Fair points. I didn't account for the politicians in power among the rich or poor. Those ones have their every need handled by our taxes and income.

So the issue is not about removing subsidy . It is about how to quickly solve our refinery problems and mitigate the hardship that comes with the removal . The subsidy removal would have even been better but in the same breathe naira was floated ,making the import price go higher . It just shows they didn’t really think things through .

Lastly pump price will get to 700 naira . It is unavoidable unless Dangote refinery starts within a couple of months

Both rich and poor are suffering in this economy o. There is nothing wrong with lobbying. I support it 100%. The people must provide checks and guidelines to our leaders. However it is easy to cause chaos in Nigeria. Just use ethnic differences, religion or even money.

Subsidy removable was non-negotiable. My only problem is with the approach.

Delta State was well developed by Chief Ibori while he was governor. The major present imfrastructure were made by him. Successive governments didn't really build and consolidate on his achievement. They are built special to operate in special conditions. A glitch as little as a fraction of a second up there could mean disastrous consequences.

You have to understand that there are different rules up there.

Every system built by man has a probability of failure even computers. I am sure there is a definition of a glitch-free computer which would say what the standard is.

And three, if it experienced a glitch, it would show in the logs. Lol. Just wait. The evidences and unanswered questions are too much.

On glitches, it is my experience that systems that appear to have no glitches have some redundancy and error checking functionality as part of their design. It is not true to say no computer suffers glitches.
