Politics › Re: GEJ Should Be Impeached - LA Times Joel Brinkley by drnoel: 7:26am On Mar 22, 2013
U people are looking at it the very wrong way though barking at the right horse. GEJ problem starts with his advicers and people around him. Nigeria is a country where Oga's at the top take decisions with impunity without consulting just cos they feel its their right to do so. Most Nigerian men have that problem esp ones who grew up in Nigeria even more esp our corrupt politicians and senior government officials. No if our government (GEJ, PDP and there cronies) could learn that before they take serious decisions they should sample opinions most of these problems would not be, also if they knew they would have to answer to someone; believe u me, they would make no room for mistakes.

I wonder why they didn't send them to my alma mata. The last I checked I know Nigeria still had good places where they could have used. If they wanted to use secondary school fields why did they no go to kings college, St. Gregory's college, Methodist boys college, St. Phimbas and others that still have top quality school fields.

He lied to me from the day I met him but now that we have a child together he claims to be telling me the truth and boy does the truth hurt!! First of all he has a girlfriend and child in Nigeria this I did not find out until I was pregnant yet he claims he loves both me and her. She has finally gotten a visa after 4 years and is in the uk she does not know about my child as yet and he is in no rush to tell her. She has been here for four days and idk what to do I have strong feelings for him and I feel like my whole world has been torn apart I cannot stop crying. From a real nigerian woman's perspective can you please tell me if it is likely he is using me so he can marry her and bring her to the uk permanently or does he really believe he loves us both?? Romance › Re: Married A Foreigner But Deep Down I Miss Having A Nigerian Girl. by drnoel: 4:12pm On Mar 20, 2013
nnamod: I have been married for over 6 years to a foreigner and we have a lovely child together. However, whenever I am in close proximity to a Nigerian girl I find myself drawn to them. It happened last when I was at a Nigerian Independence party, A very good friend showed up with his girlfriend and their Nigerian friends and siblings. I was overwhelmed with the urge to kiss one of the girls who happened to spend quite some time with me. I am not into the front and backyard assets. Is something wrong with me? or is it a pitfall of inter racial marriage?
Thank you

P.s

I would prefer respectful, civil and mature responces. I believ in God but please lets keep this as normal as possible. Thank you.
Bro, its the same problem we all face, by we all I meant most of us. Its not only you, most of my brothers that married caucasians complain the same thing. Especially when we go to parties and their wives stand out like sour thumbs. Its one thing my brother envy me about. I insisted on marrying my girlfriend who is Nigerian, so don't happen to have that problem. See, its left for you to work on your woman so that she fits in and doesn't stand too out but then we all know no matter how much u work on her she still gono stand out but that shouldn't be ur worry. Be content with what u got cos u went into it with ur eyes open.

I know one other case of an Igbo guy that so worked on his Polish/American wife that she could actually speak Igbo (with an owerri dialect), o boi respect. But then she was doing one masters like that on west african studies and was compelled to learn one native language so she chose her husbands (igbo/owerri). The flavour was nice cos the party I met them, the lady had lots of Nigerians flocking around her (plus those that wanted to snatch her from her husband).

Anyway to cut a long storey short. U got to work on ur wife.

Jonathan, I am already campaigning for you.

U know I said categorically that any party that sites buhari as their presidential candidate will lose. When buhari was head of state, idiagbo was the one pulling the strings. APC will be making a big mistake if they make Buhari their presidential candidate.

na wah oo, looks like this 2013 is going to be a year of presidential pardons and mis-pardons of those who deserve it and those who don't. I am sure he must have thought that pardoning of the homosexual would bring him back into peoples good books......but no sir, someone tell him that even the bible said "Sometimes only one bad deed that is done is enough to cancel all good deeds of someone" (2 Corinthians 5:10).

he is richer than obama.

goodluck salary in one year, buys a very large house in canada all paid for. even a senator salary pays for a house in a year 100%

Ak47 bullet: It is unfortunate that this dude feels money and lives are THESAME. While stolen money could be recovered or even replaced, life once leaked can never be replaced. Get a life and know that life is more precious.
Secondly, the @Op simply asked which is more tolerable? Let's not deviate. Life isn't the same as money.

Ak47 bullet: You are putting everybody in a fix. Anyways, All moral being will okay pardon for corruption. Life once taken can never be replaced.
1st to yarn
there u are wrong ma brother. U can´t use ur right hand and beat ur son and then used ur left hand to give him sweets (only the devil does that ma guy and u are not him). So if we examine things closely we will see that granting amnesty for Boko haram and State pardon for the likes of Alams and his cohort boils down to the same thing,....a failed system. Mind u, I didn´t say a failed state or country b4 some of u decide its time to crucify drnoel. A failed system I mean is simple, cos the big question is what happened to the judiciary. Why a state pardon for a criminal like that, someone who stole billions of our hard earned money. What are we telling the world? U should see how it was reported in foreign tabloids: Nigeria pardons presidential ally (BBC), Nigeria pardons ex-governor who stole millions (MSN news) to mention a few. Tell me, what is the difference between someone who steal billions and someone who murdered people in the name of terrorism on his own countrz and people. People, there is no bleeping difference. If u say one difference could be one group killed but the other group only stole then i will ask u. What of the people that would later die from hunger and starvation (pensioneers), sickness (health care system) and/or under aged children that won´t go to school e.t.c due to the absence of the stolen money (salaries, hospotal bill, school fees) that should have been used to pay the bills. Do u still think that state pardon for corrupt looting of our money is better?
