i need us to bring ourselves outside this post and reason as webmasters.

it is 100000% clear i didn't scam or even plan to scam her. her website was only suspended does not mean i scam her. its clear something is wrong within the server side or hosting side.

this website uunista.com is hosted in one of my servers. this servers has 7 websites in it. all the seven websites is down. she is not the only one here and why is she saying i scam her? it seems i didn't understand the word ''SCAM''
i have sites built since more than 6,7,8 months ago, fully published. did i scam does people too?
why will i take the stress of building first design and even go as lengthy to redesign a site if i have in mind to scam her?

even when i talked to her on phone . i even asked her to send me her account detail for me to refund her money, did she send me?

A site is down when there is a downtime or a server error or crash.
A site is not said to be down when it is suspended. A site's suspension is never a result of a server crash or downtime.

Guy come out clean or don't come out at all. This is the wrongest place to think you can speak tech jargons and have your way with it.

NOTHING is wrong with the host comapany. I feel you have breached their TOS knowingly or unknowingly.

As a web hosting provider I understand that your reseller hosting account can be suspended when you do not pay up your reseller hosting fees. I also understand that once your reseller account is suspended all other sites under your reseller account will be suspended too. Then again, when you go on to pay for your reseller hosting your reseller account is released and all sites under it are released. Now the part that beats me in your story is this: If you have laid claims that your account was suspended because you were not available to make payment then why are your sites (including your business site) still down till now? I ask this because you now have access to a computer and if you had enough bandwidth to create a blog, logging into Liberty Reserve to pay your hosting bills wont be an issue. So really, your whole story is taking a downward spiral. This is all I am interested in as far as this case is concerned... the rest of the case about how dem shoot bird and the mama fly is just a waste of my time. People lose money everyday.

PHP isn't King of web dev because it is the best language for the web. PHP has the widest employer coverage for web dev. End of story. No time for hobbies, this is business!

Look at the source code of your homepage after the </html> tag. That is where the javascript injection starts from.

Its a problem that could range from your host to your poor coding practice (if applicable).

You must register this site under the google webmaster tools. Then go on to clean your code, if possible re-upload the who files and change your passwords. Then apply for Google to recheck the site again. I have helped clean a couple of sites like this and it takes under a day for Google to re-assess the site and certify safe. Once that is done, go back to the drawing board and sort out where that injection came from. You can spot issues like this before Google by checking your source codes regular and see their last modified date. If a file is carrying a recently modified date it possible it has been accessed and injected. Happy scrubbing.

There is a King and there are Princes. PHP is the king of the web development kingdom, the rest are Princes. Only a programmer who lives in denial will not see things this way.

As for being common, not really. What is common in Nigeria is people who call themselves PHP programmers who only have to implement PHP (and in a poor way) in their HTML contact forms to email scripts.

Because the "contests" are auditions for a programmer who will be handed the task of developing Nairaland and "taking Nairaland to the next level". The present Nairaland is built with Python.

Do your clients the favor of providing something professional and in good time. Hire a web developer to get this job done. Pay him well and take your own cut. Everybody goes home happy.

When you get to your happy home, drop all the "tools" and CMSes. Settle down with some books and learn PHP the way it should be learned and used.

I can't promise you much but can give you all the books you would need to become a PHP programmer (not in 24 hours, 2 months, 6 months etc) in a lifetime. Learning never stops.

...As someone has stated, there's nothing like an accidental discharge of a missile. To the best of my knowledge such kill switches do have a glass cover you have to voluntarily pull up before you get to the kill switch. No reflex or involuntary action can pull off that safety cover in one direct and press the kill switch in another direction.

Try as much as possible not to keep your domain and hosting in the same basket (your developer's custody).

Register your domains on one provider and host anywhere. When you want to shift host you still have full control of your domain.

Resellerpanel is a turnkey reseller. That means they do all the work for you while you focus on marketing. You are not really a reseller, you are a marketer.
