Contact UBA and tell them you have an account with STB. The account should still be existing but must have become dormant since you have not operated it for a long time. They will reactivate it for you and that's it. Meanwhile, you can open a bank account in Naija without being physically present. First, you must let the bank officer know that you are not in the country and would like to open an account with them. Depending on your relationship with the banker, they can give the necessary account opening forms to any of your relatives in Nigeria and your relative can then send you these forms for completion. After completing the forms you can send it back to your relative with the requested form of identification for onward submission to your contact in the bank for processing. |
omonnakoda: You are 5tupid.Don't get me wrong! I mean disrespect !How old are you? |
omonnakoda: NOT me I have not discussed my wife or courtship. Wrong Number!!LOLxxx i have just read few of your posts on this thread. If I did before now, I would not have answered you at first. Don't get me wrong, I mean no disrespect. But I shall rest my case at this juncture. |
omonnakoda: Length of courtship is irrelevant. Living together in the same accommodation whilst unmarried is not only alien to African culture but also to the major religious orientation in Nigeria. How many Nigerian parents would allow their daughters to live with somebody on probation? Please say something sensible. If you actually courted your wife for a very long time as you claimed, can you deny that you guys never lived under the same roof sometimes, even if it's just for a week? Living together under same roof while being unmarried is against African culture, I agree, but does it not happen? There are situations and opportunity where people can live together under the same roof to understand their tolerances to each other. For example, while they were in the university which is very common amongst students. It gives them a better understanding of themselves to see the possibility of getting married in the future. This is just the same way sex before marriage is unethical in African culture but did you not have premarital sex before marriage? So who is being non sensible? Let's be mature here. It makes no sense antagonizing just to call undue attention and appear loud. Plus, I do not see anything wrong in making reference to my marriage. We are all here to offer advice to the OP and we do that in different ways that we think may help the OP realize that he needs to be the man of the house. Lastly, I do hope you actually know the meaning of biography as the content of my post was neither somebody's biography nor my autobiography. I only made a sentence on how long I courted my wife and that is not my autobiography. |
na U go tire:Lolxxxxxx. Adviser.... u must be kidding me. |
The courtship you had was not enough at all. Marriage is not something we should rush into as it involves a lifetime contract. The truth is your wife did not change. She is only unleashing the long concealed characters. A woman can pretend and hide her true self for more than 2 years just to get married and afterwards she will start exposing herself willingly. You should have lived in a relationship like a marriage where you both have to stay together under the same roof for sometime during courtship. I dated my wife for 6 years before we got married. It is the 7th year of our marriage and she has NEVER insulted me even during our courtship but of course we do have arguments sometimes which is normal. There are so many things that can result to problems like the one you are having. But how do you point out which? The problem may be from you and she may be ashamed of saying it out or afraid of telling you. For example, a woman can be ashamed of saying that she is no longer comfortable with the size of your penis because of bad influence. She may also be ashamed of telling you that you no longer satisfy her well in bed. It may also be possible she is cheating on you as this is very common with women whose husbands are always away and don't spend enough time with their wives like in your own case. There are just too many reasons why a woman will act that way but it will be difficult for you to tell which is the main reason without going through hell. You can try talking to her like some Nairalanders have suggested which isn't a bad idea but my advice is for you to spy on her to know what is actually going on. You can install a spyware on her phone and monitor her phone activities. I tell you what, in a month, you will be able to find out the problems and make amends where necessary. I know this may sound weird to some people but if you need to find out the truth fast before you loose your marriage then you should consider doing it. It has come to that point where you should consider going to any length to save your marriage, except if you are also fed up with it. With a phone spyware, you can listen in to all her recorded calls, and read her text messages even when she deletes them from her phone. Also, you can monitor her Whatsapp chat log and others. However, in the western world, it is completely illegal to do this without telling her, so be careful. If you find out that she is seeing someone else then I do not need to tell you what to do. The onus is on you to decide what you want. Anyway, sorry for what you are going true. Good luck. |
That professor must have some hidden agenda- 15 years of studying the anatomy of Boobieee |
terrificspartan: Well like someone rightly stated.. Circumstances vary and situations also change over timeI think any woman who does that should be sent packing. I personally will not have anything to do with such a woman never again. |
What is a soldier doing with a gun inside the city? He should be inside the bush or in the barracks. May the Bokos reward him accordingly. |
Desanta: Inflation Drops To 8.6 Percent, Lowest In 5 YearsThat means we are getting close to a time when Fixed Deposit will be preferable to Treasury Bills. |
You better cancel fixed deposit from your thought and embrace Treasury Bills. Keystone bank gives 8.5% for 3 months F/D but it is still no where close to T-Bills. |
I have been married for over 6 years now and during this period I have been the one handling all our family responsibilities from buying of baby diapers, food, etc to our investments. During the first 5 years of our marriage my wife was not working due to circumstances but we have been operating a joint account- an account solely funded by me. I was even responsible for whatever monies that she sent to her dependant siblings. Now that she is working, do you expect such wife to be keeping a separate account and spending the money the way she likes? That's definitely not going to happen. I have read a lot of posts here and was amazed. Apparently most of the people saying the wife should support if she likes aren't even married. I mean, this is not a boyfriend/girlfriend affair. We are talking about a lifetime affair here and I think this is a thread for married couples only. I believe there should only be a joint account with the man as the financial overseer as has been ordained by God. This is my opinion oo. |
I prefer BGL Securities. Big stock broking firm are usually better, at least they cannot steal or sell your stocks without your consent unlike some smaller broking firm. |
You must first dematerialise the certificates and have them lodged in to your CSCS account so that they will no longer be in paper form but electronically stored in your CSCS. To be able to do this, you need a stock broker. Go to The Nigerian Stock Exchange website for a list of stock brokers that you can choose from. You will be required to open an account with them and let them lodge in your certificates for you. Don't just keep your certificates inside your house, you missing a lot. |
God Forbid! It is not my portion. |
Lolxxxx. Association of Witches and Wizards abeg make we hear word jaree. Why should it take you witches almost one year to shut Boko Haram up. You guys are powerless and that Iboi or wetin call should shut up. What do you mean by "God's wrath will come upon them"? Light and darkness has nothing in common, so shut da Fuk up and go back to your coven, Bozo. |
Contact your registrars and ask for a replacement copy of your lost cert. |
drstan: I bought my share in ecobank 2007 and up till now i have not goten my certificate or any document of the share, and i only recieve devidend once, that was 2 200ß8 and up till now i have not see any thing again:-).and am tired of complaining to the bank. Any advice , because the address i use for the share was for one of the banker there, then and now he is no longer there again. And if i finally find a way of getting the certificate is it adviceable to sell the share.? Because am not sëeing any benefit of itYour ecobank shares is now ETI, I hope u know that. if you are yet to receive your ETI certificate and dividends, contact the registrars in-charge (EDC Securities Ltd) at UTC Building beside UBA head office Lagos or send an email to edcsecurities@ecobank.com . They will usually reply within 24/48 hours with answers to your questions. You can also ask them if you have any unclaimed dividends. I would not advise you to sell off your ecobank/ETI shares because ETI is a very good stock. Things will happen soon. |
Look for a cheap land somewhere and buy it. There are good areas where u can get 100% appreciation within a year. I think that amount of money is too small to actually benefit well from Treasury Bills. Getting a land will be best for u. |
I have not even received my ETI share certificate as I purchased my oceanic shares via public offer. However, I heard dividends were paid out in dollars cheque after the acquisition. |
That is confirmed stealing. There cannot be an alternative way of describing it. |

anonimi: Please where did the OP say the 27 year old is saying no UNTIL MARRIAGEIt is obvious that she is saying No Until Marriage. If not, the OP would have been sure if she is truly a virgin or not. What is preventing the OP from verifying if not for this No Sex Before Marriage story |
Olowowolex: The annoying thing is that most of these ladies fakes virginity to guys who truely loves them and ready to wait yet they sleep around with other guys. Most of the guys that fall victims of such are those guys that believe a virgin girl is a jewel. The girls are aware that these guys prefer virgins and therefore tell them what they want to hear. Some fake guys even go as far as asking their girlfriend if she is a virgin. What answer do u expect from a girl that doesn't want to lose his guy? She will simply tell him what he wants to hear and continue to make sure the guy does not go in there in order for him not to find out the truth and this will eventually lead to a broken relationship. |
How do you know she is a virgin? Please don't be deceived. I have had this kind of issue in the past. You just cannot ascertain it until you are in there or take her for a test. Besides there are different ways a girl can lost her virginity apart from sex. Dont be fooled by any woman- be sure. |
I no know book:Lolxxxxxx hahahahahhahahahahaha This Rossikk na Fool sha. Una wan use laugh kill person |
wesley80: @OP, Person wey no read your post well go think say you dey stay for Kensington Palace Gardens in London!Thank you bros jareee. What the poster should be asking NL is: which is more voilent, Nigeria or South Africa? List of countries by intentional homicide rate per year per 100,000 inhabitants conducted by UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) showed that South Africa has a rate of 31.8 and Nigeria has just 12.2 . All this kidnapping thing only started a few years ago and the Boko Haram issue is of political cause which we all know. Another survey for the period 1998–2000 compiled by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime ranked South Africa second for assault and murder (by all means) per capita and first for rapes per capita in a data set of 60 countries. Total crime per capita was 10th out of the 60 countries in the dataset. The United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute also conducted research on the victims of crime which shows the picture of South African crime as more typical of a developing country. The government has been criticised for doing too little to stop crime. Provincial legislators have stated that a lack of sufficient equipment has resulted in an ineffective and demoralised South African Police Service. According to wikipedia, South Africa has a very high rate of murders, assaults, rapes (adult, child and infant), and other crimes compared to most countries. Most emigrants from South Africa state that crime was a big factor in their decision to leave. So guy, I am not saying Nigeria is heaven but the way you portrayed South Africa seemed as if you were talking about one beautiful European country or Yankee. My advice for you is to Remain in South Africa with your family. |
vanunu: If boko haram accepts amnesty, that means that some big men have being sponsoring them, because real jihadists be it in kabul, waziristan, ilsamabad don't negotiate with infidels.I totally agree with you. Something is wrong somewhere. |
This is political strategy GEJ. Leave that story because we know every. 2015 is getting close. Anyway, GEJ can have 2015 and give us Peace in Nigeria. |
