Hello good day everyone!
Please I'm a NOUN student at Asaba study center. I finished my seminar work and submitted it. I missed my seminar presentation and the next option is to wait for the next semester.
Now the questions are
(1) Will I have to register the seminar online again for the next semester before I can present?
(2) I want to change my study center because I'm relocating; will changing my study center affect anything?
(3) Where will I even go for presentation; my former or new study center?
Please somebody should answer me o before I will rain curses on that indifferent wicked desk officer that failed to inform students adequately about presentation date. Many NOUN staff don't deserve their jobs!

1. No
2. Well, you will have to re-submit your seminar at your new study centre for it to be uploaded.
3. New study centre

Noun staff misbehave most of the time imagine project work that I submitted since December 2022 they didn't upload my project till 9th June the deadline for PAS site to close.

As at 6:56Pm today, PAS is still open. Normally, I advise students to follow up and make sure their projects are uploaded. If u can reach any of the staff, even from home, your project can be uploaded.

Please sir, I got admission to study M.ED Science Education,
Is the mode of writing exam for it thesame as G & C?
Thanks for your quick response

Yes, the mode of exams is the same. Only GST807 is E-Exams. If however you cannot be physically present, with good reason and supporting document, u can apply to take your exams virtually. This is subject to approval by the Directorate of Exams and Assessment.

Justice must be served.
It's though terrible that some people seek justice here but would not want justice served elsewhere!
If you truly want justice served on Emefiele, u should also wish same for every other criminal and those who have undermined the Nigeria State; those that looted our treasury; those that forged election results and other criminals.

Please, I'm looking at applying for M.Ed G and C, if I'm to apply now, when will the programme start?

Also, do they fix classes or have whatsapp groups where one can meet other students or it's just O.Y.O? Is it possible for one to fast track one's programme, as in read and write exams early, since learning is supposed to be at one's pace?

Are all exams CBT?

Apologies for the many questions

New Semester Registration begins June 26th
Application fee is 7500
G&C is for a minimum of 4 semesters
NOUN runs a minimum of 2 semesters in a year.
All exams are POP (Pen on paper) except for GST807 which is an e-exam (fill in the gap and OBJ).
Continuous Assessment in NOUN is known as TMA. It's taken online and it's 30 percent.
Exams are 70 percent.
You need evidence of application for transcripts to get matriculation number before you can register.

No classes. We have only facilitation and it's not compulsory u attend.
All course materials are available. You study then and come sit for your exams.
Yea, there are students forum but unofficial ones.
You cannot move faster than the semesters. But u can choose to pause your programme and continue anytime you are ready. You can also register as few courses as work of circumstances permits. That is the "study at your pace."
I hope this helps.

If you really want to learn on that AliExpress thread that someone just told u above, then u will calm down and read some previous pages.
You don't just get up and say u want to place an order. You need to know some pros and cons about AliExpress.

Also, note that it's not all things u order on AliExpress. Or else, they could send u a fake screen or broken one.
I advise u go to any outlet where they sell that screen and get one.

It's your choice.

Thank for your advice. I am actually aware I can't just enter AliExpress and start thinking of making order hence I made some efforts and still making efforts. Still gathering info. Thanks.

Tinubu will not leave any stone unturned. Tinubu can turn waste to money, first class isn't something you can plug from a tree.

The difference between first class in accounting and 3rd class in one shitty course is like the difference between Albert Einstein and SS1 Physics students.

A practical case in point is Lagos and Anambra as a case study.

Tinubu is smart, no doubt and many of us are positive he will bring the desired change.
This bill was signed by ex-PMB. This is not Tinubu idea yet though.

Ur Wife's fear is NOT a normal one.

She must have had a Personal encounter with a Snake. Ask her. 🤔🤨

In 2008, A cousin visited us and was recoiling, trembling anytime she saw snakes on TV.

Later, we learnt that she had a Spirit Husband that turns to Big Snake most times.

Ur Wife is likely the Same!

Hehehehehe... I guess you have changed this channel to Africa Magic Epic. Well done oga spirit husband.

incandescentena:
Subsidy should go

Agreed. But what plan has the govt put in place to cushion the effects?

labake1:
At your age, which animal are you scared of?

Mine is Snake, I know that Lala won't like this. Even though I have killed one before, I am still scared of it

Most females are so afraid of snake and don't know why. Some can't even stand the sight of snakes on even on the TV. My wife dreads National Geographic Channels because of that.

Whatda! If he is an educated fellow, I pity him.
I had similar problem with one of my mates. He was called one day that he was stranded that ai should borrow him 10k. This is someone that was only my mate in secondary school. He was never my friend even then and after secondary school, he never was. He chatted me on Facebook and to confirm he was the one, I had to call him (that was part of my mistake).

This guy works in Nigeria Immigration yet every now and then asks for money. When he called the first time, I said I have only 3k. I sent to him. I never heard from him again until after like 2 months and he came asking again... Omo... I told him I wasn't having. He continued and continued... One day, I took time out to talk to him.

I started asking him questions... Cos this guy doesn't know if I have a job or not; where I live, married or not; the University I went to after sec school... He doesn't know a thing. I made sure I opened his eyes to see that he has no right at all asking me for money. He tried to explain that things were tight for him ... How he collected loans and the deductions are killing him...
To cut the long story short, I decided to tell one of our mates how the guy has been a nuisance and he told me the guy has been doing same with him. I also learned he does same with virtually every of my sec mates.

I have seen some persons beg only to see them use the money you give them to buy what u can't afford.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your response to my question.

Pardon me to ask what to do next, should I go to school now to complete the clearance process or wait till next final clearance.

Thank you

If you are strong now, process your clearance at your Study Centre. After that, u need to take your clearance to the HQ in Jabi-Abuja for your certificate as all certs have since been moved to the HQ.

femisplash:
Just dey play.

If you like protest, i'd remove subsidy- President Tinubu 2022.

All ye cabal pocketing $10b every year for subsidy fraud, your time is up. Fuel subsidy is gone!

Every good Nigerian who understands the subsidy will want it removed. The problem is that, the govt didn't prepare in anyway for it. Ex PMB said it will be removed after June. What were the measures he put in place? By now, government should have plenty govt-own3d buses in every state to ease the cost of transportation... They should also have considered increasing the minimum wage or put our refineries in order to reduce the cost. Instead, Buhari has been sleeping counting down to subsidy removal. This is where the government got it wrong

Good morning, my name came out in the last graduant list but I had issues with clearance due to some wrong charges posted on my wallet, I went to school to complain but they couldn't fix it till after the convocation.

Shortly after then while waiting for it to be cleared, I had a terrible accident and had a femur fracture and had to undergo a major surgery thereby couldn't walk until now, meaning I totally abandon the clearance process since then.

These morning I just felt like checking my wallet and I realized the wrong charges posted has been cleared. Pls note that despite been bedridden, I have always been checking and the charges not cleared until now.

So my question is, is there hope for me on getting my certificate?

If yes, what am I supposed to do next?

Thank you in anticipation of your response. I apologize for the long write up.

Hard luck and thank God u are getting better. Wishing u quickest recovery.
Yes, u can get your certificate whenever u are ready.

None of those cards will work, just get a virtual dollar card and pay and don't forget to tell the store to declare the goods as gift

Please, can you help me with more explanation? Like how to get virtual card. Thanks for the response. Any other help is highly appreciated.
I have an ALAT account. I think I can get a Dollars Virtual Card from them. Do you have an idea of the exchange rates?

Dear NLanders,
I am about placing an order for the first time on Aliexpress.

3. What are other useful info to help me avoid mistake? I am placing an order for a screen replacement for a Samsung phone. I would like to add some fancy hats to the cart as well.

Salary wey we don receive wey don almost finish?

Hello AliExpress Shoppers
I want to make my first order on aliexpress. Experience shoppers, please help with useful information.
I don't even know if my normal verve or MasterCard can make the payment.
What are the cautions to take? I have seen one need to check reviews and ratings and the age of the shop...
Is it all type of items one can order and receive successfully? For instance, can I order clothings materials?
I am about ordering for a screen replacement for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I would also want to add a few other items to the cart as well like some fancy harts. The screen I want to get is not a new one but original ones with some faults (like a tiny dot).
Any useful advice will be highly appreciated.

Good evening Everyone. Please I just applied to MSc. Public health at NOUN and I've been given the Conditional admission. I've also requested for my academic transcript from my school.

1. Please must the transcript be sent in hard copy, or can I request it to be sent to NOUN pg email address?

2. After the delivery of my transcript what is the next step for me to take?
Thanks

1. Attach the transcripts request form to your trancripts application from your Alma mater. They can send via email but must be from their official email to that noun email provided in the request form.

2. Take the evidence of application (eg. Payment receipt) to NOUN study centre and the other things you uploaded for verification. Verification resumes after the exams. By the way, hope u have uploaded your credentials?

After the verification, you can them start registration. All these are not possible until after the exams.
Cheers.

Akerewe:
Wow, thanks, I will do that immediately tomorrow. Pls is it possible for me to confirm it on my own if it's truly uploaded? If it's possible, how can I access it?

U cannot confirm on your own. Visit your study let them confirm if they have uploaded it. Last semester, I know of many persons who submitted but their Study Centre didn't do their part well. Those students couldn't defend their project (Masters students) and that was how they missed graduation o. It's this semester they are hoping to do the defence.

Akerewe:
Pls after submission of spiral binding project, disc, and score sheet, what is d next line of action for the student.

Hope you have confirmed that the above have been uploaded. Please, confirm that the project and scoresheet (and Turnitin report for PG students) have been uploaded to the Project Administration System portal by your study centre.

[sup][/sup] Good evening everyone. Please I applied for passport renewal. Unfortunately, I forgot to note down the Application ID and reference number before proceeding to payment. The payment was successful but I didn't get any email from them regarding application details from them as stated.

Please who knows how I can't retrieve the reference number and Application ID to complete application

Have you sorted this? These info could be in the payment records. Kindly contact your bank and see if they can help.
