Business / Re: Profit Sharing Ratio Between Business Partners by elsomm(m): 9:36am On Sep 25, 2016
If I was the partner that invested bulk of the startup capital, I'd agree easily to 50% sharing formula but with no 'buying back clause of shares' clause.

If I invested bulk of the experience, I would agree to even 70%:30% sharing formula but with 'buying back of shares' clause

I see so much hate and dislike from SW and Northern part of Nigeria against the Igbos.

But what's difficult to understand is why they wouldn't want them to go.

You don't like someone you let them go.

I plan to invest over N1.5 million naira next year in palm oil. I could only invest N190k this year instead of initial plan to invest N500k due to unforseen circumstances. My profit as at today stands at N140k. Not bad but with time, it could be more because we're not yet in December.

May I DM you on your mail?

Well, black ancestors kept little or no written records.

So it's distortion galore for every History revisionists there as long as it aids in propagation of their political agenda.

Who is to say that the Ugbo version of Oduduwa story is not the authentic one, who is to say that the Oyo and Ife ones are not the authentic ones.
We can't know who is telling the truth now, but one thing we know is that all Yoruba people are united by their Yoruba language and dialects.

Everything else is secondary.

Side point: It would appear like the Ugbo king was taking a dig against the Ooni of Ife, with the talks of an Oba having to stay in palace and not supposed to have his father still alive.
That is wrong of the Ugbo king, to say such things about his colleague in public newspaper.

Wait a minute, is the father of Ooni of Ife still alive?

If true...that's like an abomination.

Will his father prostrate to him?

The problem is from the Ibos. They believe so much in autonomy. Every Ibo man or community wants to be on is own. You will here things like 'Autonomous Community of XYZ' etc. They forget the fact that pride comes before a fall. No one community want to be under the ruler-ship of another. And if this is not resolved, you will keep hearing names like; Anambra-ibo, Delta-ibo, Abakaliki-ibo, etc.

It is Igbo not Ibo

IVM is still a green horn and still need to get more confidence from their buyers, customer is KING in business. I don't think it should take anything much for them to fix the car, that will promote their products more and give better public image.

Its an opportunity for IVM, it depends on how they see it

Did Abah approach them or just went to rant on twitter. If u don't say wat ails you, how would people know

But those car brands you mentioned do come out publicly to recall their vehicles when there are complaints like this, Innoson should not be an exception. no be everything be fight!

The first place he reported was online media. How would they know to recall it or give him the service he required if he never contacted them on the issue. He just came straight on social media.

SMH

2 and half years and he's complaining. I deal with mobile phones. most times the complaints customers come with are their faults...

Honestly I don't see myself as an Igbo man. I am from Anioma and I wonder why it has always been like this. Most people I know from my side will deny the Igbo only to be betrayed by language ties.

It may as well be cultural mix with other tribes over the period of time that is the cause or perceived greed and love of money by the mainstream Igbo.

Please may I ask, why do these Anioma people deny being Igbo?

During my service years, I met a corp member, we were on a boat going to a community in Sagbama LGA. As she conversed on the phone, I could understand what she was saying though I knew her dialect was very different from mine. Elated I thought I have met kinswoman but she denied being Igbo claiming Kwale. I was like but I understood you. She maintained she's not Igbo in a way that made it seem we're quarrelling... I was instantly pissed off. I really dislike those segregation and denials. I concur with writer. We are all Igbos.

Another that makes me annoyed is the way Igbos from other states segregates Igbos from Ebonyi. For the love of God, we are all Igbos. Together we will be stronger. They divide us so they can rule us perpetually.

Let's rise above such mentality.

It is quiet unfortunate that this is happening,I understand the psychological trauma that associates with it...I understand your mum, there is more to this, there is something she is not telling you, there is something she can't review to anyone..the most important thing here is GOD,let him guard you and give you the wisdom and understanding to resolve this issue.
Your Father's family cannot give up on you because you are the Answer to their mysteries.

Reasons why you should accept them is
1.It makes you have sense of belonging*in IGBO*you won't be regarded as an outcast, note that your step fathers family had rejected you already.(Use the case of Alex otti and Ikpeazu as reference)
2.You become a bona fide member of your fathers community, you can buy land and your children would not have any problem in your absence
3.Your late father can now rest wherever he is.
4.Once you have made peace with your father's family, the barrier of Barreness might be broken
5.The Destiny of your generation is in your hand
6.Goodluck bro

This one is strong!!! undecided

Truth is they all have a stake in you and there's no decision you make right now that won't leave at least one party disappointed! So arrange an impromptu meeting with all the concerned parties together in one location and go on your knees and plead that you're being pulled apart and you need them all to forgive and reconcile for your sake! Chikena!

This a great suggestion. Give it a thought. Would melt hearts
