I don't know whether what I saw this morning falls under sex harrasment, but here is mine.

We got down from a public vehicle (me and my sister) and then tried to cross the road only for one grown up to hit my sister butt and claim it was an accident.

My sister overlooked it and the we crossed the road. As we were going up a bridge, we decided to stop and buy something only for the same man to do it again. He still said it was a mistake and walked away. The road is a big one ooo, and no car was passing by but the man decided to walk on the corner where no reasonable person will pass so that he would accomplish his mission.

My sister and I were really pissed off, even the traders attending to us were insulting him but he couldn't care less.

I couldn't do anything because my sister told me not to as per he his an old useless man. If not ehnn...

I have been abroad for a while now and i am curious to know why some of our ladies decline dating or marrying fellow Nigerians in the diaspora. I have tried to date a few any they are often quick to assume i am after them for their papers while i just prefer my own, someone who understands my culture and where i have come from. Even when i try to date the ones that don't have paper, regular work visa holders like me. They seem to want to be with the guys that have papers.

Also, when i am old, i would like to return to Nigeria. Marrying outside would make that transition very difficult.

I study other races, Immigrant groups from India and Asia. they work together well, and don't have these difficulty.

Should i give up on being with a Nigerian or keep trying ?

Good morning Fellow brethren, I was born in a very religious family, when I was small I enjoyed attending church. I sometimes even slept in the church (back then it was allowed by our church).

In 2010 I went to stay with one of my aunts, she was Catholic, so I started attending Catholic Church with her. Then in 2014 I left and have been staying on my own since then.

To be honest I have not been to Church more than five times, the last time I went to church was in July 2018, don't know why but that's just it.

Whenever I take milk, I tend to fart uncontrollably, like non-stop farting. Imagine you being with someone and the person is farting every three or five minutes. Honestly, this can be so annoying for the fartee and embarrassing for the farter.

The farts is the type that make the "ssshhhhhhhhhhh" sound. And sometimes the fart becomes noisy or vibrates.

Please, what can I do to remedy this? What can I do to stop the fart? It happens whenever I take milk. I take pap alot( infact I prefer pap to tea), and I take the pap with milk because I don't use sugar. Please, is there any alternative? Maybe a better milk that I can use for the pap.

Please, is there any one here who has/is experiencing this?

Or is it because of that particular company's product (milk)?

Good day everyone. This topic shouldn't be on this Section, but I really need it to gain traffic urgently reason I am doing this here. My apologies.

I am from a family of four. The eldest. I hail from Plateau state. I lost my Dad when I was 10yrs. After my dad's burial, I went to live with a paternal anty who maltreated me so badly that I almost committed Suicide. I was like a slave. You can think of all the dehumanizing treatments in life. I started High sch. No sponsor.

Same anty never paid my fees for once, yet I was like a slave to her and her children. Throughout my secondary school, there was NO session that I ever wrote complete exams for 1, 2 and 3rd Terms. I would write maybe 6papers and not write the remaining papers, I will miss the next term's exams totally and write a few papers the final term of the session due to not paying sch fees. I was so ridiculed & mocked by my classmates cos of the constant embarrassment. As a result of this, I became an introvert. I couldn't even ask questions in class or socialize with my mates. No friends. My fee was #800 at the time. A private sch. I was so determined to get education & prayed God to pls help me bear whatever I faced at that time.

During this period, my mum who is unlettered stayed back in the village with my siblings and had to remarry. I got really pissed and cried myself out when I heard about the marriage cos I had no prior knowledge about it. My mum up till now has NEVER given me anything like Money in my Life. Highest she ever gave me was 1k at once...

At a point some person's even asked me if I still had a Mum particularly whenever I tried to seek help from them.
I was undeterred, wrote my WAEC, had 4-Distinctions and 4-credits and a Pass in Geography, then wrote JAMB, scored 220 and got admission to the University. I had to Hussle to pay my fees throughout. I spent 8yrs in the University due to money constraints. My mum never showed much concern. At a point I said I would drop out and to my shock, she said I should do so if I wanted to. Thank God I done with my Degree.
During and after NYSC she would always call me almost everyday talking about money. Making demands on me. I was always sending to her cos no matter what, she's my mum.

At a point, I wasn't responding to her calls for months and never sent money again. She started telling people that I wasn't calling her or picking her calls or helping her. She also instigated my younger siblings against me and they started disrespecting me. Anyone of us who has money and gives to her at that particular period is who she will become friends with then starts reporting negative things about others to the person that is currently giving her money. Some things would be done and I will never be aware except an outsider tells me. I felt so bad about all these and I decided to stay aloof and estranged from my family. I don't call except once in a while. My mum has been calling for almost a month now but I haven't picked cos money will be involved in the conversation and I don't have now.
Pls advise me.

The last straw was when I got Mobilized for NYSC and had nothing to even use for transport to the camp. I consulted a cooperative that she belongs in to loan me some money, but did u know that after they accepted to give me the loan the next day, I went back and they started giving me excuses. I later heard from an impeccable memeber of the cooperative that it was my mum that asked them not to grant me the loan. Her reason was that I may not pay back and she didn't want the responsibility of repaying to fall back on her. Same woman that has never given me any dime. Mind you, she has money to buy the latest Wrappers but can't help me.

She attends almost all the burials in the village even when the deceased isn't related to her and likes to drink alcohol. I have talked to her about this but she wouldn't listen.

Touchy catchy long story, only thing I've got to say now to you is be who you needed while you were growing up now to your family.

After a heated argument, she claimed the house as hers but I rejected! I didn't stop her from marrying any man but what I am against is moving the man into my father's house. More to that, she planned to open a business for her husband to be on my father's land. I know the consequence of allowing that to happen: he will later claim the land.

Since my mom met this man she stopped treating me like a son. One of her sisters told me that the man was disturbing my mom to send me out of the house so he can move in asap.

When I approached my mom with this, she cursed me because she believes I'm against her will.

How do I prevent this man from taking what belongs to me?

Greetings naira Landers, my only sister is happily married to a lawyer and this guy have been instrumental to me and my family since he got married to my sister. Now I intend getting a car for my sis because her office is a little bit far from their home, the problem now is I don't know how her husband will feel if I use my sister's name for the car papers. We had tried for so long to have a baby,there were doubts creeping in from friends and family alike but our faith in God never wavered.It wasn't easy.My wife was having birth complications as the doctor said her pelvic region wasn't opening up enough to birth a child and that the baby was rightly positioned.Fear gripped me but I had to be a man and offer encouragement to my wife because she was already asking me if she dies while giving birth,will I marry another wife? Those complications took a lot of strength from her and finance from me and she spent some days in the hospital before she finally gave birth in the wee hours of this morning to the glory of God.Mother and baby in good health.

Depending your test strip and method.
Some 2-4 weeks but best option is after 3months.

I rented an apartment in March when I moved in I discovered the house was leaking water all over the places according to landlord he said more than 30 places but I think it was around 10 places.

We agreed he will refund me house rent and agreement and I left immediately in April.

This is 4 months he has rented the house still refused to refund me.

And the investigations later will bring to light that this is a love crime. Either the tenant is involved with the landlord and hence the wife's actions or the wife is just paranoid and jealous for reasons best known to her or the two.

My previous post about a big school that called me for an Interview, Well I actually went there, did my test and when I was asked to come in for Micro Teaching where I was faced with Staff of the school and maybe the principal, I flopped and panicked heavily.

The fear was well written all over my face and I was just saying rubbish despite choosing to teach "Matter" as my topic. Immediately I came in and they asked for my name and few other questions before the micro teaching, my voice was already shaking as if I have never taught before in my life(they noticed and told me to calm down).

Although I am an introvert, I hardly face audience talk more of strangers and the quest to ensure that I performed, those things enveloped/swallowed me completely. I have never taught in such a big school before, I think my qualification was what made them approach me in the first place.

One of the staff kept throwing questions at me, I mean confusing questions just to know my depth of knowledge in the particular topic, and guess what? I flopped totally and became disorganized. But luckily, there was a man among the panel who gave me the option of coming back and prove myself that I am a qualified teacher as stated in my CV or I should take another topic I'm more comfortable with. So, I opted to leave and come back so I can regain my confidence.

Now, I have been given enough time to go and make research and convince them on Monday.
How do I conquer that fear and what are the things they look so I can prepare hard.

While the love of my son made me to pay lot of visits to my ex dad house in Ajegunle alongide Sango road ,i find out my son stayed 2 months at home before registering him into 1 mushroom school and his mum never allowed me to know what class he was .He spent just 1st term of his Nursery 2 with me and was doing fine before his mum decided to shock me .The visits made us to had things together again.


Before the kids holiday started ,she came around once and we did stuff together and immeaditely the school break started ,she brought my son and in all,i would say we have stayed almost 3 weeks together.(She went back to her place at Ajegunle on friday , .She never returned any of the items she packed. I find out her siblings and dad got a room for her .So,she got the room filled with all my belongings .If i ask her about it ,she tells me to forget about it and i didnt even complain.To say the truth ,the love i have for her have diminished a lot and it is up to the level that i dont feel anything for her if i dont see her .I only develop feeling for her if i see her with my son .

Now,my son have been with my younger sister since 15 days ago
and i find out that boy cant even write or read but could only fit for Nursery 2 instead of Basic 1 he was supposed to be promoted to if his mum didnt take him away .My sister is a teacher and she is good at teaching very well.From the lesson she enrolled him and her sons ,i was made to know that boy cant even cope in Basic 1 .Even ,he will only manage to be in Nursery 2.

I had to shed some tears on hearing this .I called my elder sister and told her i will not allow him to go back to Ajegunle.I plan to create time for him when school resumes .I am enrolling him into Nursery 2 and also get a teacher for him .I will make sure i close early from work to do my own part .

About his mum,i am not interested any longer .She have really done a lot of damages to my life mentally,financially and emotionally .The worst of it is my son eduaction .She have messed me up so much .I was supposed to get a new accommodation before she packed away my stuffs but i spent all the money i saved to get new items .I started over again and thank God ,i am moving out of this house latest september ending .

I am so devastated and i pray God give me the strength to teach my son the way i want and may God bless his brain too .I have decided to live alone woth him so i can train him the way i want and in God way .He is 5 years and 3 months old

Have you done DNA analysis to even verify that the child is even yours in the first place?

But the major reason why many christians are not holy is because they do not have passion or hunger or thirst for holiness. Imagine how you have passion for football or passion for betting or passion for your career. Imagine the addictions you have to certain things..Now imagine having passion and hunger to be holy.

I tell you, if you spend 2 months of desperation, praying hard and trying to be holy, God will see that you are truly interested in being holy, and He will give you grace and ease to live a holy life. God gives holiness grace to those who truly needed it!

Please my husband wants to covert some of the rooms in our hose to self con and rent it out.

We have just 1 tank of 3k litres. Bringing in tenants means we have to buy another tank but we don't have enough money for the renovations and the extra tank.

We either renovate, and rent out without connecting water. Tenants will have to fetch using the backyard tap. In that case rent will be 120.

Or we get a loan and buy a tank and connect. Then rent will be 180k.


What do we do?

N/B. my husband wants to collect the rent monthly and not yearly.

You could do what those I rented from did, they took 1½year rent and said the money was for the water and right now after 2months water has been connected
