4. Hit Enter
5. This takes u to anoda webpage in which as long as u can read and write, u should then be able to download the video in whatever format u want.

They are different YouTube downloader. I use advanced download manager, downloaded it from my play store.
To subscribe to MY night plan just make sure you are on mtn pulse if not migrate to mtn pulse and once it's 12 mid night send NIGHT TO 131. It last till 4am

Downloading helps with distraction due to network breakage. Cause you want full concentration like you in the exam hall. Also it saves money ,to download a video isn't more than 50mb but if you streaming you use a lot more than that. What I did was to use the MTN night plan which cost N25 with 500mb . In a night I downloaded more than 10 videos and was more than enough to practice with

Not a good way to practice. i would advice downloading the videos and turning off data, use your ear piece and practice as many full length listening practice questions as possible. There are tons of resources on youtube. Ielts practice questions with answers are so many on youtube.

What happens to streaming the videos live from YouTube? Does downloading it expend less amount of data?

IQAS ECA finally came through after the long wait. Second mail acknowledgement for transcript was Aug 31st and got it today Oct 12th. That's exactly 30 working days.

However, date of completion was Sept 20th. So why did they delay sending it till now?

To those still expecting IQAS ECA, cancellation request asking for a refund may not be the best decision after all.

Thanks man. Still at the IELTS/ECA stage. IQAS is taking forever to come through (second email acknowledgement received on August 30th). Also listening section has messed up my results twice. Planning on a third shot.

What skill level as a teacher and what skill level as a bank marketer does your work fall under? Have you identified the NOCs and can you get employer reference letters that reflect these work experoences? You need to determine these key issues first.

1.Secondary School Teacher: 4031- skill level A.
2.Financial Sales Representative : 6235- skill level B.

I can get reference letters for the two jobs although the salary for the first was handed in cash.

To be eligible for Express Entry on the work experience criteria, you need a minimum of one year experience in an occupation under Skill level 0, A or B. To get the maximum points available for work experience, you must have 3 or more years verifiable experience in an eligible occupation.

From the above, I can have two and a half years experience as a teacher (using this as the primary NOC) and 9 months experience as a bank marketer (a different NOC) and be eligible as well as get maximum immigration point for work experience.... Is this correct?

mehn thats sad. Service delivery in public offices is a gamble. no one wants to do their job, they'd rather blame politicians than correct their own mess. They end up costing people their future. A case in point is that of a friend who after studying for 5yrs + an extra year to sort his carryover was told UNN had no record of his admission. ie he had no file in Admission office, registrar's office and none in his own dept! Mind you when we gained admission, his name was number 4 on merit/primary list. The guy went with all his docs, even photocopy of the admission list, yet the university said it couldnt have been cos they couldnt find his file anywhere. like joke like joke, his 6years hustle was proving to be much ado about nothing. it was so bad that each time he showed up at Admissions to search for his file, they would call security to bundle him out.

As fate would have it, one of his lecturers went to Exams & Records to search for the file of an over stay student (99' matric number) and pleaded that assist him as the folks at Exams & Record werent willing to do their job. in the process of assisting, my friend found his file in an abandoned pile of 99 files, a file of 2007 matric number. That was how he managed to graduate after being declared persona non grata by the university he toiled 6years in.

In saner climes, he would have sued UNN for every dime it had.. but well we prefer to leave things to God to judge while spending our last kobo trying to emigrate to countries that dont.

Wow!! As I was reading through, all that kept ringing in my head was... Sue them, sue them, sue them, drag them to court,... Lol. But who is even sure of getting justice in our system here?

Thank God the lecturer was used to salvage the situation.

i have been a tad lucky sha. I have been using the portal for transcript issuance since 2014. i have ordered transcript thrice since then, they each took about 3wks to one month(slow for a socalled digital process).

a buddy of mine had a very sour experience with the portal. he discovered after 4months of waiting, that his transcript which he addressed to UNN PG school was sent to a funny address in Ogun state. it is even annoyin that as a UNN alumni intending to pursue a postgraduate programme in UNN, you would still need to order transcript from UNN to deliver to UNN at full price! mad school!

I can relate to this. As an Alumni of the school, I requested for my transcript to be sent to PG school for MSc admission, paid the full amount of 15k for local delivery and at the end of the day, they didn't deliver it until I had to come physically. Records department and PG school are just a stone throw apart in the same environment.

Sadly enough, I was denied the admission because transcript was missing in my file Senate has already sat and taken decision. It was a really bitter experience that made me resolve never to do any other higher degree in this country.

It is Celestial members that go on bare feet, not Cherubim. Both wear white garments although that of Cherubim is more colourful. Cele is just plain white with a blue girdle at times.


They are both similar in that they are Aladura churches with similar worship styles and beliefs but there are also some significant differences.

On a serious note, everything seems okay. Edmonton is the capital of Alberta and that's where IQAS is located.

However, you will have to give them time to acknowledge receipt. Mine was delivered on 4th August and IQAS acknowledged on 31st August even after sending them several mails. So, relax and wear your "patience costume".

I called and they said that my details is not updated yet and that they can't confirm whether or not they recieved it because dey r in different building with the pple handling documents.

Chill bro. Was in same situation but fortunately I got their acknowledgement mail today stating they have received my application. The mail contains my file number and I was asked to quote the number in future correspondences. Finally, they said I will receive a second mail once my transcript arrives from my school.

It all took 2 weeks before they acknowledged receipt. I think they have increased volume of applications to handle and probably bring out a specific time to clear the backlog of acknowledgements.

I think the 6.5 negates it. I'm of the opinion that to qualify for EE you must get at least a 7 in all components (open to corrections)
You may have to retake your IELTS and aim for an 8 in all components.

Contrary to your thought, the result qualifies. I think you're mixing Band 7 with CLB 7 which is the minimum qualification.

Speaking examiners are different from the raters. So it is what's recorded the two raters will average for u. Just raise the draft and go Ur wait for the trf.

I believe they take more time to recheck as 13day frame they have with fewer manpower get us some slapdash results.

Just that this will add to the delay already being experienced from IQAS. I've been expecting acknowledment of receipt of faxed documents from IQAS to no avail and considering sending it again.

July 8th IELTS result L6.5,R7,W7,S7.5. With this my CRS is 381 but if listening becomes 8, it will shoot to 432. This is the second attempt and am pretty sure I did well in that listening. My fear was even the speaking section as the examiner seemed exhausted and was yawning frequently.

I intend to request for a remark in LRW but am wondering if I must wait to receive the original test form before raising a bank draft of 15,000 (why only this option?). The time frame to apply is within 6 weeks of the test date and waiting for this original test form will extend the waiting time for a feedback.

I was even angry that Bartho Okoro of a V.C increased the cost of UNN transcript to 35k not knowing some other places are more expensive.

In my own case, this will be the second time am requesting for it. It's already in their system. All they need to do is to reprint and they are charging that much. God dey!

thanks for your reply. someone told me today he was charged extra 20k by UNN to confirm WES verification. ie aside the 35k UNN charges for transcript, he had to pay another 20k when it was time for verification. Was this the same with you?

I learnt they started that practice recently. It's very sad how we make things difficult for each other in this country. That's why am opting for IQAS since they don't send for verification after receiving the transcript directly from the institution.
