Buhari is reaping what he sowed! He came into power with heart of vengeance and not of peace. If he had sowed peace and unity, Nigeria would have reaped progress and love, bountifully. We would have loved him, follow him and do patriotic zeals. But he came in with archaic uthman Dan fodio agenda, dividing the country and showing disdain for our collective cause, he ends up creating chaos and hatred. He should simply resign and hand over to his VP to see if we can move forward. |
I thought GEJ was clueless until St. Buhari become president, then I see what is worst than cluelessness. Infact it is indescribable how empty Buhari and his Co travellers are. Security is a disaster, Economy disaster, Freedom of speech or assembly disaster, National Assembly disaster, Judiciary disaster, His ministers OMG! Big disaster. Buhari is not visible. No inspiration. Nothing! Just Siddon dey look. |
Say the truth and you will be persecuted. Lie and pretend, and you'll be promoted. That's NA. |
They should settle out of court if that option still applies. |
What a nation? Human disaster ![]() |
NGpatriot:Sorry we can't be on the same page on this. There is no way MC Oluomo et'al, will be our role model. If you like rant up and down and vilify every contrary view, it still is warped. Sorry I leave it there. |
Makes sense because some elements of Nigeria army and in deed few northerners are sympathetic to Boko Haram course on religious ground. An independent intelligence will probably help. But I thought Ihejirika was winning the war? |
Jokers and unserious people. Their loyalty is not to the people that elected them oo, but to the unseen and unheard president, who has failed repeatedly to solve Nigeria security problems. Jokers! and it will happen again, they'll go and fake grief and condolence. |
NGpatriot:All these you said I already know, but that's not the point. Let's get back to Nigeria where "agberos" and "thugs" are being encouraged as a role model for the society to emulate and infact a success story, but PhD holder are vilified as not being smart . And I am putting it to you that such value system is dangerous to the future of any society. These are ignoble and violent characters that operate in shadows, and how it seems the best thing for some people, baffles me. Likeminded characters have forced themselves into leadership positions, and we know how Nigeria tastes today...bitter. So I beg to defer, and will not accept such a value system and role models. That's not being lazy or shallow thinking as you quickly branded opposing views, rather it points that something is inheritingly wrong in the system. |
bunto:My friend, Igbos are Igbos!...If that's narcissism to you, I'm afraid we need more learning to do. I guess Igbos can't subsume their good wills and special way of life to anyone, and that's discomforting to some of you, but it is what it is. 60 years and still counting, we are still where we are in 1960s, discussing how Igbos are in some people's weird imagination, domineering, narcissist, entitled, etc. I guess today, Igbos are not Nigeria's problem, but that is still not convincing...they must be upto something. Tell me what do you really want from Igbos? |
NGpatriot:What else will you say when in your cocoon it is the norm. A person spends ages to enlighten himself and even become a professor of law, but alas in the land of the ignobles, you still have to work under a waec holder as president, because that's laziness, shame to all you who thrive in dirty swamp instead of draining the swamp. We will remain what we are if our value system is so warped and education so degraded. |
It is all about what a society value. If Motor Park thugs are more valuable than going to school upto highest level, then all hope is lost. |
"Dogs and Baboons will be soaked in blood". What you sow is what you reap? |
Imagine a minister speaking like that...which nation has survived by closing border? |
Indeed a sick country. What is my ear hearing? |
CGMedia:Are you surprised? Was the meeting not a jamboree in the first place? They make fun of everything because it is about themselves anyway. |
Juliusmalema:I don't understand. You want to shut her mouth up for what? If you don't know, her action with co-protesters has brought light to the hope for better Nigeria. And the wicked hearts won't like it. |
RIP beautiful angel. Death would have spared you, and rather go after bad people in our country. |
OneTemplate:You see when you write like this and Igbos reply you in the same coin, you will say they're not respectful and bla bla bla. You should know, after 60 years as a neighbour, what Igbos stand for. Equity and Justice is all they've been fighting for till today and they won't stop. |
All of them defending their incompetent Boss by any means possible. Is there anything wrong to protest against brutality and tyranny? In fact there are many things to protest about including poor leadership. |
He is well paid to do the hatchet-man job. |
If you sow insecurity and fear to the masses, you will reap same hundred folds. |
The main fact that Umahi raised is very much valid. Wike don't have a reasonable answer to that, because he appears to have been double crossed. And considering the Obigbo saga, and the follow up disasters, he is in for Igbo's wrath. |
Whether you are in control or not, is irrelevant as Buhari doesn't sack his ministers or service Chiefs. If you like perform or underperformed, Buhari got your back. ![]() |
No sane mind would hear about the crackdown on peaceful protesters in Nigeria and will not rage in anger. It is unspeakable and disgraceful. |
Taaahh! No smoke without fire. Umahi should spare us all the rhetorics. Nigeria politics is about interests. He can't just defect to APC like that, in the guise of protest against PDP. We are not babies, it is much more than that. With time it will unfold, it didn't start today. |
I thought APC govt would have fixed power by now as they promised in 2025. APC and PDP are all scams, with one agenda in common...steal until there is no more to steal. |
One day they'll absorb the so called fake repentant BH members into Nigeria Army. |
If you knowingly vote an incompetent and irredeemable bad leader twice to pilot your affairs, thou shall not complain, because what you sow is what you reap.! |
SUFFERInSMILIIN:I know you'll pick on that one because it tickle many of your wild thoughts that Mandela fought apartheid alone. My friend, "help is help", no matter how little. You don't need to die to show how much you have helped. You can give money, you can give them sanctuary, you can echo their voice of agitation in the international world, you can boycott international companies like BP, these and many more Nigeria did. We sang songs about emancipation of South Africans, all with good heart and brotherly love. It baffled me how all the hatred against Nigeria suddenly started, including the denials of Nigeria's support against appathied. Nevertheless, I understand how a typical blackman is his brother's worst enemy, one thing I fail to understand is, why. |
The difficult part is why he suddenly started coughing intermittently...only when the American visitors came in for meeting with him. This man has been in jail for about 4yrs and didn't die all these while until the Americans visited. That's a bit hard to explain and the coincidence is too much. That's one school of thought. Secondly, could the tea been spiked with a poisonous substance that facilitated the heart attack? Who prepared the tea in the first place? That's a second school of thought. Thirdly, the US senior foreign officials are often portrayed as spies and CIA informants. So this particular one could assuage the school of thought that America is not completely innocent. |
Say it louder Pastor...the people at the back are not hearing. You also need to open some people eyes in this country, who though have eyes however they can't see, and ears but can't hear. Even Pastor Adeboye have spoken too, they refuse to hear. This leadership is something else. |
