It is not you that I blame, it is the wicked and greedy prosperity preacher that have turned the word of God into a bazaar that should be blamed for warped value system. The riches Jesus talked about in the bible is not measured in naira and kobo that does not hold any value beyond death, rather it is the spiritual riches of being saved that will benefit us for eternity.
You are not more righteous than the apostles but nowhere in the bible did we learn that there life became more prosperous materially from being christians. Why would you expect yours to be any different? As Jesus said, "the poor will always be among us."In other words no magic bullet for material prosperity, so if you want to be rich without resorting to crime, you should work harder and smarter then you might just make it.

It is my firm belief that life is unique to the earth because God created it. So if there be an incontrovertible proof of extraterrestrial life whether it is in the form of direct alien encounter here on earth, or from space probes sent to other planets, or through intergalactic radio communication, my belief in God would be completely shattered.
Note that i do understand the argument put forward by those who believe that instances of life abounds in the universe due to its sheer size and the abundance of life forming material and time for evolutionary biology to start.

Christ never said He drank alcohol,that was what people were accusing Him of.

You are very wrong again,nobody said that Jesus was accused of drinking alcohol no. He was accused of being a drunkard, in other words of taking excessive alcohol. Just as he was also accused of gluttony, that is the excessive eating of food. Though he was never a glutton because he ate in moderation and neither was he a drunkard because he drank moderately so the accusation was false.

Any thinking person with a reasonable level of comprehension can easily see that the context in which Jesus applied the word drinking in the scripture i quoted is talking about an intoxicating liquor. Like i said before, Jesus drew a sharp contrast between the ascetic lifestyle of John, who denied himself of the pleasures of food and wine hence the accusation that he was a mad man or demon possessed by the people, compared to Jesus who feasted and drank with friends. Don't tell me that you think it was water they were drinking in those feasts?
If Jesus had abstained from alcohol like John, he would not have been accused of being a drunkard. The fact that he drank at all though in moderation, his enemies seized that opportunity to accuse him of been a drunkard.

Jesus said of himself that he ate and he drank in contrast with John that neither ate nor drank. This wasn't some random statement about him by someone else.
