Cjn position is a holy position ... person of questionable character is not permitted to occupy that office...

Stop this rumour mongering. There is no case of fraud against the CJN. His alleged declaring which didn't capture some Nigerian domiciliary account with foreign currency is what they are calling false asset declaration and fraud.

A simple letter to the CJN copying the NJC attached with a copy of the petition, asking the CJN to review his asset declaration in lieu of the petition against him is enough.

If he had failed to restate those bank accounts, then it will can be argued that he tried to hide those assets.

Afterall, even Buhari asset declaration from 2003 till date hasn't changed.

Most people just change date on the document and resubmit. They just blackmailed him.

As for the foreign currency there, judges have been known to receive estacodes annually from their own government in dollars, it not a big deal to have judges with domiciliary bank account with foreign cash.

In any case, I have no issues with a supreme court judge removed/suspended, my argument is for this game to be played according to the rules. ..datzall
