All I know is before yiu can see a true Hausa man campaigning for Obi it will take a lot of time. However it appears the Igbos have one voice for Obi ,Yorubas are ignorantly divided on BAT. To their peril. As for Hausas they may finally give their son thier unflinching support. Let the game continue.

Majority of these men working for these octogenarians will end up voting Peter Obi in the 2023 presidential election.
They know he is competent.

Watch Festus Keyamo picking Obi ahead of Atiku in terms of competence and having the power to make executive decision.
. I remember the SC judgement on Atiku and Boni Haruna on his selection as the VP after his election. The SC said Atiku "died " by vacating his seatto become the VP.Intersting judgement then.

ewa20buredi100:
Hi nairalanders,
I urgently need your input and counsel.

My younger brother happened to have ran into an old friend who is doing well for himself. From their last meeting, the friend promised to help him further his studies on the condition that the course or skill of interest will be the one that will help him achieve financial stability. And told him to go think about it and get back to him, latest next week.

This is because he has little time to spend in the country.

When my brother told me about it, I advised him to go for MSc in Chemistry, preferably Analytical chemistry in UniLag, though he wanted to go the tech route, preferably BIG DATA analytics or Software engineering.

I told him to go for the Analytical Chemistry , as it will be cheaper and he can easily get a lot of school options, like UniBen, UI, UniLag, etc. And he can easily get a decent job with it, without much stress.

Unlike BIG DATA or other related IT courses that are very expensive and their skill acquisition centres being very hard to find (I mean the very good ones).
And of which getting a job is very stressful, as it requires a lot of processes and procedures, especially for the remote jobs.

Please did I advise him well or he should go for his Tech related courses?

He is 33years and he has been a tutor ever since he graduated from the University.

Thank you.
. Enrol for ICDL program. Yiur background will determine the course currculum suitable fir Yiu. I think is 150 k and above.. Yiu may goggle it

APC PDP and LP supporters should mind their utterances aginst one another even online when referring to thier candidates. Draslo:
I am asking this because I know Nigerians. Since I can remember, every democratic administration is presumably worse than the last.

During Obasanjo's era, people cursed him and said Abacha's administration despite the brazen thievery and tyranny were better years.

(skipping Yar'adua for obvious reasons)

During Jonathan's era, google labelled him the most cursed president on the planet while many labelled him a clueless drunk. Everyone agreed Obj's years despite trillions syphoned through NEPA were better.

The curtain on Buhari's administration is gradually closing and it's safe to say most people attribute any problem to Buhari even if they trip on a flight of stairs and break a leg. Again, we all agree Jonathan's years were much better.

I'm afraid that regardless of the outcome of the forthcoming elections, nothing really changes. If and when the value of the USD comes down, the value of products and services in Naira remain exactly where they are waiting for the next increase in USD value to further increase prices. This is a prime product of a failed state. I remember during Jonathan's last years, all sorts of charts came up just like now depicting drastic price changes compared to when he was just a vice president.

I know this is a very pessimistic view but can you blame me? They say more than half of our population are youth. This means in less than 20 years, our population will double. We don't even have plans for that!
. We have tried different people as Presidents in Nigeria from military to civillians. The Old and the the young, the educated and the uneducated Yet we are yet to get to the Pomised Land. Nigeria of our dreams must have the following: Regular power supply, Good at affordable prices, affordable fuel ,diesel and kerosene; Good educational program, Excellent transport services, job opportunities, Naira must have more valuation than dollar, water services, Good health services, Godd packaages for workers, Good securiy, Good and affordable cost if living, Masses Must wake up daily and smile for being Nigerians, and so on. To be honest nothing will change 5 yeras after 2023 regardless of the winner of the election. BAT , OBi, and Atiku cannot give us Nigeria of our dreams!

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Man sees dead wife with another man in Yenagoa

One Tamuno Douglas from Rivers State caused a lot of traffic today at Opolo-Elebele Road.

Mr Douglas said he came into Yenagoa yesterday for an Interview at a nearby Hospital and decided to move around to see how Yenagoa looks like. He was walking around Opolo Round-about when he sighted his wife that di.ed 3yrs ago in his home town.

According to him, "My wife died of asthma 3yrs ago and had since been buried but am surprised to see her with a man conveying her in a keke, at first I hesitated, then I summoned courage and called her by name, she turned, look at me and disappeared".

The man who carried her fainted twice. After he was resuscitated, he narrated his story saying he had lived with her for more than a year. He also said they met in church and he later proposed to her and she accepted.

These are the kind of things that happen in stories I write when I am hungry.

How can gas dey, buh no food to cook on it, how did we reach here my people?... sad undecided

leksite120:
Your calculation is one-sided.
The same way North need just a region in South to win is the same way southern votes cannot secure a win without at least two regions from the North.

See it like this, if someone has the whole South votes and another person has the whole north votes, the northern person would win. Infact if someone has the whole South without having NW and NE support, he'll still not win.

Forget south, SW is the only vote power in south. The whole votes SE gave Atiku which is like 90% vote in the last election is just something a state like Kano can cover for one party, so imagine that.
Thank you for your contribution .The winter is possibly an OBidient man who is appealing to his fellow Igbos. A true Nigerian like you will understand the strength of the North on election matters.Any party that will win must woo North and get votes there. The North will also look at a candidate to follow if he will promote their interests . It will also interest you that it will take us many years before we produce a female president in Nigeria. This is the power of the north, the heartbeat of Nigerian politics!

The pupils in the video were brought by adults for demonstration at the OAU Ife gate. Most of them don't evey know the full meaning of ASU.However their parents are OAU staff and the school is possibly run by a University member of staff. The tutored demonstrators and the organisers must have good reasons for the exercise. However, will it not be better for us, adults, to continue with the struggle ourselves? What if this peaceful protest becomes violent or some gangsters hijack it and carry out their nefarious activities in the process? What if our defenceless kids are lured away in the process? Are we not exposing our kids to danger by ourselves? Are we not trying to solve a problem by creating another one? In my humble opinions,
In view of the prevalent insecurity in the country, our innocent kids should be left out of this struggle.I come in peace.

Politics › Re: 20 States Tinubu Is Certain To Win Come 2023 - Jumper524 by ejimatic: 6:07pm On Jul 31, 2022
jumper524:
15 states are certain while the rest 5 is still skeptical for now.

All Northwestern states.
All southwest states.
4 northeast states.
3 Northcentral states.

Northwestern states. I was skeptical about this but the reality is that the Buhari support base are all clamouring for Tinubu. The Northwestern governors coupled with Buhari are all rooting for Tinubu. With elrufai as campaign DG, there's absolutely nothing the 419 tambuwal can do for Tinubu in this region.

Verdict.

Tinubu is expected to win all northwest state and also getting block votes from kano and Katsina. He might likely struggle with Atiku in sokoto but is expected to still win.

South-West: don't even go there. There's nothing any political opposition can do about this region. They should count it out of there equation.
Verdict: Tinubu to monopolize this region.

Northcentral: Tinubu is expected to win 3 states from this region, however only 1 state is certain which is kwara state. But he's most likely to win kogi and Niger.

Verdict: Tinubu to win kwara and kogi while also dragging Niger with Atiku.

Northeast: Bauchi, Borno, Gombe and Yobe should go to tinubu no doubt about it. However Atiku would likely pull an upset in 2 of the four states. Bauchi and gombe most likely.

Verdict: Tinubu to clinch at least 3 states from this region.

Many people online who are less informed about grassroot politics would ask how I expect Tinubu to dominate Northern regions when the likes of Kwankwaso and Atiku who are from there and are contesting the ballots.
Well like I said, they are less informed about grassroot politics until they do research themselves and see kwankwasiya cult followers all praising the jagaban or go to zaria to see northerners all praising the jagaban.
Majority of northerners calls tinubu jagaban for reason best known to them but the fact remains that the love is massive for the jagaban.

Anticipate the 2 million match for jagaban in Kano state. Then una go believe the weight.
