A man who lives in Bayelsa State, Raynus Henry Ebiegberi, has shared photos of a shark caught at Akassa community in Brass Local Government Area of the state.

According to Ebiegberi, the shark was dead on arrival.

He wrote, “Dead on arrival. This shark is about 46 inches or 116.84Cm long. Very incredible size. Location: Turtle Beach, Akassa clan.”

My friend couldn't contain his joy,I can remember the night he broke the news to me,he was so excited, he took me to a joint where we opened alot of bottles in celebration of him meeting his wife a virgin, despite he was a bad guy.

Hey guys I'll just be brief.

Straight to the point.

My wife is having an emotional affair.

Whats making it worse?

It's with a pastor with wife and children. Her pastor when she was in another state.

Now they're both in different states.

How did I know?

I saw her chat with him about 2+ years ago, and saw all the sweet name calling, the pet names and how they tell each other their activities of the day and even marital problems.

All the red flags and checklist of an emotional affair have been ticked by them.

The only thing remaining is the sexual part.

We've been married for some years now, she was a virgin when I married her though I'm 100% sure they have not met since we got married.

But the issue here is that this is causing serious friction in our marriage.

I provide for the home, I also had to change from biz to the one that makes me travel to something that makes me work from home so she won't say it's cos I'm not always around.

We struggle with our sex life. What do I mean? She doesn't like sex. She doesn't mind if we stay 1 year without sex.

But me I'm a man with sexual needs.

Now when I see the way she doesn't like sex and I remember this emotional affair, it drives me crazy.


Those who have passed thru this, how did you overcome this challenge?

I have always been spiritual than religious, i believe God is an entity who cannot be reached through a single source, he’s like a firm rooted tree with sprouted branches. We all say we worship same God then why do we feel our religion is the only and direct source to him?

Recently my neighbor came to preach to me, he’s been on my neck ever since i told him i wasn’t religious and wouldn’t attend his church. The day he came to preach we argued and argued, i told him God cannot be worshiped through a single source, if you invite me to a mosque i will attend, if you invite me to an Osun festival i will attend i don’t have to attend a church because i am seeking God.

I told him God gave us freewill to think, he gave us scientists and doctors and plastic surgeons, he gave us pharmacists and medicines, he wanted us to know there was more to him thats why we discovered other universes, thats why we can clone a human thats why we ca do IVF, thats why we can do inter sex change and etc.

I reminded him that Christians see Muslims as unbelievers and Muslims see Christians as infidels, none of them are right of course but what do they know. He told me to repent that hell is real, i told him i have seen hell, i have seen the rapture more times than i can count, i told him not to believe everything he read in the bible as it was written by human beings like us, he got up looked at me and said “Na God hand u de” lol.
Now back to my question, i get fascinated when people speak in tongue, in some churches if you dont speak in tongues u never belong, i had a flatmate in my hundred level then who stays with her boyfriend, after dem nack finish you go hear her then speak in tongue lol.

During the halleluyah challenge, i was praying, crying, in spirit, whenever i pray to God i cry, because i feel his awesomeness through me, even when im singing praises, during this time i was praying i found myself speaking a language i do not understand, i was scared so i stopped lest i blasphemed, i continued praying and it started again, but i couldnt understand what i was saying so i stopped again.

Dear christians, when you speak in tongues do you understand what you’re talking about? i thought some people were gifted with interpreting this speaking in tongues while others spake it? how come we have less interpreters and more speakers?

I went to the Stadium yesterday to do some exercise,
While I was at it, A boys phone fell in a sealed gutter.He and his friend struggled to remove the phone with sticks but couldn't, I decided to help out...we tried and tried but couldn't, the Stadium was beginning to get scanty...

The boy gave up and said he would come back later in the day with a Big hammer to break the concrete,all the time we were there I was very optimistic we were going to remove the phone and I was assuring the boy not to worry that he was going to get his phone..

After thinking and trying again and again I almost gave up,but an idea came to my head, "if we can get an iron hanger we can remove the phone" I told the boy,but there was no where we could get a hanger there or any rod that could help...

I got frustrated within me and decided to pray in my mind for God to help us remove the phone. While I was praying in my mind the stick fell inside the gutter, So ran to get another stick...


As I came back with the stick I saw one of the boys trying to put a nylon in the gutter,So I asked what he was trying to do,He then said he got an idea that we should put a nylon in the gutter then push the phone with the stick into the nylon and then pull the nylon out with the stick...Immediately he said that I smiled and called him a genius.

Just close to us was a cloth-like material I rushed to get it and told them this one will be better, In less than 5mins the phone was out...

On my way back home I was thinking of the whole experience, A thought came to my mind " You were busy praying while someone else was busy thinking ...It kept on reoccurring on my mind; I should have been the one to get that idea if I had spent more time thinking than praying ...But when I got home I said to myself God answered my prayers either ways.... But then why wasn't it through me...

Should I have thought more on getting solutions or trust in prayers...

Relate this to life generally, most times we have problems and instead of thinking of how to solve the problem we tend to just be praying without thinking
From this experience I've come to understand that when faced with life challenges we should think consciously on solving the problem without neglecting Prayers...

I don't even know what came over me during the service,I had a strong conviction to give just ones in the offering today,because we normally give offering three times in the church.....so while returning from church,I saw the boy again,singing with his melodious voice and beating the tin...I decided then to drop the remaining money from my Bible.....

immediately I opened the gate of my house to get in,a little girl of about 6 years ran up to me and tapped me on my dress,when I looked back at her,she just muttered "Sister God bless u"smiled and ran off!.....I was astonished!....

About three days later, he sent for me and presented my termination letter. When I opened the letter, a tear dropped off my eyelids as I saw in block black and bold letters "TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT DUE TO REDUNDANCY" . I stood there for close to five minutes not knowing what to say.After a while I managed to utter a thank you sir and left to pack all my belongings out of the company..
I went home to meet my sick mom(my father is late, I am an only child), when I saw her state I couldn't just bring it upon my self to tell her that I was just sacked..

I know that we all love to use our phones everywhere we go and for some of us, we have found an excuse to take the device to church: e-Bible.

I use a TECNO L5 mobile smartphone and as much as I can be called an heavy user of my phone because it lasts long, I have ensured the phone doesn't go with me to church and here's the scriptural reason!

The day I had a spiritual understanding of this verse was when I changed my mind about this act.

I'm beginning to get more curious and furious about this , it has been going on for about four years now and people are not seeing anything wrong about it or i say his members are brainwashed to the highest order not to see anything wrong in this. Someone should please call this Christ Embassy church to order, every year they charge people coming to worship with them on the 31st night the sum 1000 naira as a gate fee. In the previous years they sell tickets before the show sorry i mean service, so all who wants to attend the 31st night service must come with their tickets to enter the church auditorium .


But this year they decided to craft another means of collecting this 1000 naira, they made it compulsory for each attendees to purchase an electronic gate pass for 1000naira. My question is , are they going to dance to the melody of a superstar singer or dance to sound of a superstar DJ ? Even the huge yearly program The Experience is free, someone should please call this Loveworld ministry aka Christ Embassy to order, reaping off our gullible citizens.

Nice post, but I really "think" sorry I mean I really know you should be mindful of what pours out of just to write a post. My point is you're contradicting yourself by mere facts of your points. You call said group of people You're talking about "prophets and men of God", but those names in their definitions or meaning have nothing to do with what you're talking about. If your said group of people are truly who they claim to be I.e the prophets and men of God, then there's no being deceived. when they say your fiancee is not the right person for you, they couldn't have been any clearer or more correct.

See there are principles in the bible that if any man should apply them to his live he'll prosper regardless of the state of his salvation.
One of them is "give and it shall be given unto you" another one is " he who helps the poor lends to God and he will be repaid.
In like manner there are blessings that scripturarily just makes the man who is born again successful read 2 cor 2:14, 2 cor 8:9, 2 Peter 1:3-4, 1 Peter 2:9, 3 John 1:2
How do you show forth the praise of God in a broke, jobless and unhealthy state?
How do you preach to someone that your God is a good when he doesn't take care of you? John 16:23-26.
Jesus said ask that you may receive that your joy may be full. How is your joy full in an empty stomach, unpaid rent, unpaid children's school fees etc? If you're not taught about your prosperity in church, where else do you want to learn it? Like it or not, believe it or not what God's word says it is, is what it is.
Stay there and don't like prosperity sermons and let others that like it keep learning and prospering. It won't change anything!!!
