Office, Lt. Col. Olusegun Okungbure, told our correspondent on the telephone on Sunday that the office was working with security agencies in the area of sharing information and intelligence on how to curb the sabotage of oil platforms in the region.

Okungbure stated that a meeting had also been scheduled between officials of the Delta State Government and stakeholders in the area on how to bring the attacks to an end.

He stated, “The Special Adviser has sent people to the region to see if we can identify the perpetrators of this act.

“Secondly, he has also condemned the attacks on all these oil platforms. He has also interfaced with the security agencies for the protection of the pipelines and security in the general area.

“Even as we speak now, we just finished a form of telephone conversation with the JTF Commander, who just returned from Delta State. These are some of the things we are doing.”

Okungbure added that the office had asked the ex-militants, captured under the Amnesty Programne, to assist in fishing out those behind the current attacks on the oil facilities.

He said the current attacks constituted a threat to the reputation of the 30,000 youths captured in the programme.

“We have even tasked the ex-agitators, the ones captured in the programme, that they should be able to fish out these people because their own reputation of embracing peace and accepting amnesty is being threatened by this kind of attacks.

‘‘I think everyone is well aware of the implications,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Defence Headquarters has warned that the military would not tolerate acts that constitute a threat to the nation’s existence.

The Acting Director, Defence Information, Brig. Gen. Rabe Abubakar, said in a statement on Sunday that the military would not condone acts that could cause a breakdown of law and order in the society.

He urged individuals or groups “seeking relevance” to embrace the stipulations of the law and to avoid brigandage.

Abubukar added, “The Defence Headquarters hereby warns that it will not condone any unwholesome acts by persons or group seeking to engage in acts that are capable of causing a breakdown of law and order in any part of the country.

“Citizens are advised to refrain from taking the laws into their hands and avoid actions that may cause a breach to harmonious co-existence.

“The DHQ also wishes to advise the general public to ignore inciting pictures, videos and statements posted on some social media platforms which are now confirmed to be the creation of Photoshop, with the intention of causing disharmony and divisions among different nationalities.”

He assured the citizenry of the determination of the military and the security agencies to sustain the tempo of operations against terrorists, oil thieves, cattle rustlers and other acts of criminality in the society.

The Defence spokesman advised law-abiding citizens to report suspicious persons and objects to the security operatives for immediate action.Senate.

These criminals have been stealing for years and they are reported to Ministry of Health and nothing gets done

Let me tell you something that deserves summary execution that you are not aware of
MDR TB patients are usuyally quarantined and not allowed to go home
Their drugs must not run out and six-month are arranged for them as soon as they are checked in

Yet health workers are stealing the drugs from the quarantine centres and selling them ta pharmacies because some people who have MDR TB don't want to be quarantined want take their drugs at home, thereby exposing others to the disease
The protocol is that ALL MDR TB patients be quarantined

When Ministry of Health was told that some pharmacies are selling these drugs, it did nothing
MOH is just incubating a deadly epidemic and the earlier those people are shot, the better for the country
OMG!!! seriously...this is not only sabotage but heinous effort to ensure the sick remain sick till terminated and the disease becomes am outbreak... Nigerians....argggggggh.

PoliticsRe: Extend Railway Project To Ekiti - Fayose To FG by donodion(m): 5:36pm On May 06, 2016
seunmsg:
Ekiti State Government has appealed to the Federal Government to, as a matter of urgency, extend the railway system to the state in a bid to boost its participation in international trade and achievement of the ongoing diversification of economy.
State Commissioner for Commerce, Michael Ayodele, said the rail line extension was necessary because “a lot of agricultural products are being wasted in Ekiti State because of lack of opportunities to move them out en-mass for export purpose.
The Commissioner, represented by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Babatunde Akilo, spoke in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, yesterday at a one-day enlightenment seminar organised by the Nigerian Shippers Council (NSC) with the theme: “Ports Regulation: A Panacea to a Cost Effective Import/Export in Ekiti State”.

He said: “There is a limit to which evacuation can be done by road. Extension of railway system to Ekiti State would definitely increase the export potentialities of the Shippers Council”, calling on the council to use its position “to influence the establishment of more industries in the state”, saying such would serve as catalyst to its events”.
This was as stakeholders in shippers activities at the programme requested for the establishment of a warehouse in the state where their products and commodities would be housed for export rather than resorting to use of warehouses in Lagos for that purpose.

Arrogance always follows the prideful fool who confuses their blind support for a system or belief that they know next to nothing of.

Your very thought process and eventual conclusions have been opinionly crafted into you without you knowing it.

If anything can be used to describe you, is the fact that you are a highly ignorant of the workings of this world and the intriguing power play that occurs in the shadows.

It is a self-evident, undeniable fact that you do not have as much knowledge as the elite do. For example, advanced, secret military technology does in fact exist. So, there is indeed a knowledge gap between the elite and the masses. However, you cannot just arbitrarily assume that this knowledge gap is small--it is quite erroneous for you sheeple to make such an assumption.

In actuality, as all real truth seekers are already aware of, the knowledge gap between the elite and the masses is not small, but rather, is absurdly huge! So, rather than complaining about how "outrageous" my theories are, you should instead acknowledge the fact that there is a knowledge gap in the first place. Once you acknowledge the knowledge gap, you'll realize that it's not the information I present that's outrageous, but rather the huge knowledge gap itself that's outrageous. That is, there should not be a knowledge gap between the elite and the masses in the first place.

The elite have tricked you into thinking that you are in tune with reality (when in fact, you are actually very ignorant). So, since you foolishly thought that your intelligence was on par with the elite's intelligence, you never suspected that there was a huge knowledge gap.

Don't you get it? The elite want you to think that you are smart! The best slave is the slave who thinks he is free, and the greatest fool is the fool who thinks he is a wise man.

By you thinking that you are already "in the know," you will never, ever be able to grasp the truth. So, as for the belief system that you are still attempting to hold onto, you must let go of it right this minute! It is of the utmost importance that you realize you are ignorant; and remember, don't let your ego make you reject what I am saying.
