Aren't we all a little too happy? Somebody just lost his job. Anyways, he deserved it; he heavily under-performed, created problems with his players and introduced negative football into the United system. Please, they should hire an attacking minded coach. Zidane looks good for the job. |
ednut1:You didn't see the "...they probably had their reasons"? |
Is this really true? We supporters have been waiting for ages. Imagine watching the kings of England lose matches to teams like West Ham and Brighton. The worst part is United go into these matches with fear and the fans have even lost hope. David De Gea has had only two Epl clean sheets; it's an insult to the club and fans. I wish him luck and I pity the next team that would hire such a negative thinking coach. |
HITV messed up. They couldn't compete with DSTV's monopoly. Anyways, they probably had their reasons. Why are indian women always this radiant? |
Why draw tattoos that would only show when someone is two inches close? I never fancied them sha! Even if it looks good on some people. |
Yuceeluv:True. People must always troll you but Linda had this holier than thou attitude. She went against everything she was preaching and spread rumours and news about other celebs that were maligning and offensive. She is rich and no one can change that, but she needs to chill. Linda's damage control is epic. Mentored girls about celibacy but was having sex because she wanted to get pregnant and even went to doctors to find out if all was well, even her family members told her to be patient. She got pregnant and kept it from us till she was able to either force or fake an engagement. Then she waited on to share the news and she said "yes, I got pregnant out of wedlock, but I met the right man. Girls can only practice celibacy till they are sure he is the one" (paraphrased). Turned out he hasn't been the "one" for months, if not why was he constantly missing during the time she was about to give birth. She only announced it like they broke up yesterday. Linda has to be more mature. She should stop with all the billionaire nonsense. Even her billionaire wedding failed. |
Billionaire son and this make-believe happiness. Money without Joy is nothing. Seriously, the only thing aunty Linda has now is money, that's why she's rubbing it in our faces. Took her several months to come up with a "reasonable" explanation for a failed engagement and her babymama state. Linda should forget it. Girls are only looking up to her because she has money. You are mentoring girls with posts on your blog but your life itself is not worthy of emulating. |
It is a shame that people in Nigeria rate the performances of elected officials by the projects they executed in their community. While it is good to do that, I don't see that as being a prerequisite; it would even be very sentimental. A lot of things other than the hometown of the person should be considered. |
This is a very insightful post, especially the part about Facebook and how it is easily spread and believed. It is the same thing with many conspiracy theories and conjectures out there. People cook up lies in a most delicious and tantalizing way that their audience who ought to know better are most times spellbound not by the taste of the food but the delicate and meticulous manner which it was prepared. This people take their time to fashion out claims, half truths to fill whatever vacuum their audience have concerning an issue. |
Tonto has been to make us feel she is in a better place since getting a divorce. And what's with all these single babymamas and their online show of love to their babies? Which is "Not more than Kingy" From Tiwa to Tonto to Linda. All trying to portray the image of a strong, loving, caring single mother. |
OKorowanta:LOL. ALL "NONSENSES" MUST STOP. |
On the contrary I admire the courage of the president making such a bold statement this close to the election. The governors really must understand that things are not going to get easier and they must brace up for the coming years, seeing as governors, in their usual fashion, spend state resources on campaigns and vote buying, rigging and other forms of electoral malpractices. There probably would be no bailing out for them and they need to seek means of increasing their respective states IGR and not depend on the FG. |
kestolove95:This is just plain dumb. |
Peter Obi kept comparing Nigeria to China and forgot to add his achievements in making his state into an industrialized city. Did he massively improve his state's IGR? Were they even the best in the SE? How well has his investments in education benefitted his state? If a real economist can only brag about savings and not real overtime investments that would yield massive turnovers in future then the definition must have changed. |
PUSSYBBQGRILLS:This is an aspect in which Africa is miles ahead of the West. Who the hell cares if their name is Buhari ? Besides, we have more things to worry about here than a name. Our only flaw is we are fast eroding our culture and fast adopting western names -- that in our little inferior minds are Behind. |
The year is almost over and a lot of reviews about songs and videos are being made public already. I also noticed one thing: A lot of Nigerian artistes never take albums seriously, Tekno for example has not even dropped an album in his entire career. Albums makes it easy for artistes to be remembered and whether or not it is profitable I feel they need to be taken more seriously down here. That said my favorite album has to be No Bad Songz by Kizz Daniel. Most tracks off that album are cool and it really lived up to the expectation. My favorite foreign album is Invasion of Privacy by Cardi B. Notable mentions: Burna boy - Ousside (my second best) SDC - Palmwine vol. II Odunsi - rare Dj Spinall - Iyanu. Dj Neptune - Greatness. Mayorkun - Mayor of Lagos. Dremo - Code name. Drake - Scorpion Eminem - Kami Kazi Nicki Minaj - Queens. Nas - Nasiru Lil Wayne - Carter VII. J Cole - KOD Travis Scott's album. The Weeknd's album PS: It is not limited to just albums; it could be EPs. |
He can grow curves but "can he stop is duck from growing" ? |
See her stupid face. She and her thugs should be jailed long term and asked to pay for damages. "Oga" or "madam" means god to some people in this country. They'd act like you aren't rendering service to them and you are just a tool that can be replaced anytime. |
This is just shameful of Atiku and the other presidential aspirants who ignored this event - particularly for Atiku as the main opposition candidate, who even went beyond that to tell a blatant lie that he wasn't invited when two members of the organizers have confirmed it. Maybe he thought it was an APC organised event and not an independent one and decided to play politics with it. Imagine if Buhari had not signed in 2015 like Atiku, a lot of things would have been said, so I wonder why many are defending Atiku. |
When people join the military abroad, they see it as a means to serve the people and their family is proud of them; down here it is seen as a job opportunity and a means to oppress people - ordinary Road safety will be forming demi god because him wear uniform. |
Wike is officially the most paranoid governor in history. He is always going around making silly assumptions and insinuations - if it's not about planting guns or rigging elections or any other thing he can fathom. The same man who spent money buying votes for ordinary primaries and benefitted from this electoral act when the last election result was taken to court is making his usual cry. |
So this one with him wack music fit hold concert. |
This is just her returning the favor for his message of support for her and not the confirmation of anything. It would be too early to break the ice on the relationship; they'd rather keep us guessing for publicity measure. |
chivera018:Nonsense. Do you think massive looting over 16 years would never have an effect? The finance minister even warned GEJ that the economy was about to experience recession if they didn't save. Did they save? Where are the critical infrastructure that should have been put in place during the rainy day? When oil prices were shooting up and other countries were busy fixing their problems what were we doing? Why couldn't state governors pay salaries? Because allocation dropped; revenue dropped and kept dropping. You think owing months of salaries would not affect the economy? Yes. There is corruption in this government (like any other government in the world) but the PDP would have been worse. |
Fashola's good work is backfiring. He is busy completing projects that were "initiated" by the past administration and instead getting applauded for this Buhari and himself are being mocked for being incapable of starting their own projects. This is the state we have found Nigeria. Too many messed up minds. Keep up the good work and don't let their stupid criticisms deter you. |
PureMe01:No. They have a sitting vice president and are currently comfortable with the polity. Not some dreamy group of persons who don't know where their allegiance lies and are in so many conundrums -- biafra or no biafra included too. |
SweetBuns:Thanks. I just added a few. |
Elnino4ladies:Like they say " One man's meat is another's poison". Who knows she might be a widow or have had a very terrible marriage. Besides, there are better single moms than the ladies who aren't. Anyway, I understand your view and I must say she has really beautiful kids. |
I so do not envy the igbos right now. They have only two choices: the north or the north. |
Nice of you to apologise. But I noticed most event planners, organizers and venue managers ( or whatever they call themselves) are usually incompetent, lacklustre and incapable of producing good results. |
JasonScoolari:Sorry. I think that adjective suits you better. Atiku ( if he manages win) doesn't guarantee an SE president either. The old man is right, (whether PDP or APC) the igbos must fight for power and not wait till it is handed to them. Do you Saraki, Tambuwal and co are just some pawn you can throw around? The kwankwaso's and Dakwanbo's didn't defect only to lose their primaries and wait for the SE to rule. Man. Nigerian politics has gone beyond that. If you keep screaming marginalisation, then you'd stay marginalised. |
