As far as Nigeria is concerned there are barely any towns and cities with well paved with storm water control like we have in England. Even Obi who's being labeled as a Messiah today achieved nothing worthy of note in Anambra. All Nigerian politician are thieves.

Some states in Nigeria have good water storm control infrastructure and good paved road network in Nigeria which is better than the ones in Edo

Benin City which is the capital of Edo state has a very poor paved road network and the current water storm project which was started by Oshiomhole is too mediocre(the canal are just like big gutters) and it cannot take the volume of water storm in most part of the city.

Lol Lucky Igbinedion commands what? If it was easy Obaseki combined with Lucky Igbinedion wouldn't have lost all the NASS seats under Bini and presidential election to labour party woefully.
