If people really care about Nigeria then they will see the error in Tinubu's choice. This is not the time for a Muslim Muslim ticket. Christians already feel endangered in the present Nigeria. Their churches are attacked etc. How are Christians going to feel they have a part in this government if APC wins?

If the only view point is winning the elections, carry go but note that it is a short term view. In the long term it will backfire as Pandora's box has now been opened. Ambition can be a terrible curse.

I am not fan of Odumeje but to be honest government is doing right thing in the wrong manner. How can you give just two months notice to church that has established for years without making temporary arrangement choices for them first or pay them compensation first to show that government is responsible? The victims who are feeding through the church are not begging government for money or their upkeep, but yet government got mind of blowing off their sources of daily income without showing more care and compassion than just to issue enforcement order.

Soludo is enjoying free, steady huge monthly and daily income, but thinks life is easy for somebody you demolish his source of income before peaking up so fast again. He will certainly loose members due to distance or otherwise ; and starting all over to raise church and members after lots of wasted investment is never so easy practically than mere talks. Government should have shown more concern by offering them temporary locations of choice within the vicinity to use and issue them compensations agreed on time so they can purchase another land and begins building.

Compensation and longer warning for doing the wrong thing? Government should start adding fines for such crimes. It is a crime to build where those people built. My additional challenge to the government is to identify how building permission was given. The crooks who did it should be demoted, fined and charged to court. Demolition is not free and takes away money that could have been spent elsewhere.

There is no wickedness. The pastor himself is wicked. He knowingly built that church in the wrong place. A number of people are at fault - How did he and others get permission to build there? Who gave the permission? Did monies change hand because I know people for this country like to get paid before doing their jobs?
