The irony of this case is that she will not readily do this in Nigeria but because the society out there gives women such audacity, some sheepishly fall for it to the detriment of their home.

If you are on her visa then you will be deported and she’ll remain in the Uk with your children. You need to play the long game and take your heart out of your choices. Leave her to do what she’s doing, look after yourself and your children until your immigration status is stable then smoothly move on with your life. If you start making noise now, you’ll be back in Nigeria within weeks.

Swallow your pride and play the long game. I believe she’ll find a man and she’ll kick you out in the long run once she finds a better replacement.

You need to learn about mental illnesses. What you described isn’t schizophrenia, it’s just having an irrational fear. Everyone has their own fears but they don’t feed into them. Knowledge is power.

Nobody can do it for you. It’s your thoughts and your choices that power your feelings. When you have these thoughts try to understand what you’re feeling, thinking and your behaviour at that moment. This can be done in reflection because it’s hard to understand something when you’re going through it.

Use a journal to document your thoughts and then combat those thoughts with rational explanations of why this can’t happen. Why you think it can and obvious rationale reasons why it can’t be happen.

Not everything is about gender! For god sake let’s change the topic now, it 2024! I’m talking about this couple, in this context, without putting all women or men on some trial. This old white man in particular probably has a lot of soul on his hands and this could be his karma in particular.

They were married 51 years and their oldest is 42 so that’s 10 years without pregnancy and then 2 kids in 2 years! And nothing after that… that’s interesting. I think his wife played him because he didn’t want to accept that something was wrong. They’re boomers so they don’t take DNA and fertility tests seriously so mama did what she did.

An old white man judge, I wonder how many innocent people he sent to jail, their karma has come back to haunt him.

He was shooting blanks for 10 years in to their marriage and his wife tested her fertility outside and it turns out it wasn’t hers but his fertility that was causing it.

Being old school, he probably refused to get fertility tested and kept his head in the sand when his boys looked nothing like him.
