Last I checked they were human, they were Nigerian and they have a constitutional right. There is nothing wrong with seeking to pull out of a federation if you feel it is not working. No.1: Obi is not campaigning against Nigeria. He is campaigning against Atiku and Tinubu to govern Nigeria. If he was against Nigeria, would he run for office?

Is Peter Obi perfect? Would I vote for him? If I was forced to pick out of the three, I would give his cabinet a chance ahead of Tinubu and Atiku. If they win, they would be forced to form a coalition government.
