Soo some of you here might know that I'm agnostic (not atheist ). Although it's on my bio some peeps I chat with here are oblivious of that. I became atheist early 2020 after a year + of going through some vague processes. I don't always make controversial posts, cause it always ends in a blood bath ,benefits none of us at the end. Continued to unlearn and relearn even as an atheist and I resolved to agnosticism late 2020 because: being open minded to all possibilities is a actually the best option.

"Absence of proof isn't actually proof of absence", a supreme consciousness(s) MIGHT be or MIGHT have been present or not exist at all, he or she or it just doesn't fit the descriptions ancient and current religions have given to us. God could exist but from the eyes of an atheist or an agnostic, he or she or it doesn't interfere in the activities that go on here. Might have distanced itself from us because we are it's greatest undoing, might be dead(having powers excluding immortality), might be a survivor of an ancient extraterrestrial civilisation. The true God wouldn't care about our tenet because there is no evidence pointing us to his or her direction,wouldn't care about my sexual orientation since I was born into it (most of the theist here don't even know that many animals exhibit homosexual behaviour too) is the devil responsible for that too? But let me not drift.
DON'T ALWAYS HOLD ON TO BELIEFS YOU WERE BORN WITH, TEACH YOURSELF TO UNLEARN AND RELEARN, YOU'LL NEVER REGRET THAT DECISION.

And if you're are a secular person on this space, when you make secular posts ,your goal should be to educate, reason with the other party, don't go around mocking their gods or religion just to rile them ,you're supposed to be the smart person here.

There, I outlined in greater detail, with quotes from both the Bible, Koran and respected Imams, and comparisons between the coming Mahdi prophesied by Muslims and the future Antichrist prophesied in the Bible.

My point is this:
- I believe the future Antichrist will be Muslim.
- I don't believe it was a coincidence that there are only three monotheistic religions on earth, and two of them are similar (Judaism and Christianity), while the other is in direct opposition to the other two though they claim to worship the same God.
- I believe the church might be making a mistake in their eschatology, and it could prove costly eventually.

Can we discuss this please?

The agenda of Islam is to destroy the works of Christianity and make people to believe the devil.

To say Christ did not die on the cross is the number one evidence that Islam was set up to destroy the work of Christ .
It would not be a surprise if a Muslim emerged as the Antichrist .

Christians worship God of Abraham , Isaac and Jacob.

Witches and wizards can only help destiny to materialise. A typical example from your Bible is the story of Job. He was tested by God with several deaths and sufferings!

No one says our destinies would all be a smooth ride. Some would be rich, some poor. Some barren, some with kids with several variations. And it doesn't matter if you are a believer. From the example of Job and Joseph you gave , we read how Satan tried to make Job fail God .
Same goes with Joseph . Satan tried to used Potipher's wife to detail him .

If there is any person that knows about Destiny after God , it should be Satan .
God and Satan wouldn't go into contention knowing fully that the outcome is FIXED .

When you said the destiny of a mad man is madness , does madness bring glory to anyone?
How does madness bring glory to God ?

If the destiny of someone is to be a robber , why should he be punished in hell for something that was not of his own will ?

If everyone who has two/three/four wives are allowed to continue sleeping with all of them in Christianity, what can stop a man from committing adultery and saying "i repent" after having a child or two from the second woman.
Of course every rich man will marry four or five and later say "i just met Jesus this morning and he asked me to come and serve in his sanctuary (with my multiple wives)"

Well not having intimacy with any other woman apart from the first and legally married one is the penalty/sacrifice the man has to bear as punishment for adultery for the rest of his life!

It's God's Holy Spirit that revealed this to the Born Again Christians so if you want to learn all you need is the explanation guiding Christian principles you can't find a scripture where it is quoted word for word.

God made one man for a woman, Sex and romance binds them together as one flesh, Christianity came to remind us of God's standard in Eden but many have fallen for this old ways before coming to know Christ.
So for such ones to remain pure and unblemish before God they have to stop having sex with multiple partners as God's Kingdom will not permit such, they must stick to the wife of their youth unless the first woman is dead or doesn't want to continue with them then they can pick any of the other wives (who must be a Christian)
Apart from the first wife all the other women that came into marriage with a man when he is still married to a living soul are products of adultery!

How can someone be married to wives and not be intimate with her .

It is often said that Yahweh/Jehovah/Jesus of the Christians prescribe one man for one woman so how come tens of Prophets/men of God had more than one wives and or concubines?

Cain's son Lamech and Moses had 2 wives. David had 8 wives! Solomon 300 wives and 700 concubines! Gideon had many wives!
Deuteronomy 21:1-17 suggest marriage of multiple wives including captured prisoners gotten from conquests.

Elkanah a godly man and father of Samuel had 2 wives. Abraham, the father of faith had two wives!

In 2 Samuel 12 when the prophet Nathan confronts David over his sin with Bathsheba, we read: "This is what the Lord God of Israel says: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I have given you your master's house and your master's wives into your bosom … and I gave you the house of Israel and Judah, and as if this wasn't enough, I would have given you even more."

Is it that all of these men of God were not guided (by the Holy spirit) in their marriages?

And lastly Yahweh prescribed law to protect first wife in Polygamy- Exo 21:10 "If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights."

Why this law since Yahweh/Jehovah is against polygamy?

Did Yahweh abolish the law above? If so where?

And why don't Christian clamour for people marrying multiple wives to follow the above law?

I know people used to marry more than one wife. My point it that , it was not so from the beginning. This was due to their fleshly lust .

Adam was given one wife .

Verse 8 says , '' and the TWO shall be ...''
Verse 9 confirms it that no ONE SHOULD COME BETWEEN THEM .

This aayah came down to the Prophet sallallaahu`alaihiwasallam whilst he was performing the standing in `Arafah during the Farewell Hajj on the Day of Jumu`ah. And he sallallaahu`alaihiwasallam lived after it for a short time and then moved on to the highest company (of angels).

And he left his nation upon al-mahajjah al-baydaa (the clear white path) whose night is the same as its day; no one deviates from it except that he is destroyed.

This aayah contains a testimony from Allaah, the Perfect and Most High, that this religion is complete and that it covers everything of benefit to the servants and that it contains a solution for all of their issues and problems until the Establishment of the Hour. And that is suitable for every time and place; they do not need any other legislation after it or any other book to come down or any other messenger to be sent after the Messenger sallallaahu`alaihiwasallam.

Address the meaning of the hadith .

Muhammad was the only one receiving revelations from his angel from which the Quran was written .

Why did they refused to listen to him at his death if actually the surah you quoted above is true .

So the Prophet (ﷺ) bent his legs, faced the Qibla and performed two prostration's (of Sahu) and finished his prayers with Taslim (by turning his face to right and left saying: 'As-Salamu `Alaikum- Warahmat-ullah'). When he turned his face to us he said, "If there had been anything changed in the prayer, surely I would have informed you but I am a human being like you and liable to FORGET like you. So if I forget remind me and if anyone of you is doubtful about his prayer, he should follow what he thinks to be correct and complete his prayer accordingly and finish it and do two prostrations (of Sahu).

What if a village priest was married to 10 wives before coming to Christ? If you ask him to chase away 9 wives, hope you know the 9 wives can’t remarry since the man is still alive ?
1 Tim you quoted are for deacons, pastors or leaders in the church to show examples. If you read Matt 19:5 in Greek you gain more understanding with the word one flesh.


From my understanding of scriptures, I believe any one in Christ Jesus born again should not get married to more than one wife but if he had married more than 1 before coming he is to live with them all bringing them to faith and walking with God.

You are very correct . An unbeliever that comes to Christ should keep his wives as long as they are willing to remain with him .

God is a perfect God who knows what is perfect for us . Since the time of Adam , man has always been , out of ignorance , looking for ways to satisfy their lustful heart .

God created man with only one wife but man decided to multiply wives out of their selfish lust.

In polygamous homes , many dangers are evident :

Lack of love among the wives .
Lack of love among the children .
Envying among the children and the wives.
Fightings and quarreling is a continuous exercise.
They use diabolical means to retard the progress of the children .
Lack of genuine love from the wives for their husband.
The man will most of the times show love to one wife than to the other . Even among his children.
It is hard to sexually satisfy two wives for a long period of years without dying untimely.

All these bring about a divided home that grants the devil licence to destroy the family.

This is the one of the reasons I love my Lord Jesus Christ who loves us and hates to see people going through problems . He said :

THE SECOND KIND OF PEOPLE ARE .

The Accuser :

They are the kind of people who assume that every other human being have offended them Their father offended them , their mother offended them . They accuse everybody including the pastor . To them , everybody is bad .
Their father is bad , government is bad , uncle is bad , church is bad , politicians are bad , teachers are bad , lecturers are bad .

There are people like that . When you see the pattern their life is going , it is difficult for them to see good because they never see anything good in anybody .

They need to come back to themselves and listen to the voice of God so that their eagles can fly .

THE EXCUSERS :

They excuse themselves from everything.
Why you ask them ;
Why did you not pass the JAMB ? Our teachers did not teach us well .
Why did you not succeed ? Well , if I had travelled to the USA , if my father was a wealthy etc. That is typical example of an excuser .

They will blame their wives , their husband , their brothers , their relatives , the government , in short everybody for their predicaments .

Since you came into this house , nothing is working again . Why are you not succeeding ?
It is the evil powers of our father's house .
They keep giving excuses after excuses .

So the people in the house differed and started disputing. Some of them said, 'Give him writing material so that he may write for you something after which you will not go astray.' while the others said the other way round. Ibn `Abbas used to say, "No doubt, it was very unfortunate (a great disaster) that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was prevented from writing for them that writing because of their differences and noise."

As long as you listen to external or wrong voices , you will remain a failure and not fulfil your God's given potentials . Some negative voices would be praising you while deceiving you , but when you refuse to harken but rather obey the correct voice which says , '' why is your life like this ? , why must you die like this ? , rise up and perform , you can make it , don't give up , don't commit suicide '' etc then the eagle in you will be energized .

You are not here to follow the crowd , you are supposed to fly high . Don't give in to excuses.Excuses are for the indolent .God does not listen to excuses.

There are many great things God has planted inside us .
You must not die with these potentials and abilities.

THERE ARE FOUR KINDS OF PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET .

1) THE ABUSERS :
What does it mean to abuse ? It means to use something abnormally . When you use a microphone to walking stick , that is an abuse .

There are so many people who are abusing their lives by living the opposite of what God want for them .
There are many people who are abusing their lives by indulging SINFUL activities . At the end of the day , these people just die miserably as failures.

For example , what Samson did was an abuse of his life . God gave him a pattern to follow , but he disregarded the instructions and chose to do what he liked .

God is telling you that you must stop abusing your life by stealing , fornicating , smoking and drinking of alcohol , committing adultery etc.

Another day as they were strolling outside , this big bird flew across again but this time around , the bird that was airborne took notice of the eaglet that resembled it and it started descending. The mother hen ran away but the eaglet stood still because of the inborn spirit of boldness in it .
The eagle landed beside the eaglet and they stared at each other . The eagle then asked eaglet , '' why are you here ? '' The eaglet replied that she came there to eat with her mother the hen . The eagle said , '' but she is not your mother , you are not a chicken you are an eagle.
The eaglet told the eagle , '' no I am not an eagle, my mother said I am a chicken '' . The eagle told the eaglet that it should not listen to the hen . Listen to your inner voice and not your so called mother hen '' .

There are people who need to listen to their inner voice .
Of all the external voices , non would tell who you are . It is only when you listen to your inner voice that you will understand you are not what people call you but what God calls you .

Just like the Israelites who called themselves grasshoppers :

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

But Joshua and Caleb who could see beyond the physical and knew that it is what God says you are that matters said :

And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes: [7] And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land. [8] If the Lord delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. [9] Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not.

THE EAGLE AMONG THE CHICKENS .

There is this story of an eagle .

A hunter went into the forest and saw a particular egg laid by an eagle and picked it up. He added the egg to the ones laid by the hen in the house . Overtime , the hen hatched all the eggs including that of the eagle.
As thus eaglet grew up , it accepted the hen as its mother and everything the hen and other chicken ate was what the eaglet ate .

One day , in the course of picking food . something happened . A big bird flew across , the eaglet took notice of the big bird and asked the mother hen what kind of bird that was and was told it was an eagle . The eaglet told her that it loved that bird but the mother chicken told it to shut up because she was a chicken .

The eaglet never knew it was an eagle . She adjusted to the environment and adopted the
lifestyle of picking her food from the litter bin like chicken .

There are lots of things to learn from the eagle because it is a powerful bird that signifies strength. Eagle as a bird flies at the highest height.
Qualities of Eagles are :
They have strong vision ,
They are fearless
They don't eat dead meat
They are not troubled by storms
They are tenacious.
Despite all these qualities , the eagle can be caged .

There are many people who are talented and gifted , beautiful and handsome , well educated , well anointed but CAGED .

To be caged is to be captured , to be bound , be hindered.
Cage always hides its victims .It denies its victims of opportunities , hinders and impede progress.
A cage allows its victims to see but not have or possess .

We have learnt from the Scriptures that it is possible to be created as a gold mine but live and die as a sawdust or stone .
It is possible that someone that is created as an eagle can die as a chicken . It shall not be your portion , in the name of Jesus.

God wants you to fly .

It is the lie of the devil to deceive people to think that Allah is the God of the Israelites . Why did I say this :
1) Their names are different .
2) The modes of worshipping them are different.
3) Biblically , God gave the promise of salvation for the world through Isaac and not Ishmael .
4) God is not an author of confusion . The Bible and the Quran contradict one another in many ways . But it is certain that the original is always b4 the fake . Some books of the Bible had been existing more than 2000 years b4 Quran .
5) The God of the Bible is a miracle working God that gives His prophets signs and miracles to convince people He is God Almighty.
But Allah couldn't show this signs which made Muhammad to resort to killings to get followers.

Lastly , like I said earlier , you don't have any spiritual knowledge .
Every curse on a man goes into his blood and will go from one generation to another .
The curse of God on Adam is on everyone born of a woman . There is non void of that curse of death except the person that is not a descendant of Adam . Jesus was not a descendant of Adam.
He laid down his life to save us from the judgement day to come . After his first death he LIVES FOR EVERMORE . HE HAS THE POWER .

Christianity is not paganism . It does not associate itself with the rituals of confirmed Idolators like Islam .

Facing the kabah to worship is idolatry . It shows your god lives in the kabah .
