DOMAWOLEYE:Sure I will. You can help me with the link if you can... |
To think I encountered this amazing story now.. Read it virtually non-stop, beginning to the end. Thumbs up. Great write up and I love ur style. |
Michealquad:I know PayPal would return d money by to my PayPal account. My worry is that if I want to transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal account, I might be charged 236/dollar instead of 199/dollar |
Nsonaso:It was fidelity bank... |
EUGENE4GOO:I signed up with PayPal over the weekend, hoping to make a purchase this week. I was charged $1.99 for the bank verification. I was expecting that I would be charged the CBN official rate of 199 per dollar, making it about 400 Naira, however I was charged 468 naira by my bank. Does it mean that my bank does not use that rate (234 naira per dollar) or did I incur extra cost from d bank? Please I need your candid advice and help. The 68 naira might not mean much but when you want to make a purchase of about 70-80k, it does count. |
damjos:Please, how many days did it take you to get ur order. I saw something on the website about paying before ordering. I did not quite get it. Can you explain to me ur payment modalities. This would be my first attempt, and I would seriously need ur help. |
Wow, I would love to know d answer. I am thinking of using one of 'em soon... |
gajike:K, thanks. Correction taken |
Wow, I checked my Oral-B, it is blue, meaning natural+medicine. My spare Close herbal is black, i.e, all chemicals. How can my 'Herbal' closeup be black? |
thatsincerechic:Please come back. If you think that people, most times, will give mature comments on Nairaland, then you are mistaken. You have to take everything in stride. Running-down and snide comments are actually the rule and not the exception. A lot of relate with ur experience. I had my own share of such experience, even starting from secondary school. Just that a lot of us don't go about writing it. |
iykebest1:Haha, if he did not commit a commit any crime under the law, qhy is he running? It is the guilty who runs. On another note, I am very amazed and happy at ur response. I had expected a strong attack from you. I have so much respect for you for this. It is not like what I usually encounter on this forum... |
iykebest1:My brother if the likes of you are manning our banks and money, sorry for this country. Gact is THE MONEY IS NOT HIS. If aa sum of/from that nature enters his account, he should vheck in with his bank. Honesty is a virtue we all N should imbibe and cherish. Imagine the disgrace his children would face with this in school... |
Nna, the day I saw hyena in the zoo, I saw that this an animal to be respected. Huge and was pacing to and fro in its cage all the about 40 minutes I spent just looking at it. Men, I loved it but that animal can snap off a a man's thigh in a blink (femur) if by he happens to be sleeping, so I read in Frederick Forsyth's novel, the Jackal. If I see it in the bush, I would just pray to God and confeaa my sins. No time: ) |
HastaCuando:The thing tire me. I am under the Federal government scholarship program too. They have not paid us for the 2014/2015 session and we are entering the 2015/2016 My friend has not even received his 2013/2014 money that we received He was told that the money was channelled to more important things |
Ponponkon:What can you say about Faulks road and Old express road? I travelled to Aba last week and those roads were still bad. Faulks road close to Osusu/Eze Ikonne was 'uwa/Aba nto'. Old express? I dunno what to say. That road was last touched by Orji Uzor Kalu. At the begininng of the present administration, I heard that the road was being constructed, but the past two times I have visited Aba, it was barely 30 metres or so of the part adjoining Faulks road, of a more than 7 kilometer road that was constructed and dualized. The rest by is just a combination of swamps and refuse mountain. I am always disgusted everytime I visit Aba because I must pack my rubber slippers in anticipation of the swamps I will wade through. Aba needs the authorities' help. I have decided that I can only visit my parents in Aba, but nothing in this world would make me live there again,...at least till I see better or what is obtainable in other states. |
oluseyiforjesus:Water can not enter someone's brain. There is no direct connection, unless d skull is fractured, in which case the boy will not even be in a state for teeth brushing |
lygn19:Not all Siamese twins can be separated successfully. In some cases, one has to go for the other to live.. Moreover, it is a hoax.. |
nipora519:Nah. I have graduated. I graduated from town, not Okofia. I was in Okofia during my pre-clinicals.... |
Thats Okofia, Nnewi. That's d school auditorium also used for religious services.... |
mentorandfriend:Chief, I have had cause to navigate this road severally in the past. The best way I have done it was to talk it over with the person. It happened last around the time of my graduation. I talked it over, while at the same time being empathic with the person. I ended it by telling her that she would find someone who will return her love better than me... I have not had them have hatred on me. In fact we still talk from time to time. I think it also depends on how understanding the person is. |
Esotericbaby:I dunno about d phone being in presell, but I saw the phone on youtube in a video done by Jared Busch and loved shaa.. |
LadyH:Do we have to start insulting each other? I don't do that. I expected you to make ur point without having to start using 'delusions'. Do we always have to do mudslinging behind the anonymity of social media? |
LadyH:Go to a teaching hospital and get ur answer then. |
LadyH:My dear, over the few years, there has been an apparent turf war between doctors and JOHESU. If you are in a teaching hospital, you will know that. But it does not happen in private practice, though.... |
airsaylongcon:As in eh. Thank God I have finished. After person finish 7 years, person go start to struggle again with JOHESU. |
2n2k:Ok, I just saw that. The camera quality of d OP was very poor. I just looked at the clearest. However, 30th October - 3rd of November is still short, if you ask me. I lived in the hostel in my final year in school, and packing out is not a small thing. Some of those students do not have any accommodation save for that school hostel, and to tell them to vacate within 5 days is rather mean. That's just my opinion, though. |
moyinoluwabun:I had the same thought as you, but when I went back and zoomed on the pix, I saw that the notice was dated today too, 3rd. I think that is unfair to the students. |
RickRichards:Even if the phone stopped the bullet from ricocheting, a lot of people have been killed from ricocheted bullets. |
Does any of the above phones support OTG? |
We really need change in all aspect of the force. Now, this is the height of wickedness, this is what a woman passed thru with her kid.. I have heard Nigerian police echoed it over and over again that they are our friends but today, I saw that Tijani Adewole 365880 of CTU Owerri Zone is not among our police friends. He stopped us on our way to Enugu this morning and demanded to see our vehicle and driver’s license. On laying hold of these documents, he sized them and claimed that they were fakes. I asked him to kindly show us the original ones since I knew that I got them from the same office since ten years running now. He quickly diverted and told us that our plate number was a fake one and that he would take us to their base at Owerri to be detained for using a fake plate number. We agreed to go with him. He quickly turned around and asked us to give the sum of N50,000.00, to let us go. When he saw that we were adamant and bent on not giving him a kobo, he demanded for the car key. He told us to remove all our belongings and come back on Monday to pick our vehicle. We refused and he kept us at a spot for three hours. What broke my heart were the tears from my son's eyes and Tijani’s refusal to listen to our pleadings and that of his superiors. My son was greatly traumatized with all the happenings. When God finally intervened, we were released, with no concrete explanation why we were detained for three solid hours. With those tears in my son’s eyes he said, ‘Mummy I pray to God not to allow me become a policeman or sees them near me’. I pray that men like Tijani Adewole will stop bringing bad names to the police force. Let the relevant authorities take note and see that he is punished, to preserve the image of the force.
