There is a history to Offa and the ruling party in Kwara state. Any one who is conversant with the political dynamics of kwara state will tell you more. Very recently Before the birth of APC, Offa was controlled by ACN . Any one who currently stay or school in offa knows what happened, this is no propaganda.

i am not denying that he won, but as an incumbent his performance at the polls in second term( 42% )was worse than his first election over 55%.

Apart from Lagos, Ondo state is richer than all the other south west states, the only oil producing state in the south west, but it has not lived up to its expectation. Mimiko is a very average governor, no wonder roughly 60% of ondo state electorates reject him at the polls at his second term campaign.
