How much should my budget be for a new one?

I honestly don't know. It depends on market prices and tbh I don't keep an eye on such.

I know of someone who had to import a brand new Legion 5 Pro Gen 6 which more than exceeds the above spec. That was for 1.3m naira. I presume minimal 400k if spent well. It could be for less as I don't know the second hand market in Nigeria.

One reason to watch and read reviews is for the actual performance of the laptop. Throttling, total power provided to the GPU can affect performance. Also build quality can be an issue. Look out for the generation of the CPU.

For the budget you called - you will need second hand. I do not know any second hand sellers. I advise watching Jarrod's reviews to see how the laptop performs or other good gaming laptop reviewers. Best of luck.

Check the recommended specs for the games you play. If you paste them here, then perhaps someone can direct you. I can tell you for free that 300k is not enough to buy a laptop to play the top AAA games at ultra and 60fps 1080p. It really depends on the games you play.
