True, but that would be bad news for your friend and ally (wannabe Southerner) edoyad from Nok in the middle belt, who happens live in southern Kaduna. You would be doing him a big disfavour since you would not be carrying him along, if the country were to separate along the lines you mentioned - I really would hate to see him stranded in noman's land cool lipsrsealed
Erm Mr. Aboki, edoyad is actually jaba , nok people are jaba too. About that split, pls if the River Niger is what is going to used be i'm 100% in support of it. Right there in kaduna is also natural division between northern and southern kd called River kaduna.
Let's see how violent you'll be after the seperation ? Shay na the largesse wey FG de give you now make una think say you're comfortable ? Do you think places like Burkina-faso and Mali are quiet by choice ? You've not experienced hunger before that's why ?
Politics › Re: No More Pdp Govs In North? Can We Safely Assume? by edoyad(m): 10:49pm On Apr 18, 2011
@ that would depend on what you mean by north. For example David Jonah Jang of Plateau state is probably the governor with the highest chance of returning. You also have Benue, Kwara and Taraba . As for Kogi i'm not sure if there'll be an election there, if there's Idris will return. If not it'll still be a PDP state like Wamakko's and Nyarko's cases in Sokoto and Adamawa respectively.
As for Kaduna the difference between PDP and CPC was less than a 200,000; putting in mind the reluctance of some people to go vote. If Yakowa get's his act right he would take that state. I'm not too sure about Borno but i suspect it could possibly go PDP just like Kano.

Beaf:
It is the same in Kano and other major Northern cities. You should see places like Bompai.
Not to mention even sokoto caliphate, even the road to their Sultan's area had tyres burning, i pity these people.
Politics › Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by edoyad(m): 10:12pm On Apr 18, 2011
I predict there will never be a Northern led  Government ever again.
By northern i take it you mean aboki north. All the same what this has done is just certify who the majority now is in Nigerian politics. I hope GEJ will be bold enough to carry out the necessary measures to get this country finally rolling .
they really have to start regulating where posters are displayed.

i dont see why the sidewalks have to be covered with them.

@ topic

have the riots died down yet, before we have another north africa situation.
In the state i am right now the army have taken over, the thing has been contained though there wasn't really any violence here save for burning of tyres. The police seemed to be under instruction not to shoot at protesters which i wish wasn't the case. I believe it's the same in other states where they've had problems.
My own problem is this curfew thingy i'm hearing about.  Imagine a 5 day break i would have enjoyed back at home now down the drain.
Politics › Re: Violence In Kaduna By Buhari/CPC Supporters by edoyad(m): 9:23pm On Apr 18, 2011
Please anyone with info on what's latest in kd ? Is it true there's a whooping 24 hour curfew ?
Politics › Re: Joy In Kano Over Rumour Of Military Coup In Nigeria by edoyad(m): 8:10pm On Apr 18, 2011
After hours of protests and looting of shops belonging to non-indigenes, over the loss of the presidential election to President Goodluck Jonathan; supporters of General Buhari were seen jubilating in Kano when they saw military planes hovering over the Metropolis. They concluded that there was a coup and the jubiliation cut across the masses and the some elites who equally would not want an 'arne' (meaning non- believer) being declared the winner. They were also seen chanting 'a raba' (the country should be divided).
@ op if it's true that these words were being chanted, there seems to be some sense in this violence after all.

chidike:
i live in kaduna and can literally see the house in flames, mosques have already been burnt in kaduna south while churches are being burnt in kaduna north.
That's the typical kd riot for you. They start by burning churches in the northern half, southern kd waits for damage assessment and inflict a proportional damage to mosques in the south . Jonathan please split that state.

Suen since the news is fake can you Pls delete post.
And who said it was fake ?

It is ignorance that made a rat to call a cat to fight. Your comment made you the BEST dummy on NL. As much I would never support GEJ, I cannot say all the supporters behave in same manner.     Common wake up and THINK straight. I am from south west not from north for your information, dummy.
Erm , what ever you are, what follows after this will be my response to you from now cos your posts are bereft of anything near analytical .

A FOOL like you cannot syncronise norminal from real,  little wonder your statement is based on illusion.  OLOODO. Semi literate? Ode, I don't need to talk about my  qualification here, your inductive reasoning will cause  you  trouble one day. You must be a f**** because your  comments look ####,
In view of the evidence just provided, need i say anymore ?  grin        grin

So u mean alll buhari supporters love violence?? yeah  right
Mr Little do you know what profiling is ? Law enforcement agencies use it to keep areas low on crime or something thereabout. So what is the profile of an Average cpc supporter ?

1. He's most likely a hausa chap from the north-west and is not properly educated if at all he is educated.

2. Involved in physical labour as a means of livelihood.

3. Has rarely ventured outside his state of origin so doesn't even know what Nigeria really is like. His impression of Nigeria is gotten from his imam in the mosque.

4. Most likely is involved in violence on C regular basis just to survive in his environment. . . should i go on ?

Your reasoning faculty is POOR. If not, why do you think that every supporter of BUHARI are violent? I am not
a bandwagon supporter like you. Once again, STOP exposing your ignorance to the public like your friend.
You lack the ability to think critically. Do you think i only got to know about Buhari in the course of the recent elections ? Look at his antecedents and statements over the last few years and you'll know the type of fan base he attracts; semi-literate goons like yourself.

Your ignorance is making you to quote me and make a nasty comment,
STOP exposing your ignorance to the PUBLIC.
But the guy was not lying, how can you claim to support BB and say you don't support violence. Even here in sokoto where i am at the moment the manner in which they were voting  showed us how the mindset of a CPC is like.
A person would collect his slip, shout, "allahu akbar", and openly show he's stamping his thumb on CPC.

After everything Buhari was beaten black and blue like he didn't exist, they're going to learning that this is not Nigeria of yesterday.

looklook:
Why are people not taking things serious, i am in Kaduna and i can confirm it, we all are awake now. Mr Biggs by Nnamdi Azkiwe Express way has been burnt down. Till in the morning before we know the extent of damages. Please Guys watch your backs CPC and do or die
I always wondered why they put a Biggs outlet near that aboki enclave, always hated that idea. They probably burnt it out of jealousy, smelling the food always but not being able to afford it. May be people trooped in there yesterday to celebrate Jonathan.
Anyways it's their loss, Southern Kaduna de hin own jeje.

A friend of mine just confirmed it; she said mosques were burnt in her area (Kaduna South) in retaliation.
I wish i could confirm it but i'm not in kd at the moment. I don't know why it's so hard for the govt to understand as long as the two groups exist together in one state, these kind of things will continue.

This kind die hard match, Liverpool players dropping left, right and center. Very crucial match, unlike some teams just playing their remaining games to fulfill all righteousness.

Get this into your block head GEJ is getting nothing here. All northern states' 85% vote are for Buhari and dont forget that there is a single state that has close to if not as much registered Voters as your region.
Oya start naming the 85% so we can count together huh .

@ edoyad, the Kano people and the northerners are good people. But the animals like the one who made the animalistic statement (Habib Bazallahi, a local official from Buhari's party), should be controlled properly.
Ok , i now see what you mean. The CPC has a large following among illiterate bigots so it's not a surprise. You should have seen what their supporters were doing as they voted
