Lol monkey hunters have stormed the village and are promising hefty returns for village monkeys. How many will be foolish and buy monkeys that will be worthless once the hunters sell your monkeys back to you at a premium and flee? I love that Anecdote. It's always interesting watching it play out over and over again ![]() |
omenka:Spot on! I'll be very surprised if this man is still Senate President this time next month. He has too much baggage on him, wayyy too much. |
baralatie:When a man says he didn't touch his wife before she got pregnant and he somehow manages to accept the child just to keep both families out of the news. Then when the wife starts misbehaving, he gets angry and brings it up. You can't fault the man. Femi claimed that the paternity of the children, especially Tunmi was listed in their divorce papers as the major reason for the split. And looking at that girls picture here on Nairaland I agree that her father is definitely not Femi |
OK I read about his family squabbles on Sahara reporters and I now agree that his Ex wife Yemisi is a slut. That Tunmi is not Femis child. The evidence is clear and overwhelming, even from the pics here. Yemisi just brought shame upon herself and family. |
themosthigh:Evans med gained 9% yesterday with only N48,000 in 3 deals.That's how |
CR77:Stop making noise like a hyena and write petitions against the people you mentioned, detailing all their corrupt activities. The EFCC doesn't just jump up and arrest people. If you don't have any evidence against these people, then keep quiet and please STFU!!!!!!! |
That picture at the head of the thread is a bloody fake picture! The picture was taken when prominent retired generals and former security personnel of northern extraction paid a courtsey visit on the then APC Presidential Candidate, Mohamodu Buhari. Whoever believes Dambazzau was a member of the APC security team is a serious dunce! It is very stup-id and disingenuous of anyone to think the APC will constitute a security team made up of Purely northern retired generals. It is even more ridiculous to think those very prominent Retired generals and security personnel will agree to be part of a fictitious directorate of security. The PDP is really working overtime in spreading misinformation. |
It's sad! Nairaland is now a dumping ground for trash from Linda ikeji. Instead of coming here to read what I've already seen on Linda, why not just open only Linda? Nairaland needs a serious revival! |
This Akpabio guy is desperately trying to buy immunity from prosecution with this Minority leader position, just like Saraki thought he could do with the Senate Presidency. In this new dispensation, no position in this country will shield you from prosecution. He's just wasting his time. |
Who gives a Bleep bout who sent the petition to the EFCC? Are the allegations valid That is the koko! All of you are going to jail. One by one |
I stopped reading after I saw he was born in IMO. This piece is a blatant distortion of history by those South eastern fanatics that always want to ascribe all the glory in Nigeria to themselves. Jaja of opobo was an indigen of one of the delta tribes. Any attempt by our "Nigeria Jews" to selfishly distort history will be flatly resisted. |
SouthernBreeze:Couldn't agree more!!! That new Buhari spokesperson is daft! What kind of idîot goes to the media and says the President will be deliberately selective in pursuing Anti corruption cases that are even the job of the EFCC? What kind of SSA goes and says the FG won't interrupt a militant gathering when you're not the spokesperson of the Police or SSS? I'm a Buhari fanatic but that new SSA is a dunce! |
I see 1985 happening allover again where a single individual wants to criminalise and persecute an entire system whose moral base is skewed south. Buhari wants to single handedly pull down the entire system around him, including the system that produced him as President. My own postulation for the immediate future is this: The same system Buhari is trying to upstage will eventually be his albatross. Too many important people are at risk of going down under this Buhari Presidency. Atiku, Obasanjo, Dasuki and even former President Jonathan, practically the entire system! They're not going to fold their arms and watch Buhari throw them in Jail. They've already started scheming on how they'll cut Buhari to size when he eventually beams his searchlight on them. The current rumbling in the House of Reps is one of the strategies they are putting in place to control Buhari. If Buhari attempts to trouble the system, the system may consume him like it happened in 1985. |
This story is hilarious. OK the indicted companies didn't want to suffer any more legal battles with the FG so they entered a plea bargain with the FG for bribing Ex govt officials. Now they paid a fine and the fine itself was again looted! Incredible and hilarious. Nigeria sha!!! |
Defence put up by his people? This vagabond instructed his deputy to coordinate the thugs that barricaded the entire state and prevented the house of assembly members from coming into town to impeach him. He used thugs to assault judges and opposition party members. I totally agree with him. With the kind of politics he plays in the state, nobody can defeat him. He's a common thug and vagabond. I can't wait for his tenure to be over and for the EFCC to lead him straight to the gallows where he belongs. |
eyeview:This is a big lie! There is no private citizen in Nigeria today that owns more than 1 bullet proof car. The ONSA will never grant such permit. If there is indeed such person, when the person is caught he will be tried for treason for smuggling weapons into the country or using without permit. The laws controlling the use of bullet proof cars in Nigeria classifies them as high caliber weapons. Owning up to 5 of such as a private individual amounts to treason. |
eyeview:"The team also recovered twelve (12) new vehicles, out of which five (5) were bullet proofs. These vehicles which are all exotic vehicles were retrieved from SAMBO’s residence having failed to produce evidence of ownership. For instance, what could he be doing with five (5) bullet proof cars as a retired NSA?. These cars which from all available evidence were purchased with tax payers money, were being kept for possible sinister enterprise" Oga the man was sacked last week and 12 new vehicles were found in his house! Do I still need to prove to you that the vehicles were purchased at the twilight of his career? |
eyeview:Don't be ridiculous man. The DSS report said they found 12 new vehicles. 5 (not 9 that I earlier mentioned) were bullet proof. A freshly retired NSA purchased 5 bullet proof vehicles at 60million each at the twilight of his career? Please don't be naive! I happen to work for a company that is a contractor to the NSA. I know the exact type of bullet proof vehicles that were found in the NSAs house. Those vehicles were purchased for the FG period! Dasuki converted them to personal use. |
eyeview:Not just anybody can own a bullet proof car. Bullet proof cars are on the exclusive list. Anyone who wants to own one must get a special permit from the office of the NSA. These bullet proof vehicles found in his house were purchased for the FG. He converted them to personal use. There is no way in hell a former NSA could afford 9 bullet proof cars at 60million each. |
eyeview:Oga the bullet proof cars are national security assets. That is why the DSS is involved. They were probably purchased for the FG and the man converted them to personal use. |
This is just ridiculous journalism! So this 229 figure Tanoids are banding around is based on the ASSUMPTION that governors SHOUILD or OUGHT TO travel around with at least 10 aides each? When the Federal government already announced that just 32 people would be making the trip? This is gutter journalism at its peak! When Buhari took just 20 people to the G7 summit in Germany last month, I'm not aware that governor Shetimma of Bornu state who was on the trip, went along with 10 aides. Honestly sometimes some people need to be locked up for the kind of misinformation they deliberately indulge in. |
huangcheng:Oga to win a war its not just about weapons. U boost the morale of your troops too. Thats the rationale behind relocating the Centre of command to the North east. It has nothing to do with logistics or weapons. It's so the soldiers know that Abuja cares about them and hasn't forgotten them and is also behind them. |
I totally agree with the CBNs policy on forex controls. If those beureau de change people like, let them sell a dollar at N300 naira. The alternative market or black market in Nigeria constitutes about 1% of currency trading in Nigeria. It's ridiculous for people to assume demand in the black market is representative of the entire forex market. If you want dollars for legitimate reasons, go to the bank and fill out the paperwork. The only problem with this is the ease of carrying out forex transactions with banks. The CBN should streamline this process and make it easier. But to cave In to those dubious blackmarketers and speculators and devalue the naira again? Mba!!! |
At the confluence of positive H1 results next week and ASI touchdown at 29,000 also next week, we may see a reversal. Fingers crossed |
OP sori but the girl tried. She gave u enough green light. She wore mini skirt cos of u. She said she was cold cos of u. Y didn't u take action? And u knew she liked sex alot. Morale of the story is if you know someone likes sex alot and you can't keep up or can't understand the persons "give it to me" signals, keep off! No point coming here to whine like a cry baby ![]() |
Freedom of speech is paramount in our constitution. They can only sue him for slander or libel. But arresting someone cos of an online publication? That's very crass! That blogger should sue the police and the bank CEO that ordered his arrest. |
Read the OPs epistle, clicked her moniker, saw the dp, hissed and closed thread. Who's deceiving who? ![]() |
Disgrace to the phrase "special forces". They can't defeat ordinary small boko haram boys with basic training. Chad wey no get special anything dey show boko haram pepper. We too like grandstanding in this country ![]() |

I trust buhari, the man doesn't condone indiscipline. He scheduled a meeting for the national assembly members in the house from the APC and communicated same to the clerk of the house. Saraki and his felons who are also APC members disobeyed the Presidents directive and went ahead with their fraudulent election. I just hope the EFCC reopens its case against Saraki and takes him down. The man doesn't represent the change we've been yearning for. |
Everybody talking about Tinubus influence, but between Dagora and Femi, who was the better candidate? Did anyone honestly hear about Dagora before this elections? Same with Saraki and Lawal. Saraki is only popular cos he's a former governor. He had zero contribution to the senate when he was there last term. Plus he's also popular because he looted his state and his family bank duped people. |
