MKO merited the honour, but GEJ's renaming of UNILAG after Abiola was an insensitive Greek gift. It was done to rubbish the brand identity of UNILAG, and it was done without consulting widespread stakeholders who had invested time, energy, efforts and resources into the growth and development of the university. GEJ wanted to restrict Abiola's honour to a mere Lagos affair, without any impact. There were new federal universities opened in the south by the same GEJ, that could have been renamed after Abiola, without creating a fuss, but GEJ chose to ignore those options. GEJ obviously had a sinister, spiteful and ill-conceived motive in changing the name of UNILAG. A leader is meant to consult widely before taking such monumental decisions, but GEJ refused to do so. Why??

The man is a chorister in church to crown it, a choirmaster. He is a leader hence many look up to him. He is a light and a shining example to many out there. Such pictures shouldn't be made public at all. Even other faith will be mocking Christians for this singular act.

This is it,the choirmaster and his wife,girlfriend or friend as the case may be went to the beach to catch fun. There is no problem having fun but the issue is uploading such pictures on facebook or any other social media platform. The picture may be harmless but it sends a wrong signal to the general public. Just as the way many view pastors as righteous men same way church workers are seen. They are to lead by example in other for others to follow suit. Infact as a Christian, we must lead by example. The way we talk,dress and handle issues speaks more. We may need not to preach to some persons in other to convert them. our lifestyle is the gospel to the world. We are the salt of the earth
