@Tampico

I am just voting the Tart, even if she doesnt leave, I would be satisfied knowing I sent votes against.

Strategy or no strategy.

Tampico! Tampico! Tampico!

How many times did I call u?

Anyways, I just want Tarty Tart to go right now.

1 min of lust and the whole essence of her womanhood is cheapened.

So what was the gain?
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 3:13pm On Oct 26, 2007
It seems to me like Africa has lost it.

Those two are actually having sex in the house and some people are campaigning for Richard to win

This amazes me.

It seems also that Naijas have given up. Even this forum is beginning to indicate a loss of hope.

The Ugandans and Tanzanians have perfected the plot to discredit Ofu and Nigeria as a whole(this one kills me).

What I dont understand is how ppl can see evil and call it good.

If I was Tanzanian or Angolan, I would vote for those two Richiana or whatever there name is to leave.

I am only supporting Ofu because trully and sincerely, there is just no other person to support.

When Max was in the house, he was my Favourite not withstanding that homegirl was there untill the whole untouchables thing started.

Someone said that Richards fans are mostly teenage girls and girls in there early twentys

Just cant see how a mature person can support those people.
WebmastersRe: Does A Webmaster Need To Wear Ties? by Egavlas(m): 9:54pm On Oct 24, 2007
And just to add that not wearing a tie is not the only thing that webmasters have been accused of.

A client also said webmasters dont like to sign their contract papers/proposals.

So when you are sending your proposal to corporate outfits and organised businesses, remember to add your signature to the proposal.

Yes, some of those companies are soo professional that they will look at such things.
WebmastersRe: Does A Webmaster Need To Wear Ties? by Egavlas(m): 9:48pm On Oct 24, 2007
Working for myself, I am not under any obligations to dress with a tie. I dont have a single tie.

Most of the jobs I have done, have been through references and its usually the client who contacts me after hearing from someone or a client.

This removes a lot of pressure, and most times they are not really interested in whether am wearing a tie or not.

You dont have to wear a tie to look good.

Simply be clean, decent, and well dressed.(Tie is not an issue).

Bill Gates doesnt wear a tie always. But people listen when he is talking about computers.

Bello Osagie(Former UBA boss), hardly wears a tie( am not sure if he has changed), but people listen to him when he is talking about business. There are many others.

Its all about what you know .

You could wear a tie and suit to the meeting and still not get the contract if you dont know what u are talking about.
WebmastersRe: How Much Does The Design Of A Typcal Website Costs? by Egavlas(m): 8:29pm On Oct 24, 2007
Its when you see, some people in here advertising unlimited everything (databases, emails, etc) , as if all those dont consume server resources, for 2, 500 naira per annum(Fraud, You cant give unlimited everything.

They just play on the ignorance of people). When those companies with those less than impressive sites get around a bit, they always look for better site design and thats when they agree to pay what is appropriate for a good site.

I dont respond to calls for webdesign quote or people looking for web designers to do them a site on this forums(I did once before). Cause I find out that the people asking for those, dont really appreciate what it takes and will just waste your valuable tiime.

They are so taken in with all the free design, unlimited everything hosting that is bandied about.

It takes effort to conceptualise and put down a good siite.

Hello Everyone, Am soo terribly pissed with what is going on with people ganging up against Ofu and trying to make her loo bad. All the while planning for the adultrous couple to win.

Can someone tell me if web links can be posted on the big brother forums and comment sections?

Cause am setting up a web page with an ip address for this Richard and wifes picture right now so that the people clapping for them will see just how heartless he is.

I dont want this to be a waste am creating that web space and ip right now. and I will bring the link here.

So you guys copy the links and spread it around everywhere.

I am angry now. They wont like me when am angry angry
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 10:22am On Oct 24, 2007
People, Richiana's fans are ganging up and getting more people to try and vote out Ofu.

I think its time to stand up and deal with this couple. Tati has to go.

Not just cause am Nigerian but for the fact that they are trying to make out a good person as bad cause of some adultrous and immature couple.

Maureen is no threat.

Afam, na wa for you o

Why are you going back and forth with this issue?

Seems to me like someone's ego has been bashed.

Its not a must that you should have the final say.

You are above such.

@onydchic

sis, no be by force say someone go take your advise so let it be girl and don't have the final say with afam on this.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 10:18pm On Oct 22, 2007
So Tati, chose not to replace herself presumably because of her love for Richard?

pleeeese, girl is playing viewers like a fiddle.

She feels that she and Richard have escaped so many times so nothing can happen to her.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 1:07pm On Oct 22, 2007
@Lawyerchap

My sentiments exactly. What do they mean by Richard entertaining them messing around with another woman while married?

Just can't understand. I wanted Richard to leave before code.

Besides, Its the housemates that get evicted that the remaining housemates usually go to console.

We saw what happened the last time when Max got evicted, how Lerato didnt want to see anyone she thought had a thing to do with it.

Maybe Ofu felt her consolations would not be welcome by Maureen.

huh
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 12:42pm On Oct 22, 2007
Looking at the line up of the fake housemates, am wondering what BB is trying to say.

The fake housemates are very good looking guys and girls.

Comparing them to the real housemates(both the evicted and those still on), hmmm, I wonder.

I just voted for the Kenyan girl . And am going to vote for the Zimbabwean guy to go in.

With this latest plot, am not sure there will be any evictions next sunday.

And the next time there is to be an eviction, BB will put all of them up for eviction
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa 2 (II)! by Egavlas(m): 12:34pm On Oct 22, 2007
I said earlier that I didnt like the idea of people prefering for code to leave instead of Richard. Now , its almost certain that Rich or Tatiana will win this since viewers will start thinking that any vote against them would be a waste of time.

I think BB will put all four of them up for eviction.

In this present times, anything seen on tv is not hard to get or visit.

Anyways try and remember next time that a girl is not some kind of delicacy that u have to qualify with delicious and tantalizing.

I think you have been listening to too much of that Fat guy that calls himself Big LO, the one that collabs with 2shots .

Is not everything Nigerians will blame on government or officials . The man was terminally ill.

If he wasnt eaglet coach, would it have changed the fact that he was terminally ill?

He wasnt owed anything. In fact he got double of what the other coaches and players got bothe from FG and some state governments.

There are govt. officials and other working class citizens who get terminally ill. The federal govt. doesnt send each and everyone of them abroad fro treatment.
Please, lets reason.

May His soul rest in perfect peace

For the ppl like willy willy and co,

You guys are simply supporting nonesense.

I havent seen any of you answer the potent questions other discussants have been asking.

What stops MEND, and the other criminal gangs from getting IBORI, ODILI, IGBINEDION, ALAMS, who have not accounted for the allocations of the past 8 yrs .

The allocations of the past 8 years would have done a great difference in the whole niger delta.

But they wont because they are all criminals and they are as criminal minded as their past governors so they like the way things are.

All they do is obtain money illegaly from companies and from kidnapping people. What do they do with the money?

They buy jeeps and drink and take drugs till its finished and then they send emails to news houses issuing more threats.

I think the news houses should stop granting them audience cause they are just a bunch of cowardly criminals.

If they claim to be fighting for the people, they should have been decent enough to allow the new government that is clearly working towards developing the area.

They dont want that. If the place is calm and work is going on on projects, they wont have any reasons to kidnap or destroy pipelines anymore and so the cursed money they are receiving through terrorism will stop flowing.

You people that are here supporting them dont know what they are doing and thats why you are here talking rubbish.

You think if this was a millitary goverment that there would be anything criminal group like Mend terrorising the whole nation?
The bastards would have all been wiped out by now.

Cursed set of people

There are lot of women in the website designing field as well as internet administration just like Seun. Also computer programming as well as database developers too.

Check out my Flash-based site at http://www.mtmrimstires.com that is created by me. It comes with XML file being loading.
Great work . The ladies are the ones that have an eye for good design.

urfriend:
ART movies is for the arabic/lebanies speaking people and i't was added for commercial reasons.
Sounds logical though.

On the new content, am beginning to see new things on hi mix but I cant tell the time the programs are on.

I have watched a series titled NUMBERS two times now and I enjoyed it but I cant tell the exact time its on. I think I caught it on tuesday those times.

Also On Sunday, I saw a reality show *The Cut*, I liked the whole concept but yet again, I dont know if its a continous series on Hitv and cant be exact with the time.

Can You find out from your insider about these two programs? Are they a continuos thing and what days and time are they on.

Also, Please let your insider know and maybe tell his bosses that we are clamouring for the mbc network. You cant ask for more with that network.
mbc2 show better and more recent movies than even dstv, mbc4 shows all the sitcoms and popular series you can think of. And there is the other one that is strong on sports.
The network recently changed their business model to Free To Air so Hitv doesnt need to spend much.

If they dont move fast now, they will lose out on potential clients. More and more ppl are turning to free to air cause they are not burdened with monthly subscription.
In nigeria, you will be shocked at the number of people doing so now. And I tell you, they watch everything, from premiereship to champions league to oprah winfrey.

If you even search this nairaland, you will see threads on Free To Air. I know people who install it. I am just hampared by the fact that I live in a flat and sometimes, the dish needed is larger than the dstv size dish(not always though depending on the sattelite you are facing).
Hope you can carry this message to your insider or go further and do the messaging yourself. Who Knows, Mr Subair may be very appreciative of your efforts.

Please, are these Hitv guys trying to tell me that they actually paid licence for this Art movies?

What in the world were they thinking?

If they paid for this channel then that would be the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Now does anyone here in this forum understand arabic?

It would have been better to pay for anything else even if its 3 people talking to emselves every hour.

And if its free to air, then I donr see why they couldnt get mbc network who have changed there offering to Free to air

jejelolatu:
i think after yesterdays match there should be bold adverts on all national and international newspapers and that advert should read:

VACANCY. VACANCY ,VACANCY

players wanted urgently.

left full back.
right full back
attacking midfielders
and
psychologists

QUALIFICATIONS.

players must have regular shirts in any major club in or around europe.

PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON.

lol,
seriously thou,
this is a serious issue.mikel and taiye taiwo need competition.and until they have it,they will keep playing without any regard for the rules of the game or for their country.

as for the right full back position, the coach has used about three players after the injured odiah and he his yet to find a replacement. onyekachi apam is slow in launching attacks from the back and when he does get to front he has difficulty in getting back to his position.

hence, because of apam and taiwo, our wings was totally disfuntional against mehico.

mikel didnt have any reason to play well in yesterdays match cause he knows that no matter how pissed the coach gets because of him,he can't substitute him. moreso mikel has become a defensive midfielder,i can count the number of times he crossed the centre line.he was playing deep in the midfield.and in a game were we had olofinjanna and kaita, mikel had no business defending.
Once again jejelolatu, am amazed at ur knowledge being a Lady.

You must be a real football fan.
SportsRe: Football Friendly: Nigeria Vs Mexico by Egavlas(m): 1:54pm On Oct 15, 2007
rockiedink:
yeah! Nigerians should be 'HAPPY' with the outcome of yesterday's match, crap!!!

With a Mikel 'Useless' Obi in the midfield busy shoving and elbowing anyone nearby and a clumsy, 'young' Taiye Taiwo just showing us how much he is so out of form; if we go to Ghana with those two in their current form, God help us a country like Benin, who have successfully stopped Togo, thrash us like 4-0!!!

I still think Onyekachi Okonkwo is better suited to the position than Mikel; I wonder what happend to the spirit of Holland 2005 in those boys, they just seem to have lost it. I fear for Nigerian football oooo!!!!!!

Well, thank God Martins was able to score two goals. As for Uche watzisname, he has no excuses for blowing away the penalty all in the name of first-time; afterall, Martins, Makinwa (yes!!! Makinwa as useless as he is), Nsofor, Agali and, all scored and played well on their respective debuts, he's lucky Amodu is njot the coach otherwise a second chance would have been doubtful,
@rockiedink

His name is IKECHUKWU UCHE and he is one of our brightest  prospects for now.
For you to say that makinwa and the rest scored on their respective debuts(insinuating that mexico was uche's debut), shows that you don't know anything about Naija football.

Uche played against Lesotho in the Nations cup qualifier some weeks back and yes, he scored. He scored a goal, helped in making a penalty which Mikel lost and was by far the most exciting player on that day , followed by Osaze.
so get your facts right.
On that same day he rounded the Lesotho keeper just to see his goal bound shot stop on the goal line due to a water drenched pitch.

People miss penalties. There have been worst penalties taken by more established players.
Go check out David Bechams horrible penalty misses. They are embarrasing even to the person who is watching it.
Check out some recent terrible penalty kicks from well established players so enough of that.

We recognize the huge talent and potential in Ikechukwu Uche(His brother, Kalu Uche by the way is in spain as well and has played for nigeria in qualifiers sometime between 2003 and 2005 and scored).
SportsRe: Football Friendly: Nigeria Vs Mexico by Egavlas(m): 3:25am On Oct 15, 2007
Well, for those who are disappointed and thinking we should have trashed Mexico, please note that Mexico is currently ranked 13th in the world and Nigeria 23rd from fifa website.

Secondly, we were playing at their home with their vociferous croud and in unfamiliar weather.

Eagles did well. Its a friendly and its not a must win. Other countries use friendlies to test out players and new things .Why has it got to be that we must always want to *thrash* everyone?

Sincerely, I dont think Taye Taiwo should have a starting shirt in our National team. He is terrible defensively and even in the attacking option, he hardly contributes anything these days.

And did I read clearly someone saying he kept Santos? Yeah right. Santos and the Mexicans recognised Taye Taiwo as the weekest link and exploited his wing to the fullest.

The first goal was created from his side when he turned around a full 360 degrees before an opponent he was supposed to stop from making a pullout.
Second goal? of course we all saw how clumsy he was on the tackle.

All he just does in the National team is to trudge forward whenever we get a free kick , waste it, then turn back , curse the ground and start trudging back.

Adegoke should be given a full chance to stake his claim to that position. Taye has been given ample opportunity and he has been real poor of recent for Naija.

@jejelolatu, I like your observations. Nothing trips me more than a lady Knowing and talking football
