lol lawyers, who does not know how they play when there's much at stake to benefit from.
They want dirt therefore let more dirt be made bare and we see who would be vindicated at the end.

I am willing and ready to bet my moniker on this, the charge of "attempted murder" wont fly and that man wont be found guilty.

This confirmed my fear.Thankfully the man have proofs.Proofs enough to nail her bad.

In every Nigerian marriages between couples of age range 20-35, great number of this marriages ended in separation before they knock their mid 40s, with possibility of reconcilliation, While also a good number ended up in divorce before they knock 60s.

Most couples nowadays are either enduring the marriages with the hope it improves or outright go their separate ways, if not resulting in death of either of the couple.

Finance is a maaaajor factor in the cause of most of this marital problems.

Politics / Re: You Can’t Probe How I Spent Bailout Funds, Fayose Tells Senate by donodion(m): 10:48am On Nov 16, 2016
Kachimsicho:
Was there an agreement on what to actually use the fund for? And was it agreed that FG will verify the expenses(accounts) thereafter.
As far as rule of law is concerned, they have no right to oversee any state expenses. Mind you, the bailout fund will still be deducted from their allocation just like a loan, so don't think FG is giving them for free.

It is actually left for the concerned states to decide what they want, so if Ekiti insists they want to follow the rule, the FG should let them be.

This should answer your question

The loan will be given over one year and will be extended to the states after they have met 22 conditions. Read the conditions below:
1. Publish audited annual financial statements within nine months of financial year end.
2. Comply with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)
3. Publish state budget online annually
4. Publish budget implementation performance report online quarterly
5. Develop standard IPSAS compliant software to be offered to states for use by state and local governments
6. Set realistic and achievable targets to improve independently generated revenue (from all revenue generating activities of the state in addition to tax collections) and ratio of capital to recurrent expenditure
7. Implement targets
8. Implement a centralised Treasury Single Account (TSA) in each state
9. Have quarterly financial reconciliation meetings with federal government to cover VAT, PAYE remittances, refunds on government projects, Paris Club and other accounts
10. Share the database of companies within each state with the Federal Inland Revenue service (FIRS). The objective is to improve VAT and PAYE collection
11. Introduce a system to allow for the immediate issue of VAT/WHT certificates on payment of invoices. Review all revenue related laws and update obsolete rates/tariffs
12. Set limits on personnel expenditure as a share of total budgeted expenditure
13. Biometric capture of all states’ civil servants will be carried out to eliminate payroll fraud
14. Establish efficiency unit
15. Federal government online price guide to be made available for use by states
16. Introduce a system of continuous audit (internal audit)
17. Create a fixed asset and liability register
18. Consider privatisation or concession of suitable State-owned enterprises to improve efficiency and management
19. Establish a capital development fund to ring- fence capital receipts and adopt accounting policies to ensure that capital receipts are strictly applied to capital projects
20. Domesticate Fiscal Responsibility Act (FRA)
21. Attainment and maintenance of a credit rating by each state of the federation
22. Federal government to encourage states to access funds from the capital markets for bankable projects through issuance of fast- track Municipal bond guidelines to support smaller issuances and shorter tenures
23. Comply with the FRA and reporting obligations, including: No commercial bank loans to be undertaken by States;
Routine submission of updated debt profile report to the DMO.

I cant understand how and why a civil case between two families ended up with cops and the court. The trend currently now is plead not guilty, get bailed between N20,000 to N30,000 and life goes on.

I disagree on the loan issue and if need be not such a huge amount...$29 billion..haba!!

Present adminjs must cut down in overhead expenditures and benefits.Snip off 40% to. the present payment structure allocated to the federal executives amd other arms of government. Add what has been recovered plus IGR.
Nigeria does not need such huge loan and debt. Not now and not ever.

Perhaps the incumbent administration need to hire foreign expats on financial administration.

Currently the set in charge are either incompetent, lack the brain power or both.

Properties / Re: What Strategies Can Be Used To Reduce Of Risks During Construction? by donodion(m): 6:58am On Oct 31, 2016
survemeka:
The risks may include:
Undersupply of requested materials.
Engineers not working according to speculations.
Construction of your project in a non-proactive manner.
Poor safety and hazard prevention procedures.
Lack of zeal and general lackadaisical attitude leading to low morale on site.

Solutions: Employ a capable project manager.

Serious countries have taken into consideration the study and ubdertaken of engaging specialist in the field of Occupational hazards, risks and safety coined as OHRS.
Pity our country Nigeria, assume such is generally unnecessary. Except in blue chip companies like the oil sector and perhaps power also.

Basically in construction, OHRS, SHEQ is a must have before tenders or contracts are granted as they are mandate and part of pre-requisite for contract consideration.

Op, to answer your question, contractors must have or designate a trained and certified personnel specifically in SHEQ, OHRS to supervise amd manage risks and safety issues in construction. That is his/her portfolio and answerable to accident ( hopefully none) issues on site.

Romance / Re: Faithfulness Kennedy: "I Need A Man Who Can Make Me Go Gaga In Bed" by donodion(m): 6:30am On Oct 31, 2016
contactmorak:
In an interview with Vanguard, Faithfulness Kennedy, the current Miss Tourism Nigeria has dropped a bombshell. She is not ready to suffer in bed with any man. She revealed that she wants to enjoy the greatest sexjal pleasure possible in bed and that she only needs a man who can handle her like a real man and make her go gaga in bed.

Faithfulness Kennedy who has everything a woman needs to make it in any chosen field of her choice is tall, beautiful and intelligent. The undergraduate of University of Portharcourt already has her path defined and she’s ready to go the distance, regardless of what life may throw her way.

In the chat with Vanguard, the beauty queen admits to being a risk taker but when it comes to the matters of the heart, she applies the brakes wherever possible.

Faithfulness kennedy When asked about her opinion on premarital sex, the Rivers State-born beauty didn’t shroud her feeling in any pretense as she laid it on the line that she cannot live with a man who cannot satisfy her in bed.

“Sex is healthy for a relationship; it obviously builds a connection between the partners, it builds a kind of bond and trust,” she observes with a calm that can only come from somebody who is very sure of herself.

“In this our modern world everybody’s eye is shining, imagine dating for two years without sex (do u really love me?) Okay, and we finally get married and then on our honeymoon night when we are supposed to go gaga you’re now acting like a donkey, I will divorce you immediately! I’m very serious, because at that point the love has dropped. I am telling you this because of some people that will pretend and say they will just stay for staying sake and have sex partners outside;

My dear, prevention is better than cure. If we are in a relationship and you can’t satisfy me well in bed, you are a donkey, I’ll leave you, I don’t care if you are a billionaire, just know if I stay I’m staying because of your money,” she added with a note of finality that comes from someone who knows what she’s talking about.

looking at the colorful building is appealing to eyes, but we are at a time when we need to embrace honesty and also considerr quality.
Now i look at the photos and all i could see were classrooms, probably 6-7 in number.A learming centre should and must have the following:

1. Recreation spot ( e.g football field/race track,etc)
2. Ablution room ( toilet) for pupils and teachers
3. Assembly point
4. Staff park
5. Security post ( school is fenced in photo)
6. Water Source
7. Staff room
8. library ( in the case of high school)
9. Health care center in case of accidents, snake or scorpion bite, etc

We are no longer in the 70s and 80s where a school is simply classroom+ staff room+principal office and thats it. Learning center isnt just about books only.

I can imagine how many millions would be claimed to have been expended on this project named after Madam Aisha.

2. I have never seen any where in the constitution, where a serving Judge or a lawyer can not be arrested. This is more like saying they have immunity.

3. As a matter of fact, one can be arrested with or without a warrant, on suspicion on a criminal offence against the federal or state laws. E.g Bribery and Corruption.

4. The SSS takes their time to actually screen these clowns before confirmation of their appointments. This simply means their actions and inactions can be a threat to national security. If SSS screens them, why can't they be arrested by the same SSS?

In view of the above, the propaganda of tyranny and subversion of the rule of law, being propagated against this government by the wailing dundees, is a deliberate attempt to gag the present government from performing her constitutional duties. It is also a way of meeting up with their ever unendind wailing demand since the disgrace of an incumbent president loosing to the opposition

The situation in Nigeria is soooooo bad, our "estemeed" (opposite of the word grin) judiciary have encouraged and.collaborated with these carcerous groups of politicians. when one need to steal, pad or and loot, make it very biiiiiiiiiig. since part of the proceeds goes to them under the guise of ' honorarium' ( wetting the ground).

Family / Re: Whatsapp Exposes Zimbabwean Man's Affair With Wife’s Much Younger Sister (Pics) by donodion(m): 7:15pm On Sep 29, 2016
FlirtyKaren:
A family in Zimbabwe is currently in disarray after a Harare woman tried to snatch her sister’s husband.

According to H-Metro, stunning revelations are that Rose Naomi, 20, stashed some herbs in her privates to lure Lawrence Muvirimi so that he leaves his wife Loreta Kondo Muvirimi, 32.

The affair was publicly exposed after the two cheats’ WhatsApp conversation leaked.

Lawrence’s sister in law agreed to sleep with him for a cellphone and US$50.

Loreta first discovered Rose’s message to Lawrence questioning why he was on line. In suspicion,
Loreta said she then took Lawrence’s phone and started chatting with Rose, disguising to be Lawrence.

Whilst asking her leading questions, Loreta then found out that the two were having an adulterous affair.
“My husband came back from work around 4:30pm and I took his phone to charge it.
“That is when l realised that my sister’s chat was right on top which is really strange because l never hear from her so l decided to continue with the chat pretending to be my husband.
“I then found out that she was actually asking for money and a cell phone from him for sex,” said Loreta.
Loreta said she then informed her elder sister whom she teamed up with to trap Rose by arranging a fake meeting with Lawrence.
“Since I was the one who was in possession of my husband’s phone, I then told Rose to come to High-Glen shopping centre where I had promised to give her the phone and the money in exchange for sex.
From the way that she was dressed and how she was wearing makeup one could tell that she wanted to lure my husband.
“My elder sister and I left the car and instructed Rose through chat message to get inside the car and when she went inside we locked the doors,” said Loreta
Loreta said Rose wanted to use juju on Lawrence since she found herbs stashed in her private parts.

“I never thought your own sister can be that evil; we asked her why she was planning to have sex with my husband.
“She lied that there was no way she would have sex with him since she was on her menstrual period.
“We asked her to strip and when she stripped that was when we found juju stashed in her private part,” she said.
She also revealed this was not the first time that Rose made advances on her husband.
“When she was in form two, she once sent a message to my husband asking him to buy her panties,
“I didn’t take it seriously then because I thought she was childish to make such a request from him but I can see now that she was always after my husband,” she added.
Meanwhile, Rose denied having an affair with Lawrence but accused her sister of jealousy.

“I think my sister failed to understand the motives of the chat I had with her husband.
“I have my own husband and it was only a friendly conversation between me and my sister’s husband.
“She was only suspicious because l rarely chat with her but I talk to her husband,” she said.

When asked for comment Lawrence confirmed the relationship and said he was peer pressured to act that way by his workmates.

“Yes l was having flirting conversations with Rose and actually we started talking years ago.
“I was being influenced by my workmates to be in a relationship with her that is why we were sending all those messages to each other.
“I also feel that my mother-in-law was behind all this because she knew about my relationship with Rose because at one time I was using her phone to talk to Rose,” he said.

The police act, manual and other materials were never made in Nigeria, even from the onset, they were created by the colonial masters as a tool of oppression to the local populace that refuses to pay taxes, generally there is this "blue wall" of control that influences every personnel of police the moment they are enlisted. Police brutality, corruption and impunity is even being witnessed in the developed countries like the US. They are just necessary evils.

And therefore the more the reason to have such amended or repealed. If the "blue wall" is the anecdote for their gross inhuman and uncivilised characteristics then we do away with such.
Few cases of racist killing in the US is nothing comparable to the ever daily misgivings of the recruits and employees of the NPF.
Im yet to read report of any police organisation as inhuman in West Africa in comparison to Nigeria's.

Fix the defective system( Guide of conducts) and their modus operandi would be fixed. They have become unecessary evils.
