Good day, sirs and ma. I moved to Abuja to work as an Administrative assistant at (name withheld) close to Galadinmawa. The agreed pay with my employer was 50,000 which I accepted because I don't want to stay idle and I wanted to garner experience.

The Friend's house I stay is in Kagini. Those that know Abuja will know this place. The transportation cost from the house to my place of work is 1,100 and coming back same, which makes it 2,200 every day excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

After crossing my T's and dotting my i's I found out that The total cost is 2200 x25 days= 55,000 with a 5,000 deficit. The organization provide light breakfast and lunch. So, my food is a bit covered.

I am just confuse now. I talked to the organization for a pay rise but they gave me a stiff neck.

Please what will you advice me to do. I am seriously frustrated with the look of things. Do you think it's worth it.

P.s. I have worked for a month there now. I am scared my friend will complain that I am not contributing.

You mustn't stay with your friend, try to make new friends and ask for help from random close friends for accommodation space.

I know SFS Fund yield 11% while Stanbic yield almost the same rate

But for Fixed Deposit you will be getting averagely 4%

Some Banks even invest customers fixed deposit funds in Bonds or Mutual funds

The likes of piggyvest issues 12% per annum.

But my problem is that, if they shut down tomorrow, where will the customers or investors run to?

I met this lady at katsina during our NYSC. I talked to her as I do to other corp members no emotions or fillings attached. She visited me once with a guy because we are in different PPA. After years of serving we met again on Facebook we started getting along , emotions and fillings comes though we did not see face to face because she was at Dubia at that time. After months or a year of no communication i lost my dad and she collected my number from my friend and call me for condolences which from there we starting talking again. But all has changed. We started talking about marriage again , she get serious today and get fed up tomorrow, she reply my chaat after hours though she I'll be seen online. Today she want me to come to UK tomorrow she stop picking my calls. After a while I gave up. After like months she I'll call me again start asking if I have gotten a girl friend and want me to come to UK . In fact she told me to get my transcript and my documents ready that I'll be coming to UK by September. The problem here is that we don't talk if I don't chaat her she won't check on me unless after months if she wish. last week I sent her a voice note asking her that we need to talk, after hours she replied and said send me a voice note. The truth is that I love her so much. Am not in a relationship since after we had issue though I meet some potential girl but with her in my heart I couldn't do anything. Even when I sent her the voice not concerning our marriage if she is still interested in it or not she has not reply me going to a week now and she has led the messages. I came from a very religious family that believes in the teachings of the Bible.

I am 28yrs old and even up to now I have only had two girlfriends. Yea! Your eyes were correct, two (2).

The first one did not come until I finished from my secondary school. She happens to be a girl in my area, beautiful I must say. I asked her out then she was in S.S.S 3, it took me several months with the aid of her best best friend before she could allow me plant the flower of love in her garden. The relationship was smooth and fluid in which I can boast that for three years, we hardly fight for a complete whole day! Not that she did not offend me, but I made sure I say sorry for her own error. I pampered her and she loved me very dearly.
The "error" I think I made was not having s*x with her, because I could not phantom why during our relationship, she got pregnant for one of my random friends. She do lure me into having sex with her but I refused based on the fact that it isn't biblical and that it is meant for our wedding night, we do romance though (God forgive me) just to let her know I am a complete man. I was so depressed when the story was broken to me. I faced up with her that why would she do such a thing, all I had was a stern face and series of verbal abuse.
I left the environment in other not to keep seeing her. Fast forward three years later........

Seun was a loving girl that worth my wait of not having a girlfriend for the past three years. Everything about her was loveable. She was a girl who just wrote Jamb waiting to be admitted by a private university in Nigeria. I asked her what happened, she told me that the guy wanted to start cheating on her and she ended the relationship. Well I pleaded on the guy's behave but she was obstinate. Well I went home that night to receive her call at around 12:30am asking if I am sleeping. As a guy who already had interest in her and a sharp guy, I understood the scope and rekindled my interest in her by re-wooing her. She accepted my request and I was then the happiest man on earth because I have re-found love.

The love between Seun and I was so enviable, she was in Oyo, I was in Ogun but we communicated as if we were together. We communicated to the extent of telling each other when we are about to pee! Seun's mum is a single mother, she suffered a lot because of her this made Seun have an undying love for her mom. I supported her love to her mom and also did that and still do, never know that will still come to hurt me......
I think her mom told her point blank that she can't marry me because I am broke. I think she fought it out with her mum but her mum was adamant and because she loves her she has to dance to her tune of music... So she broke up with me after only eight months of unforgettable love experience........ How pathetic. I could not bear the pains so I left town to a remote area.

Another three years of not dating anyone, those whom I asked out keep telling me they don't love me. (why) those who I think does are teens like in J.S.S 3 or SSS1 the most. Those that I love keep hurting me, not that I am not good when it come to toasting a girl as I have done a lot for many friends that now have better testimonies but why can't I have a love of my life, I am not the flirt type because I hate it when a lady gets hurt, I can just withstand it. I wonder where those guys that cheat on innocent girls were created from. I even heard of a guy that had the opportunity of a girl who truly loves him, cloth him, feed him, even satisfy him in the other room all for the guy to still cheat on the girl! Very disgusting, was that guy made of flesh? Sometime I do ask my self why can God give that kinda girl to me, I believe I am gonna show her not the pool of love but the ocean of love. I sometimes think because I am a little short ( 4ft plus) is what cause this, but I do see many guys of my size even shorter than me who have more than one girlfriend!

Please nairalanders can thus be a cause or what can it be? Will I still find Love? Because I believe flirting is not the way out. Please advise a depressed soul. I am typing this as I have just been rejected by another girl whom I taught love me.
