Grayoso:l Why the hate? It seems like y'all need to chant Igbo 3 times an hour to have an erection. On the other hand, Lagos is a place pumped with colonial money and Nigerian oil money to build all those bridges and flyovers you are looking at. That's why it's different from Oshogbo and Iseyin. Lagos only gave up being the capital completely around 1991 and yet it has almost become a big slum. |
[quote author=chrisxxx post=97936979]Imps like you make Igbos detestable. Your poor upbringing has no thanks at all. Those people you have mentioned have you ever forced them to be called Igbos? Compounded fool![/quot]e] You must be slower than a feral E. africanus. You didn't see how ignorant the statement is. Every Igbo clan/group have their own unique language/dialect. Most speak their dialect first before learning standard central Igbo (which is actually an artificial language) or at most bilingual for those born in some Igbo cities like Aba. The dialect is the mother tongue and not central-Igbo. They learn central- Igbo same way the Ikwerre clan learn centre Igbo. (I even forgot that you would not be bright enough to comprehend my assessment). |
chrisxxx:Shut your ignorant mouth up. Every igbo group have their own language/dialect. Aro, Ngwa, ohafia, umuahia, ISU etc are all in Abia state but the languages differ greatly. Ebonyi state is even a different matter, Ezza, Izzi etc are unintelligible for other Igbo groups. Central Igbo is an artificial language, and also Igbo groups try to adopt elements from this standardized language to communicate with other groups for easy communication and understanding. |
ArcFresky:Blood money rampant? You believe Nollywood movies too much because every day on the news, all the ritual killings and skull mining happen in the South West. I bet you will find one news on ritual killing from the SW right now on the front page. Yahoo-Yahoo is also way more rampant in the SW. |
Blackdisciple:Bros! Do you know that there are standards that applies in the building things as sensitive as a bridge? Can you even imagine the consequences of a faulty bridge talk more of one illegally constructed without standard checks. It's equivalent to coupling airplanes together that will carry a lot of people. The dangers aside, the area is a sensitive area for wildlife and forestry and is home to a lot of endangered species, especially some of the last groups of forest elephants in Nigeria. Poachers hunt these valuable animals and take their tusk away. Do you understand the amount of international pressure and interest in the area given the problems poachers present? Lastly, this was built by those criminals to further their nefarious activities. |

Shancca:Brother stop watching too much "my family dey pursue me preaching". Those creatures existed where you were living longer than any human being built a structure on it. Watch more National Geographic and understand how resilient some of these creatures are and how they migrate. Everything for naija an spiritual spiritual for things we are not able to explain. |
DHaran:I would have been surprised if your brains enabled your hands to come up with an intelligent reply. Make una no go get high BP on top Igbo matter. |
DHaran:I believe many of you are not so bright. You said Igbo wants to claim a place and people called "Obigbo" (which interprets as "The heart/Soul of Igbo" ![]() Please, read this again and then examine your brain. |
favor914:Maiha! Why are you renting your roots? You can accept your roots and still prove your points logically. ... If there is sense in it, they could reason with you. Maiha! |
Marvellously2Me:LOL. You are all here to your work here. What of the deeper life pastor that was exposed when he went to radio to tell lies? Why did deeper life deny him when it backfired. You think people don't know already? You guys are doing too much. I rest my case. I pray for the victim that he should heal and recover. For you people defending evil, may evil come to you people too. |
butterfly777:I have been following the case closely, didn't you read where I said I have been following a blow by blow updates from the parents? Oh! You didn't think they are also doing everything to get justice and expose the evils of the school? |
Marvellously2Me:Don't mind those guys, they are paid by the church or working for the church. You see how they all came out to defend immediately this was posted. |
butterfly777:If you are part of this plot, may the boy's predicament be your portion and may the your oppressors silent you when you try to speak out. The parents have been giving blow by blow account of things happening. So, the boy state is not enough evidence for you bah? |
Marvellously2Me:You are probably part of this plot. Why is deeper life putting so much money to cover this up? So you think a doctor will reveal the medical report of a patient without the consent of their parents. Deeper life have paid radio stations, TV stations, and their pastors have revealed tonnes and tonnes of lies to cover this up. I have always had a bad feeling about that church. |
Now I know that deeper life is a very very evil church. They have spent so much to disparage the image of the woman... They have paid OPs to lie through one of their pastors. They have used intimidation. These guys even tried to kill the woman. The man and the woman had to leave their home and hire a bodyguard. Don't believe this title or this report... They are all paid to do a PR work for the church and school. ... |
Fragility6:Our weather didn't demand that we covered everything. Our weather demanded little covering. Read again and don't quote what I didn't write. |
Lamb101:Yeah! My point is that, it was the Europeans that made you feel ashamed of your body and enforced their sense of morality on you. Our great grandfather obviously had a sense of morality but partial covering wasn't considered a bad thing. It wasn't because they couldn't invent clothing, the climate dictated the they wore little covering. So why project that sense of foreign morality now when one or two generations before this woman you made reference to it was not considered a taboo in our society? |
Lamb101:Another untrue statement.. the poor thing about Africa is that we don't know the fine details of our history unlike Europeans? You don't even know that your false notion of "decency" or "decent dressing" is an imported culture. In our true African culture, men and women wore little coverings because our weather did not demand, "decent dressing" as you may put it. That's why many Europeans value museums and documenting their culture so their progenitors would not utter uninformed statements. EVILFOREST:Utter bullocks! Do you know that in 1964, wearing pants (trousers) like this woman is a no no for many religious nut-jobs? What am I saying? Even today. |
Rabbitcartel:I remember she was about writing her first Post-UME when she won that competition. One thing about Nigerians is that we have normalised having to struggle for many years to achieve success. It's not so for many people. To make the most out a talent, one needs to start very very early, and for some people they didn't have to toil for years to break out.. that's why footballers in Europe break out at a very early age in the major leagues because there is a system that allows them to break out early. |
Deoboss:This picture was no where part of the video. This is likely a remake or picture taken years after. All the kids featured in the video were all between 4-9 years at most. |
Nigerians are the Government alike can be very ignorant.... why relax the lockdown for churches? In this period? Why are we so daft? |
Adex2442:Eh! Wow, the all seeing one.... Which barometer abi instrument did you use to measure his faith and belief? See man, lemme tell you something... I have seen first hand in these miracle centres where people place plants or in some cases where some are told sternly to state that they were healed on the camera "by faith" even though they don't feel any better. Even in many cases, people were given wheel chairs even though they walked with their legs to the place... A lot of schemes, although I don't expect you to believe what I am saying. |
eniolaamos7:This is a lie. It's not fact.. Google will not generate images from private accounts.. Never! Stop spreading misinformation. |
einsteine:Nah! I don't think you know how Google works... For privacy reasons, google will not give you pictures of people's private accounts. Never! You will not do a google search of "cute baby pictures" and then it will generate results from people's private Instagram accounts. I doubt that explanation is really true. People take issues of privacy really serious in the west. |
Rotjijatau:Nice innovation. I'm a big fan of recycling. If the finishing is good, I will like to order a few for my parents to keep on their balcony. How much? And can one have a closer look? |
MondayOsunbor:I also believe they can do better in terms of safety and overall arrangement of the factories. I do not think that there is much workplace safety put in check here. They need to consult with an expert and also enforce the workers to follow the guidelines. Not really, I have not operated the account for donkey years! |
flokii:You see my first sentence. I wrote that you might not be too bright and you proved it again. |
MondayOsunbor:You are not very bright. Lamborghinis, Maserati and the other luxury cars are all handmade. Many exotic cars are all handmade because you can't just automate the production of cars like that and also the fact that not many are built in a year. I have been to M.A.N factories and also Daimler in Europe, they have different models. While many M.A.N trucks and engines are usually handcrafted, many Daimler cars mass produced are automated and mind you, there are still thousands of workers per shift in each plants. Being automated doesn't mean there are not many aspects or stages where manual application is not required. The choice of automation or handmade production doesn't really necessary determine which outcome is better but rather, the demand, quantity and the type of car. If Innoson fails to get at least 500 thousand sales a year, he might make a loss or run out of business fully automating his plants. |
