Sir, if I were in any agricultural position, I would use my money to do it cos it is not that expensive na. Even....USAID and some organisations still give agricultural lecturers grants. Not to mention that IITA's headquarters is based in Ibadan. Guy... opportunities are plenty. They are olodos! Period.

All that adds up. No money for books, latest equipment, etc. ASUU goes on strike, government tells them no money. 2009 agreement is on the rocks.

At the end, it all boils down to one thing. There isn't enough money. You cannot give world class education at one thirtieth the cost. Or less.

Meanwhile, private universites are going to surpass them, because of higher sources of income.

All the problems you have stated are the result of poor-thinking lecturers. Period.

Universities lecturers aren't supposed to be paid only by the FG na. They should have advanced seriously. Something is wrong with them. They are in a position to create streams of income for themselves. There are too many grants out there they can tap into....The FG is not only their source. They wan kill government?

The Nigerian government is useless....no doubt about it....but Nigerians are definitely more useless.

Nigerian publications are worthless. Innovations we are seeing are from publications and papers written by universities and research institutes. So, tell me, how many made-in-Nigeria publications have you heard that CEOs and CTOs make use of? If Nigerian publications aren't used by anyone, it means that they are worthless.

Lecturers teach old stuff here. Lol. Where are the papers they write? Lol. The very few ones performing attached themselves to universities abroad. Go and verify this.

So, why should they earn well? Tell me na. Why? No innovation, no discovery, no significant improvement. They are experts in sleeping with their daughters in schools...sex for grades. Lol.

And you know fully well that profit must be made for continuity. Well, I don't know anything about this new hub, but the truth is that 99.999% of those who claimed that space can never be there again if the real thing is done.

Also, the real truth is that if sanity must be restored, all illegalities must be crushed, and it will affect mostly poor people because the rich can always find their way around. I have just had a WhatsApp chat with someone here...note that I rarely do WhatsApp with new people cos I don't easily release my number. So, I need to correct an issue here.

I have the highest respect for Micheal (ICT). He is the most detailed and generous of all mentors with extremely high precision. Other mentors and traders are so good too, but no one (I repeat no one) has released free information on how to be a super trader like Michael. If I have the opportunity of appreciating anyone, I will appreciate him more than anyone. Michael is a God-sent.

Let me say this, Michael's generosity pushed down the prices of otjer mentors. I remember that most of them take a $5000 minimum for a 12-month course, but now...I have seen different prices as little as $650. They kinda have different packages. But one thing I know...if you are smart and trading is for you, if you buy a $650 package from any one of these guys, you will go for the biggest package later. Trust me. Yes, with any one of them...but the condition is if trading is for you.

The people that Michael is today are those who paid over $10k for his 1-year course (he was so angered that he put it all on YouTube free), yet did not understand it. Bless those mu.mu guys oooo. If not for them, many Africans won't still know what they know today. Criticism is good at times, and Michael has found a way to make his critics make him more popular. Michael is more popular than all these people. Most African traders don't even know Mr Williams. Lol.

But I am not the kind who puts anyone above others. If there was clarity on who is who in the trading world, I would say who is the best. But we don't know. Many silent mentors exist...even the ones who showed Michael and Lori some things are unknown. Everything Michael learned from Mr Williams was from his books and perhaps he attended one of his classes (we don't know cos he didn't say so). But what we know is that Michael reads tons of books and he releases from time to time good books. And from what we know, he picked more from Mr. Williams and the other people I mentioned.

I am not saying Lori is better than Michael because I don't know Lori like I know Michael, and Michael is more accessible than Lori. Steve Mauro is a very cool guy too, but these guys give their mentees more access. However, Michael made a presentation in 2013, and he said that he purchased a webinar Chris Lori made on Banks Trading. Michael teaches Institutional Trading someone mentioned above, and I know many of his concepts come from it. Michael said it himself...and this was a far back as 2013. Michael said he bought all Lori's videos except one. I am sure Lori gained one or two things from Michael also...infact, I am sure all of them habe gsined from Michael because the whole of Michael is out there, and he doesn't care. And this has made him more popular than all of them. He just didnt like the idea that is ex students were selling his videos at ridiculous prices. Many still want to sell, but before you think of buying Steve's or Lori's materials from someone at $500, you will want to check Michael out first. It is just logical. But after a while, you may want to join a good network, and you have to pay. If you don't want to join, it is ok. But why wont you want to join when you are making money. But Michael's free commentaries are enough also...so, you may not want to join. But seriously, only extremely intelligent people who decide to trade get to this level. I bet you...all those shouting ICT always sleep when watching his videos.. Those videos are sleeping pills for the majority out there.

Here is my point: All of them trade in a similar way. I can see the same pattern in all that they do, but they say the story differently. Only Michael has pushed out everything in a way that you do not need to pay any mentor if you are smart. However, being around pro traders will release the best out of you. So, joining their networks is not a bad idea, and you may be asked to pay $99 to $120 or even more per month...or an annual payment with a discount. You just want to watch commentaries of trades...you want to join their live sessions, Twitter live, YouTube live, zoom, etc so you can interact with other pros and share ideas.

Believe me, teaching is in your blood, you may choose to be a mentor too. And before you know it, you can make a name for yourself too. You will have to come up with a way to deliver your teachings. Yes... the same concept as where you come from, but a different approach with different strategies. But the concept must be the same.

All these guys...I mean all of them see the market the same way, but due to the dynamic nature of the market, tons of strategies can be made.

While Lori does not believe he needs to teach anyone a particular strategy cos it will fail, Michael found a way to teach strategies and people aren't failing. Why? To me, Michael is just being innovative in his teaching style. He said he was pushed to do it because it seemed the majority could not grasp the concept. Yes, it is the truth, no matter the concept is taught, many will not get it.

One sign you watch out for is that anyone who says A is better than B does not understand the concept. Cos if you do, you will know they are telling the same story differently. Very few people can see that they are telling the same story. Very few.

So, I will never talk badly of these people. But guess what? You can be one of them too. Yes, you can.

Do I want to be a mentor? For now...no. I have so much on my plate. I haven't executed 10% of my mission on earth. I am passionate about health and wealth. Trading is wealth...and it is directly relation to this thread. But...I wish it was presented in a way that suits religion under the section I have placed it. I intended to use the Babylon style...but anyway....

Next, I am going into making wealth with the main reason we are unhealthy... creating a sustainable environment. Tons of money can be made...and this is the area I am so passionate presently about.

One kid had an exchange of nasty words with me here last week. The glutton was justifying his habit of overconsuming noodles...and he claimed Asians have been eating it for long and they live long. I told him why that is so, and I also used the opportunity to let him know why some African guys despite consuming sugar still kill it nicely in the other room....and their partners are always satisfied. But at one point, they will still collect. Lol.

I don't care if you can defend your greediness to be good or bad. Just leave where you are and return to build your region. This is the best advice I can give you. If not, you will shalaye tire...2027...this yeye Jagaban will take it again...and it will move to the north after. When it comes to the South, you know who is going to come out...Of course Akpabio and his gang ...and if he doesn't, another person in SS. North will take it again...and then...SW will. Guys, this area is so important that you cannot go broke if you get involved. Also, you will be needed all over the world if you go into the right areas here.

This is what I mentioned on Tokunbo Wahab page on Facebook that a guy came for me.

There should always be corrective measures since preventive measures wasn't taken into place.

Demolishing all those building worthy of millions of Naira is an eyesore , especially during this Economic Meltdown.

Kudos to all those who gave Lagos state the corrective measures. My own is that such measures must be really solid.

But sir...people are animals. Let us be real here. And if they dont show them pepper, they wont stop. Mark my words, some people will still go behind to still build inside the canals. Give it time sire. Animals are animals. The same people will start insulting Lagos and go on air to say erosion and flood are killing them and Lagos is doing nothing. They will certainly make videos, share them on social media platforms, and destroy the reputation of whoever is there.They are animals. So, this corrective measure may be in vain. This is my only concern.
