SamuelOamen:. You are a liar ....How many graduates of education do you think we have in Nigeria that you will give automatic employment? How far have you gone on the salary increase of the civil servants? You promised to give teachers free scholarship for post graduate programme did you do it? ..Any teacher who believes all this lying is. on a fool paradise. |

fergie001:. Yes for sure! |
fergie001:. Even if he goes to the supreme court he cannot get a favourable judgement based on the conduct of the election.... However, some politicians go to court not to win but to put it on record that the election results are contested legally. |
IamDavid:. You need ur MA s degree and mist have a Ph.D grade in it You may be considered for assistant Lecturer in the higher institution especially. university |

fergie001:Thank you for your reminder. You are right |
fergie001:Yes you are right because it will be a breach of court processs. They based their judgement on the evaluation of the tribunal judgement Doris appeal and ANDP defence at the Appeal court. |

Omooba77:All of you are fools. What did you achieve from minimum wages? Salary increased once fuel pump price increased thrice.Till today the minimum wages arrears are yet to be paid.meetings upon meetings.Serious NLC and TUC will still start the strike for two days and suspend it....I remember Oshiomole in his days.OBJ will not forget him... |
nokia1000:. This is what our leaders have turned Nigeria to since 1983 when the military took over.It became worse as from 1999 when the civilians began ruling us again. We produce graduates every year without any plan for their employment. Even if there is a vacancy they give it to their families . Very soon we will be marking our 60 years of corruption backwardness and penury of the masses No jobs no employment no electricity. and so on .I sympathise with you .Dont feel regret for your education .Lay your hand on anything good.Soon you will get what you eserve. |
dre11:Late Justice Kayode ESO headed a probe panel in Rivers state based on his experience as a supreme court judge .The presidency relied on the experience of rtd Justice Salami .Thais why he was asked to head the Magu panel..However the judge did not know all circumstances and the politics behind the. whole issue. The panel will soil his name if he is not careful. That is why he is regretting his inclusion |
https://twitter.com/femigbaja/status/1310239705917730823?s=19
. Government party: ....free fuel. free electricity. ... free accommodation ..free gas ..everything free....Masses : everything. money ! How will they think like masses? |

garfield1:In the next sitting the appeal will rule on the two matters. The two applications may be struck out . |
fergie001:. If there is going to be a judgement that means the case is not dead.. To the PDP judgement in their favour is necessary. This judgement will be based on the evaluation of the Tribunal judgement and PDP defence. at the appeal court. The judgement can be either way.I dont want to preempt the appeal judgement on this matter. |
AAA593:It seems from what I read the party first applied for a change of counsel....The appeal may not entertain the defence withdrawal .It may be a breach of the court process. before the court. |
ejimatic: |
fergie001:. I dont think so.....It was PDP that appealed..Judgement must be given either in favour or against PDP. Defence of the ANDP is immaterial. If PDP did not appeal the fresh election Must take place ..So the appeal judgement will determine the next action. |
fergie001:. If the ANDP applied for withdrawal of its defence before the appellate court, it means the appeal court will base its judgement based on the judgement of the tribunal and the defence of the PDP at the appeal court.. If ANDP does not have a candidate again , other parties will contest the fresh election ordered by the tribunal if the appeal does not succeed it is not necessary that ANDP has a defence to the appeal of the PDP.Judgement must be given either in favour of the ANDP or PDP. |
LosC:. Needless and fruitless meeting ! What the masses want is the reversal of the decisions. Why should any change on the world economy fall back on the Nigerian masses? Enough is enough! |
Macsjebs:. India with medical mysteries! I dont know how adults can swallow toothbrush when it is not tooth paste on the brush....However there is no impossibility in medicines. |
