CrimeRe: Dead Bodies Dropped In Ezu River In Anambra By SARS (Graphic Throwback Photo) by EagleNest(m): 7:17am On Oct 17, 2020
How will the online government lackeys ever hear about the Ezu River incident when they're only interesting in 95% people. The 5% should go and die. Anything that will cause heartache to present govt they don't like, whether good or bad. Well una don see a m! When it affects the mouth, it do also affect the nose and the eyes. We're all connected in one way or the other.
PoliticsRe: How Southern Politicians Please Northerners In Order To Be Favoured - I Weep by EagleNest(m): 6:54am On Oct 17, 2020
These are facts. No be today it started. These politician normally started well locally but becomes zombies once they go Abuja. Looking for federal position or to hold federal interest blinds eye and defean ears. Hmmnnn, that's a food for thought.
CrimeRe: SARS Operatives Killed My Brother, Stole His N532,000, Called Him Armed Robber by EagleNest(m): 6:41am On Oct 17, 2020
Another sad case of police brutality. If not that there is no suitable alternative, it would have been better that the Nigeria police force as a whole should be disbanded not only SARS. Then create an entirely new Nigeria police service with a well thought out template. The abuse is too much.
PoliticsRe: How Obiano Facilitated The Transfer Of James Nwafor Back To Awkuzu by EagleNest(m): 6:07am On Oct 17, 2020
There is plenty darkness in the partnership between Obiano and this James Nwafor, or how else can one put it, he worked for Obiano! But was it just to fight crime or sth even darker? huh
PoliticsRe: CAN, CSOs, Others Reject Onochie’s Nomination As INEC Commissioner by EagleNest(m): 8:55pm On Oct 16, 2020
Was surprised about the nomination. I thought INEC is independent. Does Buhari really know anything about his nominees?
CrimeRe: Currently a Massive Crowd At Lekki Toll Gate For #endsars Protest. by EagleNest(m): 10:32pm On Oct 14, 2020
But SARS has been disbanded. I know there are so many things to protest about. Are they gonna protest all in one go?
CrimeRe: This Is What Lekki Tollgate Looked Like Earlier Today And This Night by EagleNest(m): 10:31pm On Oct 14, 2020
But SARS has been disbanded. Sure there are many things to protest about. What next?
CrimeRe: The Armageddon Called The Awkuzu Sars Under Csp James Nwafor by EagleNest(m): 10:30pm On Oct 14, 2020
This is really really serious. The monster in question and his likes in uniform, needs to be brought to book ASAP.
PoliticsRe: Ipob Using Instigating Strategy by EagleNest(m): 8:16pm On Oct 12, 2020
If we go with your line of thought that means IPOB is so powerful to have pulled such a massive global push towards a successful awareness about an evil called SARS. If you give IPOB the credit surely it will be well appreciated by them. grin
PoliticsRe: No Hiding For Pastor Adeboye As Yoruba Professor Teaches Him Some Lessons by EagleNest(m): 8:01pm On Oct 12, 2020
Who did this professor vote for in 2015 and 2019? And is he living in Nigeria or is he now a citizen of another nation in Nigeria?

How come you started speaking after Adeboye aired his opinion, where were you all these while?

Whether restructuring or outright breaking out, the common factor is that the current status quo is clearly a recipe of final death of Nigeria if left as it is.
PoliticsRe: Gani Adams Backs Nigeria’s Breaks Up, Gives Reasons by EagleNest(m): 9:48am On Oct 11, 2020
Let's restructure first and if it doesn't work well, then we break up and all will go independent. But it is gradually becoming clear to doubting Thomas's that the current status quo is not sustainable.
PoliticsRe: Call For Restructuring Based On Selfish Interest ―buhari by EagleNest(m): 2:23am On Oct 08, 2020
It's common sense to restructure Nigeria at this time as the current status quo is not sustainable. It is not a big ask Mr President.
PoliticsRe: 2023: It's The Turn Of Southeast Based On Equity, Fair Play - Senator Umar by EagleNest(m): 8:36am On Oct 06, 2020

You are right. It will be good to ask justice, equity and fairness from PDP.
Ask them to give you their presidential ticket.
As far as APC is concerned, the ticket will never come to SE.
No single day , on Radio, in public buses, either the pastor is praying against Apc or telling his people about that Apc is an Islamic party. I have witnessed that on many occasions in the east.
And since politics is not about emotions, zoning Apc to a region where, they already have pre determined motion, about the party is a dangerous decision
The last I checked, politics is very much dynamic. And fortunately it is not within your power to decide.

OBJ and Olu Falaye once emerged from two major parties, and they were voted by the whole country. Unless there is sth else, I see no reason why Igbos shouldn't.

So let's see how it pans out.
PoliticsRe: Future Of Nigeria: Yoruba, Igbo Leaders Back North’s Call For Referendum by EagleNest(m): 7:41am On Oct 05, 2020
Hopefully they are sincere and wouldn't make U turn when the talk starts. Govt needs to draw a plan and modalities to discuss what to vote for concerning the kind of restructing to adopt. There might be three or four shades of restructuring.
PoliticsRe: "EVEN YOU BRUTUS" See What Led To Julius Ceasar's Final Words {Pictured} by EagleNest(m): 7:30am On Oct 05, 2020
ashybabs:
Don't be mistaken both of them had a similar quest. And when u consider the impact of their conquest Ceasar is greater
I will think Alexander the great, militarily is more successful and got all these conquest done at very young age. Julius become powerful through military and that earned him also a political position to Senate thru which he rose to become an emperor.

I would rather you compare Julius Ceaser to Augustus Ceaser (Octavian), which of them is more successful?
PoliticsRe: Fayemi: APC Has Not Abandoned Restructuring by EagleNest(m): 6:33am On Oct 05, 2020
This is about 5th year of Buhari govt and restructuring haven't taken centre stage up till now. No framework or modalities to debate on how to restructure Nigeria to keep it alive.
SportsRe: Premier League: Liverpool Set Premier League Record After Aston Villa 7-2 Loss by EagleNest(m): 6:15am On Oct 05, 2020
It was a bloody Sunday.

Man U was first humiliated at home and before the reality of what happened in Old Trafford could sink, Liverpool got a whooping of unprecedented proportion. As in, two nightmares in one bloody Sunday.

Igbo turn. Do you people suddenly want to become the President of the zoo?
My friend, it depends on who is 'you people' and what is 'zoo'. Let it be clear, every Igbo is not IPOB, neither is every IPOB Igbo. When you look carefully, it is all about asking same questions on justice, equity and fairness for Nigerians.
PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidency: Igbos Are Not Part Of Nigeria - Isa Funtua by EagleNest(m): 5:55am On Oct 05, 2020
sapientia:
I will vote any competent Nigerian

Its my choice

A clown governor will make a worse clown President.
Of course yes if that competent Nigerian will fall from air but if it is thru those two major political parties in Nigeria that you're banking your hope to bring forth competent person, I'm afraid it will take a miracle.

Until then and when that miracle will happen, let Igbos have their turn for equity's sake. I'm confident that people like Peter Obi will make very huge and significant turn around of Nigeria if voted but again it is not a walk in the park.
PoliticsRe: 2023 Presidency: Igbos Are Not Part Of Nigeria - Isa Funtua by EagleNest(m): 9:12am On Oct 04, 2020
sapientia:
But he said the truth na, Eziokwu bu ndu biko

This is politics.

This obsession with Igbo Presidency is becoming irritating.

We have left everything that matters to be talking nonsense.

I want good governance not Igbo presidency.

We even need to fix ourselves first.

What have our governors been doing since 1999?

Our brothers and sisters who have even headed the NASS, of what impact was it in the lives of an average Igbo man or Nigerian?

What have our state houses ever achieved aside from being in the pocket of governors?

Until we hold our own Igbo leaders (Governors, NASS members, state assembly members and LGA chairmen) responsible for our travails, we will always be chanting marginalization.

2023 is even done and dusted, let's forget about it and fix ourselves.
Don't play ostrich in a matter of such great importance. Honestly I'm not surprised, that's how we keep on failing the 'Nigeria' exam.
PoliticsRe: We Need A United States Of Nigeria - E.A. Adeboye by EagleNest(m): 9:06am On Oct 04, 2020
I am glad that GO have spoken the bitter truth to power. Nigeria structure needs tinkering and needs to be done ASAP otherwise it won't stand long. The status quo can't last long before it collapses.
PoliticsRe: 2023: It's The Turn Of Southeast Based On Equity, Fair Play - Senator Umar by EagleNest(m): 9:02am On Oct 04, 2020
That's the bitter truth. Other major ethnic groups have benefited but now would want the template changed midstream, because it is Igbo's turn. Why?
PoliticsRe: Oduduwa Republic: Agitators Petition UN, US, EU, AU, Others by EagleNest(m): 8:56am On Oct 04, 2020

Christianity EtcRe: Pastor Adeboye: Restructure Or Risk Breakup Of Nigeria by EagleNest(m): 8:17am On Oct 04, 2020
I am glad Adeboye spoke concerning Nigeria situations and proferred solutions mathematically and prophetically. I can relate that Igbos sees tomorrow and often says it as it is.
PoliticsRe: For Those Of You Who Thinks America Is Heaven, Read This Please. by EagleNest(m): 8:43am On Oct 03, 2020
Law of relativity comes to mind. When you're born American, nurtured American and now felt the system is not good, wait...wait...and hear from someone breed and nurtured in Nigeria or similar hell in the world. You'll keep your mouth shut.
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Should’ve Built Rails Roads, Instead Of $12bn Debt Cancellation-fashola by EagleNest(m): 8:31am On Oct 03, 2020
Are they still blaming past goverments?

Tell me, which of the two governments is better for Nigerians:Obasanjor or Buhari?
PoliticsRe: Fashola: Nigerians Disappointed As They're Looking For Results In Wrong Place by EagleNest(m): 8:17am On Oct 03, 2020
'Lying and denial' pandemic is affecting this government and they keep on lying themselves into difficult situations. I used to respect Fashola not until he become minister...
PoliticsRe: Babangida: Military Started Development, Democracy & Free Market Economy by EagleNest(m): 7:47am On Oct 03, 2020
Architect of Nigeria's misadventure into cultural corruption. He is now sounding pontifical but don't forget he is self acclaimed evil genius.
