One Ui 5.0 has not been pushed to the US market. Also, note that you can't flash an exynos firmware on a Snapdragon chipset.
In order words, you can't flash the Indian firmware on the US variant.

However, if you know what you are doing, you could try flashing the firmware pushed to the Indian market. Reason being that Nigeria and India launched their 5G services recently, and both countries were not getting 5G services on S21 Ultra, but Samsung promised to fix it in the coming update. I believe it's been fixed in the One Ui 5.0 update.
