Chai! Concortion rice tins. I used to have this thermocool for my mouth and I wont even bother to chew. I dine and wine with poverty then no be small. I can only thank God today. |
Wiziman:That’s it my brother. I hardly comment on threads like this but it’s a great opportunity to pour out my mind. |
I thank God that you left for a better woman to Come into my life. Even though Facebook has in a way unite us as friends, I still remember how it hurts to let go when you left, I still remember how I failed and incourse exam just because I lost concentration after you left. Now I know better and I’ve forgiven you because I knew why God wanted it that way. But deep inside my heart......I still love you. |
utytill:I’m not sure. I’m yet to meet any Nigerian working as one. |
Investmentfreak:You’re welcome. |
Investmentfreak:Honestly I don’t have. |
RealityShot:You’re most welcome. I wish you the best. |
What a message. |
RealityShot:I'm so sorry bro, I lost her contacts sometimes ago. |
This is coming late jor. I bought one just 2 weeks ago. |
Investmentfreak:Na naija u de ba, just ask around you. You’ll be amazed that someone close to you probably has someone here that can do it for u. Be patient. This is because this forum is DIY(though very unlikely because you’ll need someone) and nobody will likely come out to openly help u here even if someone is willing to ‘help’. Unfortunately, uae visa gives room for u to be charged anyhow and even scammed. there’s a fixed charge for the 3 months visit visa by the uae government but the amount that you will be asked to pay varies, depending on the greediness and number of your ’agents’. On the other side, the company that process ur visa will hold whoever stand for you responsible if you refuse to leave or change to residence. My own testimony is that a friend charged me 600k for a 3months visa when I was planning to come here. He even told me I’ll need to wait for 30 working days afterwards. Then I read about people who did it for 250k on the previous thread. While I was telling a colleague, one of my patients heard me and she said that if I can allow her to help me, for a price that I’ve never seen anyone quoted here(approx 50% of what I thought was ideal), I will get it the following day and that was it. |
Dullee:The admin of the site or whoever called you doesn’t have any job to give you. Sure, they will call you to subscribe to their paid service or to activate your account with them, so that they can promote ur cv and more employers will be able access your cv on their platform. Almost all the popular job sites are known for charging the employees, who wish to get some privilege above others, except for few exceptions like indeed. Naukri.com can call u almost everyday, dubizzle will sometimes request that u can pay for ur cv to be on top, and so on. This service might have helped so many job seekers in securing their dream job but I think you need to be on ground, for it to be really effective. You mayn’t need to even subscribe for such service if u de grand. |
Woody2:Well, cases like this are mostly scam but yours may just be one of the few exceptions. So, tell him that there’s no problem, he should send it and you’ll pay him afterwards. Once he send the supposed visa and the ticket to you, do well by uploading them here. You can cc people like nattybanta and other folks here. I’m pretty sure that people will help you to confirm if the visa is genuine. U can call the airline to confirm the itinerary for the ticket. Mind you, don’t succumb to any undue pressure that’ll be mounted by him during this verification period . Once confirmed, u can wire him the 300k.Pls note, theres a possibility that he’ll send u flight reservation instead of confirmed booking, there’s also a possibility of him telling u that the agent has canceled the supposed visa when you refuse to pay on time. These are just normal stories. |
All these self-acclaimed Dubai big boys should park one side abeg. Hush isn't as rich as he's portraying himself to be but the guy carry small, no he lie. I once met him at Gucci store in Dubai Mall and from what I noticed, he was actually invited to come and check out their new stuffs and he picked some stuffs and left after paying. |
Hello, how much is the cheapest return flight From LOS to DXB for 1 adult and 2 kids(Age 1+ and 3+)? Travel date is April 24 and return date is 18th may. |
Nice one @ op. |
oluayebenz:There’s nothing wrong in making moves to relocate to a better country where your kids are ensured of a relatively good future bro. The job earning him such good salary is definitely going to be a skilled job and he will be duly paid for his expertise too anywhere else in the world. Nobody throws money to the gutter, he’s earning that much because his service is key and generating more for the company. So far, I’ve met Nigerians here earning intimidating salaries. I mean something in the range of 100-140k on a monthly basis. That’s the range most American board certified consultants earn monthly in uae. I’ve met couple of Nigerians who are board certified. One could have expected them to spend their entire career in uae, because they’re earning good salaries but no. They still move to other places, for different reasons. One I know very well left in December last year for “personal reasons”. So, there’s nothing wrong in moving for good but one must be smart and be guided. |
nitrogen:You’re right, your reasons are so on point. You didn’t even mention the fact that if one looses the so called we’ll paying job, the person has only 30 days to either look for another job to sponsor him or leave, no matter how long he’s been living here. PR and family friendly environment to properly train the kids is a big plus to consider. Imagine, kids delivered in Aussie, Canada and US are getting paali while their counterparts here has few days to either leave or their parents should proceed to get them sponsorship visa or pay huge fine for overstay. There are very many other reasons but that will be too revealing and this is not really a faceless forum. |
These ones came to worsen our existing bad reputation. They should have known that they can never escape uae. |
Ilamina:Okay, but you can't really conclude on your own that its not a medical problem. You already pointed out 2 relevant stressors ( your Upbringing, father) which is very helpful. These are stressors that you can't really do anything about. You may think that you don't need to consult any doctor because of 'minor' Anxiety. But I think its necessary, espectially if its affecting your interpersonal relationship with people and/or occupation. Good luck |
Ilamina:The reason can be as simple as stress( physical and or emotional), which you may need to adjust to or modify. You can go for medical check up. The doctor will ask you several questions to work you though several anxiety disorders, a good and detailed history is important here. It may also be due to medical conditions, so you may be asked to carry out some tests. I usually order for a test called Thyroid function test in women with such complaint because hyperthyroidism is a common cause too and this is mostly seen in ladies. |
I can remember 2 other tribes from Ogun state that are not mentioned here. Ohori and Anago. Ohori's are found in yewa part of Ogun state and republic of Benin. |
betterbest:Oh great! |
Get someone to follow you to the police station. Hold some cash because you won't leave there without spending some cash. That's even if they grant you bail. However, if they didn't free u, you may need to get a lawyer and take her up on false accusations, Since she doesn't have any evidence to back her claims up. She has paranoid personality disorder, too bad. Move out of that house asap. Don't waste your time by trying to collect ur rent balance or anything. God is your strength bro. |
Riging the supplementary election in kano alone will degenerate to a worse violence than what we withnessed in the entire south put together. An average Hausa man can die for what he believes in, even their women. I was just joking with a lady about the outcome of the election and why I won't have voted for buhari if I was around... She's still very angry with me till now. |
RIP Prof. What a great loss! Meanwhile, life is just a gamble, I've flown Ethiopian air alone about 4 times in the last 1 year. May the Lord continue to protect us. |
History will forever be fair with Fela. |
utytill:You need to obtain the relevant license(s) to be eligible to work as a nurse here. You can google dha, haad and Moh. Read about their professional qualification requirements and start the process if you're interested, while you're still working in Nigeria. Of the 3 exams, I will strongly suggest that you choose haad because there are more openings with better package on routine bases. Fortunately, you can write the exam in Nigeria. Once you pass, you can then come and search for job. As for speciality, I'm not sure if it really matters but you have a better chance in Abu Dhabi if you have experience in occupational health/ Offshore, with relevant certifications like ACLS, H2S, BOSIET. BLS certificate from AHA approved center is needed to apply for licensing. |
I'll have long gone to Paradise so I ain't gona miss this sinful world ![]() |

abumeinben:My mom, who retired in August, 2012 is yet to receive her gratuity. I hope people don't fall for Amosun's gimmicks by installing his stooge, all in the name of promoting Yewa agenda. |
Eden1747:I want to believe that you're the recipient of those messages. I need a tutor who will help me through my prep for ielts and oet, especially writing skills. I don't know if you're into that or knows someone who can handle that. Its going to be a paid service and I'll be available only on Fridays. I've contacted a center in Abu Dhabi but I wasn't really impressed with the lady assigned to me. I await your response, thank you. |
. Once confirmed, u can wire him the 300k.
